I usually love this store but I did not realize they had a NO RETURN policy. When checking out I thought the bill was too high so I asked the cashier if there were any items on the order that rang up over the $1.25, she said no. I thought it was too much but decided to look at the receipt. I got to my car and reviewed my order and sure enough, the top 2 items on my receipt rang up at $5. I went back in immediately with the 2 items and the manager refused to return them. He said the only thing he could do was hold the cashier responsible for the items. I want to say that she may not have been able to see all the items on her screen. I left but will say beware! This has not been the policy of the store in the past and if their employees make a mistake, they should do the honorable thing. The cashier was the only one open and instead of helping her by getting on a register himself, he just let the line get all the way to the back of the store. I'm sure she felt she had to keep the line moving.

Often you hear “It’s a dollar store so what do you expect?”. Well, I don’t expect poor service anywhere, regardless of the price of the goods. On 4/25 I went to get some balloons for my son’s birthday to be met by an “out of helium” sign on the door and ALL of the employees out by the front door smoking cigarettes talking about how they hate their job. Meanwhile, a line was waiting at a vacant register. This store always has long lines and a history of employees who openly complain about everything. I would be embarrassed if I was the store manager. A complete 180 from the Jax beach location. I will continue to drive right passed this store and head to the beach location.

My 1 year old dropped his teething giraffe yesterday. I called and spoke to someone and explained what my son had lost and if they found it to please put in lost and found so I could get it back. Today less than 24 hours later I returned to the spe to inquire and the giraffe and was told night shift threw it away. I realize being yall of my son's teether is not their primary job, but considering I called within 10 minutes of leaving the store someone could have held this giraffe for at least a day to see if a customer returns. This would be the difference between working a job and providing outstanding customer service. Very disappointed.

The manager name Tammy is so mean. She told me that she’s out of helium for the balloons but there’s another employee who overheard the conversation came to help me, so they have the helium but the manager just so busy on the phone and want to go home at 9:20 pm while they’re close at 10:00 pm and her attitude is not friendly at all she shouldn’t be at customer service. Feel bad for the girl who help me get balloons. I hope she will not get in the trouble because her manager was looking at her while she help me like going to eat her.

Was there midmorning on a Tues. Very quiet. Only a few people there. Bought some cookies. They have great cookies. All kinds. Also bought some frozen desserts, also very good. Then I bought bleach. That's the only place I buy it from. Must have saved a lot of money over the years that way. Also bought a big bottle of liquid soap, which i keep outdoors in my shed, to use when I clean the patio furniture or the garbage can. Only spent $9. Wow. You really can find almost anything you need in there. Even tee shirts.

Team member / cashier Keisha is the real deal. Just moved to area! Keisha line is always the quickest and most friendliest. She shows great respect and assistance to seniors. Always a smile and professional attitude. I share this for it’s a blessing to be on line with 8 people in front of you and you “hear customers” say this line moves quick and great attitude by cashier. Hands down team member / cashier Keisha will be a manger. Keisha could give lessons on work ethic and respect. God Bless way to go Ms Keisha

This is by far the best dollar tree I’ve ever been to. It’s so organize. I have never in my life seen a dollar tree like this. I wish I knew the young ladies name whom I interacted with. She was so pleasant and sweet. This store was also very cool when entering. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars it’s a bit empty not much on the shelves like other dollar trees. But it did have the gel bead mask I’ve been on a hunt for. Couldn’t find one in any other dollar tree.

The cashiers at Dollar Tree are always friendly and it's so easy to find what you need. I buy household items and snacks whenever I shop. The kitchen utensils are pretty good quality and I have had the same pair of kitchen scissors for the last 3 years. I like the floor mats because I can change them out regularly at a fraction of the cost at other retailers without sacrificing quality of materials.

Will never go to this store again. Walked off with Monet to go change to smaller nolls before finishing our transaction and said we were 20 dollars short. No but because they walked off we have no proof. All we needed was 1.25 in change and they said they had to get smaller bills that did t affect us till it did. They can keep this location. Watch your money with an eagle eye.

I just love ❤️ going this well organized store. I was there a few months ago, but the store was not nearly as put together as it is now. There must be a new management team on, I’ve told all my family & friends! Also I’d like to recognize your employee ANDEE she was absolutely pleasant and fantastic. Helped me with all my needs. Really bad customer service!!! Sunday Dec 8th...manager on duty an one employee got really disgusted after I suggested to please open another register...they always have just one...I can understand when they are slow... but when the line is super long...they should be pro active!! What example is the manager giving to the employee?...

Horrible customer service. A manger got an attitude when I asked for my money back because her employee let go of my balloon , which then, floated to the ceiling. She wasn’t willing to even try to get it from the ceiling. I can’t report her name because she wasn’t in full uniform, without a name tag on WHILE on the phone.

Always a pleasant experience to visit this Dollar Tree. Visit here often as I live right down the street and love walking down here with my Granddaughter. Employees are professional, kind, courteous, helpful. Service is always with a smile. Five ***** stars for this Dollar Tree because of the employees who are terrific.

Good selection. Nice, professional cashier, but not enough people working there. Line behind me was long. Isles were cluttered with new inventory, making some isles impossible for two people to go down them. Meaning I had to skip that isle until it was clear of another customer.

The cashier scanned the items for the person in front of me and then didnt charge her instead kept scanning my things and charged me for both. Then did the same thinf to my mom. Put in her bag and charged her things from the person behind her.

This Place is HUGE! I like to call it the Super Dollar Tree! They always have what I'm looking for, and things I didn't even know I needed. Very clean, always Stocked. Friendly Hospitable Employees. My favorite in the area!!!

This is my favorite location ....everyone is so nice and the store is super clean. It seems like the employees actually like their jobs here as opposed to the other locations where everyone seems miserable and annoyed.

A lady dropped a glass and the store would not give her another before she left store. I really thought that was poor customer service. If I knew before I bought 30 glasses I would have went to another one.

Omg the people who were working this store on 9/9/23 around 1-2pm looked like drug addicts. Seriously manager, be careful who you hire bc it certainly affects people wanting to shop there.

Good store with very nice employees, except they were depleted on some items because of the Coronavirus. The store is also in a good location where you can easily get in and out of.

General cleanliness is maybe less than best, but this place has a great selection of food, toys, craft supplies, etc! The quality is great for the low price of $1.

I'll never understand why companies will pay the high cost of setting up multiple cash registers and only pay minimum wage for just one person to operate.

Although signs on the door indicate that there is sit-down dining inside. When you get there they tell you that those sections are closed to the pandemic
