I was looking for the Mr. Big chocolate bars made by Cadbury that aren't sold in the US. The Currency Exchange lady suggested that I get them from the dollar store. I looked everywhere and decided to go to the Dollarama on my way back to the US, and Voila! I bought 2 boxes and other chocolate! The prices were very reasonable, especially, after the total cost was converted to US Dollars. WOOHOO! The staff there was so helpful. I asked if they had any in the back since there were only 8 left on the shelf. The nice young man went to be back to look for 2 boxes for me and returned with 3 - one for the shelf. I should have gotten the 3rd box. My co-workers love the Mr. Big candy bar. When I come back, probably next year, I'll definitely go straight to the Dollarama for all my chocolate shopping!! Thanks.

I always come to this location because I always feel comfortable shopping here. They employees are very helpful and never bother people with medical mask exemptions. I only had one experience when a cashier rudely asked me, “did you forget your mask or something?” I told her I have a medical mask exemption and she left it. But that was only one time. I will continue to come here because I know 99% of the time my shopping experience here is pleasant.

I wasn't even gonna bother rating this dollarama but since Google asked me to; This location has a good variety of stuff but there is one lady that has been working here for at least a few years, and she's really really mean. It's not just a resting face, she barks at people and gets mad at elderly for not being quick enough when there is only one other person in line. Like it makes me want to avoid this location and go across the street

I love this place , nice staff whenever I need help looking for something , this location is literally 5 mins from my place , it literally has everything I am looking for ! Affordable price for everything I needed for my small business at home and other house warming stuff & also very good toys ! My son loves going through the section everytime I bring him ! They have a lot of crafts i highly recommend on going there :) !

This is one of the larger Dollarama locations and I find that their stock is often a better caliber. They seem to get more name brand items. This trip I was lucky enough to find a variety of Catwalk hair products for $4 which typically retail for about $20. Of all the Dollarama locations in this part of Mississauga, and there are many including another right across the street, this is the one that I prefer.

When a person calls your store, stop trying to tell that person that your ‘too busy, call back later’ Your a business, you need to understand even BASIC customer service. You need to train your staff that basic concept! Also don’t say ‘I speak no English, I don’t understand’ when CLEARLY, you do, you just don’t want to! This is a CANADIAN company, the least you can do, is offer Basic English courses..

I just had a terribly bad experience at this location because of a $50.00 bill the Asian lady looks like around 40-49 years old doesn’t know how to read bills she turns the bill around and said to customer this bill is not right she call her boss and she’s said nothing wrong with the bill the Asian woman gets so angry with customer and talk very rudely wouldn’t g ok there again.

Poor grouping of items on the shelves. For example you can find sugar in the midst of cosmetics or detergents. Very hard to find what you want in the shelves. Given a chance to arrange the shelves I would put items that go together e.g in one line you can have sugar, coffee, tea leaves, peanut butter, bread, drinking chocolate, milk,

This store seems to have a lot more items than other Dollarama stores, maybe cuz it's bigger but it definitely has more inventory and customer service is awesome. It's a shame the montreal-based head office companies still ripping off their customers by charging 8 cents a bag and stupid Eco fees which I'm sure they keep..

I've only been to this location midday, and during those times it's almost always empty. I rarely ever see the parking lot busy. Inside is spacious, but conversely it's one of the smaller locations. Still, great place to shop if you want to be in and out in a short amount of time.

A medium sized store that has a wide selection of products. Some dollar stores only carry the most popular products but I think this location has a wider range of common and less common items. It's a good place for surprisingly high quality kitchen items and very low prices.

This place may not be everybodys favorite shopping store. It is one of mine. I get what I need for a good price and since they buy overstocks from several different providers. I keep my stock up, as soon they get the delivery. Nice and helpful staff members.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff, but the floor walkers make you feel uncomfortable how they follow and watch p grapple around the store. I understand that is Tyger job, but it's a little too much a sometimes. They have parking and handicapped parking spots.

Worst Costumer service ever!! The employee screamed at my husband and my brother in law because they had their scooters with them and demanded them to leave them at the door, like??? Are you gonna pay $1000 to replace them in case someone

There are many household items on the shelf. Everyone can enjoy arts and crafts, which include wet paint, colored pencils, paper, and other materials. If you'd like, you can self-checkout or have someone else scan your purchases.

Great place to get all your little things that you need. you might even find some things that you didn't realize you needed until you saw them. The aisles are nicely spaced and items are set up nicely so you can see them

It's a good store to buy and grab alot of things ,but I have noticed that the prices has gone up ,which compete with thrift stores and sometimes we find cheaper at the thrift store especially for low income families.

I had the best bargains ever. No one could have a better place to grab drinks and snacks near the waterfront by Lake Ontario. Friendly staff and a nice, clean store. Kept a dollar in my pocket. That was fine by me.

Selection was pretty good. Prices in dollar stores in general have gone up but you can still find some pretty good deals depending on what you are looking for. All in all a good place to shop.

Employee extremely rude. Screamed at us saying that the store was closed. Made us leave the store while screaming. Close the main door if the store is closed. Common sense.

It's ok but I'm finding it no longer carries certain products. Selection seems to be more of the regular stuff that is more popular. Prices have risen a lot on many items.

I love it because i can find home decor for all season, also kitchen accessories specially for baking. And is the only place i can find soil for my plants during winter.

Clean and well kept store. Staff are helpful and mindful of social distancing guidelines. Product shelves are organized well. I'd recommend going back.

What I love about this store is the opportunity to find the necessary thing for little money - for the garden, for the office, for a party, etc.

Like the self checkout cashier station very fast. Did not have the chips looking for however the premise was organize and stock.

Picked up some good stuff here. Some of the staff smell bad, and need to shower and wear deodorant. Otherwise it was ok.

The staff were great. They had the crocs I was looking for and they try to get items in as quickly as possible.
