What an unpleasant and horrible experience I had in this place. The front desk staff is so obnoxious, rude and boisterous. Just today I decided to give this place a chance and try their pastries, and what a mistake was this. First of all this bakery is located in WaHi (probably one of the most culturally diverse neighborhood in NYC), I wanted to try one of their pastries which I pointed and call it a name different than the one the lady at the front desk is use to call it. Right after it she started blabbering and making fun of me with the other front desk staff, and went on a rant trying to force me and make me understand that the way I was calling is was WRONG. I really had to just act polite and end the conversation right there. Just another lacking manners staffed bakery spot in the neighborhood. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I love this place. It has some of the best foods I’ve ever tasted on this earth. I would recommend this place a million times if I have to. I go there all the time. Specially for that famous morir soñando juice they make. Wow I wish I could just say every little thing this place has to offer but you would just have to come and experience it yourself.

This is the number one bakery in the heights... no actually the New York... actually the United States. Scratch all that, it definitely is the number one bakery in the world. The food here is just too great. You can tell it is made with love every single time. HIGHLY recommend, and the service is fantastic.

The pastelitos de pollo are delicious and often sold out by the afternoon, and the tiramisu is nice, though a little soggy. We’ve tried a number of other things from the bakery and they’ve all been stale/dry. Disappointed, everything looks perfect, but they’re not!

Muy buenos y bonitos bizcochos.Me encanta la frescura y sabor de cada uno de los productos que he comprado. Mi favorito es el tres leches que delicia de pastel. No dejes de probarlo si algún día entra a esta repostería. Muy buen trato del personal.

Out of all the bakery’s around this is one of the best their pastries are some of the best I have ever tried so are they’re sandwiches I would recommend everyone stop by and grab a bite here …

Older Lady in the front had an attitude. She put my whole order in 1 brown bag and the bag just exploded. I basically paid for nothing cause all my food fell on the floor

On January 23rd 2021 I purchase a cake for my daughters 3rd birthday. It was beautiful but the kids didn’t like the after taste of the frosting.
