Honestly, it’s your typical laundromat but there were some key things that ruined the normal experience. They removed the coin machine and replaced it with a person, so now you have to rely on them giving you the correct amount of quarters instead of the automated machine. They only had 2 usable carts, the third was very rusty and clearly not being used. They also only had 1 folding table. Not sure why crucial elements of a laundromat have been either removed or lessened. It just seems unconventional. We didn’t even have room to fold our clothes because the worker and another woman was using it. We also had to wait for an available cart because they were being used. Oh, and the hours are non-conventional for a laundromat. Most places open around 6am for the convenience of the neighborhood, and with them opening at 9am, it just comes off as lazy and shows the lack of dedication the company has to the people of Hyde Park. Most likely will find a different place to do laundry.

Went here with my roommates to do some laundry. Great experience. The place is smaller than the usual laundromats we've gone to, but that's made up for by the friendly owners and peaceful environment. Plus the place has a bit more seating and is much cleaner than the one that used to be there. Oh, and the prices are reasonable. We'll definitely be coming back here for the chill vibes and good washers.
