I am a man who went to this laundry on a rainy day. I went to the front desk (no queue at the desk), greeted the the lady and asked for change for the machine. She replied rudly, "wait in the queue". After waiting 45 minutes, I noticed that at least three machines are open and available, yet the lady behind reception (who knew this and who could see me while I was waiting) kept quiet. I went to the front desk again and asked (again) for change for the machine... I could go on but you get the point.

The service is great and the staff is super amazing, friendly and very helpful. The place is very accessible, it is busy but efficient. Well done your place is a lifesaver, and often there are a lot of nice customers and we have sort of turned into a lovely community, though others are a bunch of cows but yeah we were not cut from the same cloth I guess.

Self service or drop off service. Changed supplied however the are no card transactions. Cash only. 'Drop off' service is usually a 24 hours turnaround. Dry-cleaning is accepted and sent to an outside laundromat specifically designed for dry-cleaning.

Great staff! She's super helpful and they keep the coins necessary for the self service. Just a tip, the Google Maps takes you to the wrong centre. It's located next to the Sportsmans Warehouse in Blackheath. Park in front of Sportsmans.

You want to go run wash/dry loads yourself? Sure, well worth going to; rather less so to have them do it for you, costs too much when the place tucked in the corner behind Not Bread Alone exists, is cheaper, and turns out better work.

Lost my business. If I have 3 or more loads I need to give way to person behind me. Arrive before the doors open so I can get in and out. Now I must wait. Not OK. Should be first come first serve. Too WOKE for my liking.

Bad dry cleaning service, Collected my coat only to discover a stain on the sleeve, thought it was permanent but the stain came off easily after I wiped it with a wet towel(no soap) Very disappointing

The lady in the blue overrall is so freaken rude. Had to wait for her while she was laughing with her friend on her cell. She is just so unprofessional and has no work ethic!!

Easy access, friendly services & great assistance - super clean and well kept. A super alternative for those items your machine at home can't do. Highly Recommended

What type of business doesn’t accept card payments? I had to find the nearest ATM, withdraw cash and come back. Useless… Never coming back …

Evelyn is a lovely lady. Very friendly & more than willing to assist. They have R5 for the use of their washing machines.
