I've been going here for a year and the ladies are always so nice and helpful. If you're taking delicate clothes for a dry cleaning I would recommend just telling them you don't want it tumble dried or to make sure you let them know it's delicate because I took a fur poncho there last year to get dry cleaned and they gave it back to me with all the fur burnt and hard from the tumble dryer. Other than that the ladies are honest, trustworthy and lovely. They always entertain conversations even when it's been a long day for them. You can do your own washing using thier machine for such a good price (30 rand for about 7kgs of clothes). Other than my poncho getting fried haha I've never had a bad experience.

Note: you cannot pay by card. You will be sent marching to the nearest ATM to draw cash. They don't give you a heads up about their cash only policy before they do laundry services for you. My suggestion that it would be super helpful for customers to know this before they come and collect their laundry was met with defensiveness and rudeness. Fun times.

Generally busy, but the machines wash well as long as you don't over fill them. Usually 2 dryers per 1 load washing. Heavy duty machines, not industrial machines. Cash only. Drop off dry cleaning which is done off premises. Drop off laundry so the staff can do it for you. About a 24 hour turn around

Waste of time and money. Washers are okay but dryers are expensive and don't work/not replaced/fixed. After 3 hours and R60 (R20 per cycle), the same damn clothes were still damp. No refunds, apologies or anything. Happened to me three times since December 2016.

Too expensive. I'm a student. I can't be washing half a basket for R250. The clothes were nice and clean, but for that price even my tiny socks need to be as good as new, but they weren't.

The lady that was suppose to be assisting me has no way of communicating with clients. She has an attitude problem and tells me, she does not want to talk to me... great service hey

My white t-shirts came back pink and looking dirtier than when I sent them in. Looks like they overbleached the clothes. Not happy with the service.

We used this location for awash, Dry, Fold several times during our visit to Joburg. They were fast and affordable. Highly recommend.

Old damaged machines. We had about 3 hours to wash our staff because of damage machines.

They offer self-service, among other laundry services. A load costs R33. Friendly staff.
