This place is legit. They have tons of overstock and items with damaged packaging. I saved $300, just because of damaged packaging. They seem a little disorganized, but the staff is very helpful. The music was a little loud in the front area and the person at the front desk couldn't seem to look away from her phone while I talked to her. Maybe she was doing work, but it seemed disrespectful. This, and the disorganization were the only negatives. With my experience, the value was great.

Today I was greeted with a smile by a lovely young lady at Discount Depot. Customer service was excellent and I was very impressed with their selection of tools. Donna was very knowledgeable and I will definitely be back the next time I need tools.

Communicated before arriving to make sure they had the tool I wanted . Had me drive all the way to tell me they mistook what tool they had and that they actually don’t have it
