HARD TO BELIEVE!! Dollarama is refusing to correct an error on an invoice where I was overcharged $30 . Yesterday the helpful clerk asked how many bags - I said 40. She charged me for 40. I realized today that I should've been charged for 20 as they're sold in pairs. Lynne, the manager, acknowledged that they made a mistake but that they don't take returns or offer refunds. I pointed out that I'm not asking for a refund - I'm asking Dollarama to correct their mistake on a receipt. I FIND THIS TOTALLY HARD TO BELIEVE -- HAVEN'T HAD SUCH POOR SERVICE ANYWHERE FOR A LONG TIME!

Been shopping at this location for years, however, recently the quality of customer service has severely deteriorated. During my last visit, a very rude female employee (glasses, long hair) physically pushed past me to stock a shelf, without saying excuse me or acknowledging me in any way. When I pointed it out, she rudely snapped back by saying she was "just trying to do her job." Never had this type of experience here before. Management should probably re-evaluate how their staff treat customers.

This place has zero customer service skills. Employee made a mistake and told us to buy the wrong product. We did and when we asked for a refund they stated it’s company policy… Also the employee says they made a mistake because they are under staffed and needed to focus on stocking the shelves instead of helping a customer properly.

Very clean,well organized and aisles wide enough. Love the wide variety of products that they sell many are name brand but at half the price. Also enjoy how as the seasons change they are right on getting the products out for those of us that enjoy getting a jump on things. Keep up the good job. Great staff, very helpful.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Disappointed! We were shopping this morning and asked an employee if my son, who is 4, to use the washroom. They said they don't have a washroom. So where do the employees go? Very upset customer. Customer service sucks and will no longer be shopping here.

Great store, well stocked, all the little things you need are available and some are in real good quality, what it lacks is the welcoming vipe and friendly staff. I visited once and at the cashier my items were checked out by the grumpiest cashier ever, and that was it for me, NEVER again.

Really like the new layout and the staff are super nice even with everything going on still willing to help with everything and even with increased shoppers the store is still the cleanest most organized dollar store i have ever been too thank you to everyone that works there great job

Love, love this dollar store! It has a lot of items to choose from and more brand names are being added on a continual basis. The staff are very friendly and chat it up with you without keeping the next person in line waiting. A pleasant trip every time! …

Person at the door did not ask covid questions when when I asked her if she wanted to ask me something. 2 people at the cash just standing taking you each other while 1 person worked and there was a line of 7 people wanting to cash out

This is one of me favourite locations. Very nearly stocked and it has a wider variety of items than most places. The card section of also bigger then most locations. Super friendly staff
