Been driving with Lyft now for over a year and decided one night to help out some riders off the app, and make some extra cash. These people seemed nice enough, but of course No Good Deed Goes Unpunished. Before I know it, Im pulled over for a tail light out ... I'm expecting maybe a fix it ticket or a warning, but am quickly on the curb, in handcuffs, cops are being way out of line, searching my car, alerting me to the fact that my passengers have warrants out for their arrests, etc etc. The whole scenario was unreal, and I drove away with a citation for possession of an illegal substance in my vehicle. I’m not really a review writer kind of person, but this absolutely deserves it. I felt as if I had my life completely flipped upside down. Dod was honest and forthcoming. He fought for our son's innocence and won. We have our son home with a misdemeanor charge instead of the multiple felonies that the state tried to pin on him.
