We made an enquiry to book for airport pickup over a week before our flight which they confirmed. Emailed them on the morning we were landing back in Sydney just to confirm everything was all sorted for pickup and received no reply. Then when we were boarding our flight I texted them to let them know our flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, and they replied minutes later saying the driver had tested positive early that afternoon and they weren’t able to get another driver. Mind you, this was at 9pm and our flight was originally set to arrive at 10:15pm so they were just planning to not show up. Not professional or reliable at all. We would have been understanding if they told us earlier but the fact that they would have just not turned up is appalling. Luckily we were able to book last minute with another company. We had two separate companies bring us to and from the airport and both ran smoothly but would absolutely never recommend direct airport shuttle to anyone. Would give zero stars if I could.

Extremely unimpressed with this company. First problem we had with them was the driver telling us we were undercharged for our booking so he avoided tolls even though their website states the same price we were given. Second problem, upon arrival to the airport we discovered that two of our bags were missing after the driver insisted on placing them in the vehicle himself without our assistance. I then had to pay $138.00 for them to be picked up and delivered to the airport. Tried to contact Maggie and left a message and still no reply. To top things off, 24 hours prior to arriving back in the country, I was informed that my pick up was cancelled due to their vehicle going in for repairs even though the driver had informed me that they had 6 vans. Absolutely disgraceful business, will not be using them again.

Average service. We got to the airport on the outbound flight two hours too early because they had another drive planned and only one bus. The driver even arrived 15 minutes before scheduled pickup to squeeze in an additional drive. Mailing before to ask for a more reasonable pickup time was left unanswered. Homebound pickup was 20 minutes delayed due to traffic. We offered to pay for tolls, but the driver argued that he knew better. We ended up using tolls roads eventually as the “better” roads turned out to be congested. But, we got to the airport and they brought us back home as well.

Had a night flight that was delayed and messaged the company to keep them up to date only for them to reply and tell us our driver had called in sick earlier in the day and they hadn't organised a new driver for us, leaving our group with little time (as we were in line to board a flight) to try and find a new way home. If we hadn't messaged them, we would've landed from our flight with no transport at all. Absolutely horrid experience and would not recommend this place at all.

Cancelled our transport from the airport 1 hour before pickup. We texted to let them know our flight was delayed and they said that they were covid positive and can no longer take us.... Let us know earlier so we can adjust and make other plans. Not on the day of pickup. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for any company. No other help on another driver to be provided or anything. Would not recommend this company. I wish I could rate in the negatives.

Pennant Hills to Sydney International Airport via Bexley (to avoid tolls) and then 75 minutes from airport back to Pennant Hills?? That is a ridiculous way to avoid tolls. The last thing you want after 5 hours on a plane and being awake for 18 hours is a 75 minute drive home (30km) to avoid tolls. Add the tolls to the price and save time!!!!

Realised the night before my flight that trains are messed up from storm damage. These amazing people answered the phone and took a last minute booking at 10:30pm. Sam picked me up. Really nice, lovely man. Clean bus. My friends have used this local family business many times, they are reliable. I will use them again in the future

If I could give them 6 stars I would. They took very good care of my mother who is 80 years old and was travelling alone interstate. They were On time, helped her with her bags and assisted her getting on and off the bus. I’m extremely happy with the service and glad to Highly recommend them.

Easy booking process, great communication and clean vehicles. Our driver Adam was fantastic we arrived on a delayed flight and he waited patiently for us at the airport and also helped with our luggage. I have recommended Direct Airport Shuttle to all my family and friends.

We researched local shuttle companies and found Direct Airport shuttle online. Easy website to navigate with a prompt reply email from Maggie who booked in our shuttle. Clean , comfortable and safe transport. Very happy with the service and affordability.

Unprofessional and disappointed. Cancellations happens understandable, however we did not receive any further help or response in getting a replacement driver or another way home with only an hour notice. This was close to midnight.

Our flight was delayed and we had to change our pick up time. They were so accommodating polite and helpful and had no problem with the changes. The driver was on time, polite and very helpful. Highly recommend this company.

Unreliable, confirmed our booking and didn’t follow through. We had to book another service last minute. They didn’t even tell us until we texted them 2 hours before our arrival saying our flight was a little delayed.
