How do I begin.... My experience with MAC - MARISSA (Manager) was OVER THE TOP! She was amazing with talent, patience, understanding, compassion, and professionalism! A very well rounded skilled lady. She made my daughters look like princesses! She completed services that were scheduled for my older daughter Nyomi in a timely and profound manner. She made ever moment there a GREAT EXPERIENCE. While, performing her duties of explaining skin, the quality of MAC makeup, and answering questions. But what made her services stand out to give her MY HARD RATING 5 STAR RATING was her OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Which definitely ONLY MAC well trained professionals could provide its customers. Long story short, my other daughter had her makeup done at Sephora on the other end of mall. I walked back and forth between my two girls. Nyomi was absolutely perfect. However, Nyla who had her makeup done by Sephora looked like a clown. The foundation was caked upike paste. The blush was smeared across her cheeks and stood out like a clown. Then to top it off she had on bright gold glossy metallic lipstick. She cried all the way down the mall to MAC from Sephora. Once Nyla entered and Marissa seen her. She told Nyla to stop crying and sit down. She said," I'll fix it"! Thwy started wiping away all the goop. While Marissa looked around for products to match Nyla skin tone. After helping Nyla... Marissa and her one crew staff assisted Nyla with her lashes and put a smile on her face. Her confidence was restored after saying she wasn't even going to prom after the horrific experience with Sephora. After assisting both my girls and making them glamorous. She then topped it off with MAC PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SERVICES!!! I will refer MAC to EVERYONE. All my friends that own their own Beauty Shops. All my friends in Cosmetology school. All my friends that have businesses on every spectrum. Marissa YOU ARE THE BOMB AND WE WILL RETURN LOOKING FOR YOU AND YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICES!

I purchased some pjs for a family member who suddenly passed, A few days later, I visited Dillard's to return the pjs. I had used a Dillard's gift card and cash to purchase the pjs. I was told by the sales associate that I would only be refunded via Dillard's gift card for the entire purchase. I didn't understand why the entire return would be refunded on a Dillard's gift card. Sales associate called over another sales associate who stated that was Dillard's return policy ( any time that a gift card and another payment method is used that it entire return will be placed on a Dillard's gift card. She then offered to have the store manager come and speak with me. I agreed to speak with the store manager and then was told by the sales associate that the store manager would probably not come and speak with me. I then stated that it would be fine and that I would contact Dillard's corporate office. I also explained that I pur hated the items for a family member who had suddenly passed, and the senior sales associate laughed and stated that no one cares that a lover one of mine had passed. I was truly shocked and rendered speechless. I left the Dillard's and then spoke with the assistant store manager via phone regarding my experience. She offered her apologies for the sales associates behavior ( laughing and gift card return policy). She asked my name and phone number and stated that she would speak with the sales associate regarding the return and call me back. This phone call happened last Thursday, and this is now Monday evening, and there has been no return phone call from the assistant store manager.

DIOR in Dillards. Please check your items! I went in to buy mascara and a primer. When I finally got around to using it there was a different mascara tube in the packaging. I went in store to try and return and the managers did not want to refund the item. They accused me of replacing the mascara with a different one. They don’t have high end products there. It’s probably used. Please check your products before you buy. They are running some type of cheap end store there. They said it’s a high quality store? I doubt it. Please don’t get played like me. Please please check your boxes and items. I can’t repeat myself enough. Maybe they should seal their boxes or something. But don’t go to those brand stores in dillards. It’s a knock off version. No kind of quality control going on.

I received a gift for my birthday 3/25/23. I mentioned recently I liked the Brahmin bags and their quality. To my surprise my daughter bought the bag for me. That evening of receiving I opened the bag to check the inside space and place the matching wallet. To my surprise the fabric is torn from the piping near the top of the bag. Tried to return to Dillard's in Memorial City. And was told they could not except the return because it looks worn. The purse went back into bag the same evening never worn continue not to be worn. The amount of money spent for this bag to start shredding the day I received it speaks volume of the quality and larger volume of Dillard's for not supporting their products. 4/7/23

I called the store (the women’s shoe department) to cancel an order that I placed online (was ready for pickup) and the lady hung up in my face! From the moment she answered the phone she sounded super uninterested but that doesn’t excuse how rude that was. I’d suggest avoid shopping at this specific Dillard’s at the very least. I called the customer service line. The lady there made it right and was shocked about the store not letting me cancel. Initially, she was about to transfer my call back to the store until I told her what happened. The employees on the customer service line are the best!

I usually don’t put bad reviews but the customer service at this Dillards is RIDICULOUS. I had my shoes ready to check out & I was already at the line the lady asked who helped me & i pointed out to the person that helped & then walked away from me & went to do other things instead of checking me out, I waited nearly half an hour for someone to come & check me out & then once there was someone back at the register she checked out someone else that was behind me inside of noticing I was first in line. That’s ridiculous never going to that one again. Her name was Stephanie.

I love shopping at Dillard's for Christmas gifts. They offer a wide variety of high quality brands including products created exclusively for their stores. Yesterday I was shopping for my dad's Christmas gift and was looking for an outdoors vest. I wanted North Face but they were a bit high. The Dillard's salesman told me about Solaris line, Dillard's outdoor mens clothing brand. Solaris is made by North Face manufacturers. The quality is the same and style is impeccable and the cost savings are HUGH! Definitely worth checking out for yourself!

It could have been a wonderful shopping experience as most of the personnel is great. However, I am really disappointed by the management response regarding the return and reimbursement policy. I bought a pair of boots at full price in January and tried to return them in July. The article was still in the box but it was impossible to discuss with the department manager for a reimbursement or store credit. They told me to self them on eBay (???) or offer them to a friend. I am really disappointed by Dillard’s customer service.

Love this store. Great variety. "There's a shoe for every person on this planet" as my 10 year old daughter says. Staff and service are amazing. Never had problem with thier quality or even return policy. They do regular sales especially on weekends and around major shopping days like black friday, back to school, 4th of july, etc. These specials are typically a great deals on brand names that you can't get anywhere even online. Plenty of free parking. Will always come back.

Dillard's is my go to store. Best quality clothes, shoes, furniture, you name it. This is my favorite store for sure. Every time I go to their perfect restrooms and come out and see the perfect settings I just give them more money. Literally, we searched for the perfect furniture for months; then we found perfect furniture for our house that looks really high end and it built really well. And their shoes! Yes, they have the best stuff. Still best store around.

Usually this would be my go-to place but the lack of customer service is astounding. The manager claimed to smell cologne on the suit that I was returning and refused to give a refund. I don't even own any cologne. Literally making up excuses just to not accept a return. Even with the shoes, I had to remind them of their own policy for them to accept my shoes back. Make sure what you want is 100% what you want because good luck trying to return it!

Omg the store is clean and lovely but I literally almost walked out and left everything I came to buy because the employee kept pressuring me to get the Dillards credit card. She tried over ten times. I literally said NO. It truly made me never want to step foot in a dillards ever again in my life. Also I don’t care what quotas you need to reach. you ask me one time. The next time you ask I’m dropping everything and walking out.

Received excellent service from Sales Rep. Tracy on the second floor ladies dresses, in Memorial City. I had to return some dresses. S he handled the transaction smoothly with no problem and with a nice gesture. Thanks Tracy. We need more people like her. Great attitude whether it's a Sales or a Return it's a service to the customer. Great professionalism, a smile and a thank you made my day!!

This review is specifically for Marie at the Origins counter. I have been coming here for years, but none of the associates are as helpful and kind as she was. She was incredibly personable, made stellar recommendations, and was beyond caring about my needs! As long as she continues to work here, I will continue giving you my business for Origins products!

WORST RETURN POLICIES. SHOP ELSEWHERE. 3 employees standing at their registers with no customers…. “Sorry, no we can not help you with a return, you have to go to the department you purchased them from.” No price adjustments… you have to return and COME BACK 24hrs later to purchase at the reduced price (THIS WAS WELL WITHIN THEIR RETURN POLICY DATES)

Went to Dillard's to find me a white suit/tux in size 46R. I walked around and I was amazed at all the stuff they had, from clothes to pots, to books and shoes. From household items to backyard items, from belts to socks, to makeup to everything in between. Wanna know what they didn't have?? A white tux in size 46R. So my quest continues

The second floor manager for Gianni bini is incredibly rude we were asking for help and an employee said to ask the manager she walks up and says " what do you want" then tells the employee she's not dealing with this and she needs to do it we were just trying to return a pair of jeans.

I had to track down someone to take my money. The staff was too busy chatting it up with the female police officer. They seemed put off that they had to do their jobs. Shoot... I could have just ordered on Amazon and saved money and my time. Times are changing.

Dillards continues to be my wife’s favorite place to shop. There are always deals to find, cute clothes the make her smile and grand-girl clothes that make her giggle. I only wish there were more chairs for us guys to sit in while our girls shop! :)

I shop at Dillard's because of their petite department. I like Memorial City Mall! It's well kept and clean, most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I am in and out in under two hours. Also, there is no safety concern.
