I was at this location on Wednesday afternoon 12/20/23 and the girl on the first register near the discounted items was one of the rudest cashiers I have ever seen. She didnt ask me whether I found everything ok or how my day was going. She stared directly at me and didnt even have a smile. When it was time for my receipt, she teared the receipt out of the machine and nearly threw it at my hand. If you ask me, her face was giving me a bit** resting face. I told her thank you and she didnt respond. I dont what I did to her but it was one of the worst experiences I have had at Dollar Tree and I wont be returning to this location ever again. I normally dont right negative reviews like this but Dollar Tree has to do better at this location. You never know what people are going through in life and to have such bad customer service is detrimental to business. This is why people end up in arguements or worse. I thank God that I have peace of mind and didnt say what I felt like saying to her. North Carolina is the worst when it comes to Customer Service and it shows in most retail stores. I will be taking my business to Target where I am respected or to another Dollar Tree Location even if I have to drive an extra 15 minutes. This woman should be reprimanded promptly.

if this is the Super Dollar Tree store Charlotte, NC they had fallen short in customer service. They say they were friendly? Were was probably when they had more employees and a better manager. The manager at the dollar Tree store (near AMC Theater) was very rude. I had to use the bathroom real bad and I asked politely if I could use the associate's bathroom because I had to go real bad and she said no. Even though she never said a racist remark to me, her attitude is that of a racists person. The store associate however was friendly. I even reported it to corporation and they never got back to me. I guess because I'm white, they don't take racism towards me serious. But if I were a black or Latino they would have fired that manager for racism.

Great location and typically well stocked. My only complaint is that all the bottles of mister plumber are opened (no seal) and replaced with water. I actually went through 3/4 of the bottles on the self to find 2 "intact" bottles. Went home and found out the one of the bottles had a hole in the seal so I spent $1.25 on water. Not worth the gas to return. So disappointed.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. They always have products and they store stays clean and neat. Sometimes the lines can be a little long but that’s not an issue when customer service is always pleasant. This is my favorite dollar tree. The whole team is awesome and treats everyone like family . Keep up the good work team

I like this Dollar store more than most of them! They have cool products and they're always fully stocked. They do have the longest lines though which sucks but the staff is very diligent and quick. I think this spot would do well with self checkouts like minimum 10 items or something. Other than that the location is pretty safe and clean.

They need cashiers very, very bad the check out line was down the aisles of the store with one cashier people was putting stuff back any where and walking out empty handed. you can make more money if the customers can check out the register without the long wait. Store is ok nice and good selection. However the cashier his name is james has an attitude towards customers over coupons. I handed him my coupons and he tells me the register won't scan the coupons. He could of said it in a better way instead of being mean. I hope he will get retrain and being better towards his customers.

I wouldn't rate a 1 star. THIS DOLLAR STORE IS DISGUSTING!! The doors are so grimy, you can't even see through the glass, garbage all over the floor, the floors are coated with black and dirt. Everything is unorganized and everywhere. The employee's don't seem to care about anything. Don't waste your time walking in.

I enjoy my local store. Usually stocked well and you can find some really cute things to decorate with, especially for the holidays if you go early enough in the season. Lines can get long because usually there's only one or two employees but for inexpensive prices you sacrifice a little bit of time. Worth it to me!

Very busy understandable, they would not let my children (6 & 8) use the bathroom wouldn't give me the key, told me to next door. One of my kids wet himself, the other held it. What kind of person won't let children use the bathroom? I will NOT shop at that location again. Location South Bld. By Target

Went to Dollar Tree on South Blvd where I used to live for the 1st time in awhile. It was so well organized, clean & easy to find everything. I was very impressed & will come there more often even though I no longer live in that area. It was pleasant to shop there it would be worth the trip!

This is your average dollar store. I prefer this chain over most of the others. I love the convenience. They typically have what I am looking for except wrist support and I guess they stopped carrying milk several months ago...? Not that I drink the stuff but yeah.. lol

Posted hours on the door are 9am to 9pm. At 8:45 the dollar tree employee refused to let any customers in. Why does this store not follow the hours provided by corporate. I did check with other Dollar Trees and they stay open until 9 like they are suppose to.

Several great value products here for $1. Asked about employee where a certain craft item was located, she said down by toys. She didn't offer to help me find the craft aisle, felt like I was an interuption from the attitude she was giving off.

This Dollar Tree is huge! I'm impressed with the selection of items. I'd say it's twice the size of the Tega Cay Dollar Tree...just a guess though. It's clean and the employees I encountered were polite. A great bargain store.

I like this store. Always clean and people are helpful. They have the best best best snack zone of all of the dollar trees I know. The have a good variety of options that you can always find when you need a quick store trip.

Dollar Tree was great today! Their Interiors shelves were full of merchandise. In the front of the store, they were still cleaning up from Easter. There were lots of boxes full of new stuff to shelve. Great job, Dollar Tree!

This dollar tree regularly has chilled coffee/mocha beverages in their refrigerator - for $1. Try finding that at any other grocery store for less than $2 - you won't. Convenient and a great bargain.

I like that it has a freezer food department with those brand name "golden crust" patties! I shop here once a season. I'm always stocking up and I come with the kids as a fun trip for everyone.

This Dollar Tree is large. Aisles are wide. Have lots of things that smaller Dollar Trees do not have. Great selection. Needed another register open as it was lunch time and very busy.

Pleasantly surprised at how much this store has improved. Great home decor items! Lots of crafting things as well. Plus they have a lot of yarn and not just one type. Who knew?

On Saturday 11/18, there was one register opened, the cashier was working hard, it took 42 minutes to get the cashier, it is no fair to waste our time or weekend.

Love the concept but this location seems to be low on just about everything. Still it's a great store to spend a little and take home a lot.
