We were browsing the aisle. There was an item on the ground from before. My daughter and my father were perusing some items. An employee walked by and told my elderly father (70+) “make sure you pick that up and don’t just kick it with your feet” in front of many other customers and my daughter… my father told her that the item had been there from before and he definitely did not kick it. She retorted saying she watched it drop (it had definitely been on the ground before we even entered the aisle. We returned all our items to the shelves and asked to speak to the manager. As we did, that same employee gaudily said “byeeee” to us. Incredibly appalling behaviour. Will not be returning and will be advising entire community to steer clear. March road Dollarama will be receiving our business from here on out.

The place is well organized and lots of great products, but the staff member I had twice, was so rude and arrogant. We went on Friday to get flowers for my grandpa's grave and she was rude and sighing as she put me through, I asked for a bag another sigh. I let it go. Went back today for more flowers and got the same cashier, and we were told more flowers in a rude way, and that I am not putting those in a bag. I understand if you are having a bad day, but no excuse, maybe this person shouldn't be on cash, put her in the back. I will not be going back to your location, this turned me off. Even my daughter and mother couldn't believe how rude she was. She doesn't want to work there then I can find 100 people who would love a job right now.

Everyday I go to this dollar store for a nice crispy! cold fresh delicious flavourful delectable orange juice! BUT lately to my surprise the fridge has been practically empty and hasn’t been restocked! And day after day I unfortunately go without my orange juice and now because of that situation orange juice is no longer apart of my crispy cold routine so if you are an orange juice lover like me I say let’s stand strong together and fight to fix the orange juice shortage once and for all !

The store was very clean inside. Tons of stock of everything and had everything I was looking for. Wish the prices were getting so much now. I remember when everything used to be one dollar, now most things are three to four dollars. Still find it the best place to get house hold cleaners and soaps and stuff. Staff were very friendly and keep asking if I needed help finding anything and the cash was super quick. Overall very good store.

This "dollar store" offers a wide range of low end goods and bargains. "Low end" however doesn't mean it's not a good value though for what you pay. And brand items often appear on the shelves at a fraction of what you'd pay on a higher end shop or grocery store. You never know what you'll find. Unlike some similar stores this one's clean and well organized. Check in frequently to snap up the best deals.

I've been trying to solve a wrong payment issue for the last week and still no progress at all, visited the store twice and every time they say the manager is not here and we can't do anything. Called twice and after reaching to the manager, she also said she can't solve the issue and asked me to call the customer service, called to the customer service and the only option was to leave a voice message

Great! I went in to buy rubber gloves and came out having spent almost $20.00. I do think about what the people who manufacture these products are paid, but... Dollarama is so clean, even with all the stuff. Maybe that is the cost of the items with a small margin of profit, rather than a larger profit margin at other stores.

I tried to return a paper cutter but they didin’t accept that. Maybe it’s Dollarama’s general policy but I hate it because that product wasn’t working properly and it was totally garbage. If somebody reads my comment from Dollarama’s management, I hope it helps to change their return policy.

This Dollarama offers a decent selection of items at really cheap prices. The store is clean, but it is somewhat small and there usually isn't a lot of staff around. It's also easily accessible and is right next to other stores in the Kanata Centrum.

The store is open. I am trying to call to see if they have a product in stock before driving there. Four times, the phone has been answered and then hung up. This is horrendous customer service.!!!

Just like any other Dollar store. They have a nice variety of things that change seasonally and can be purchased for 1 or several dollars. Great place to buy low quality low cost items.

A very convenient location with very helpful staff. This is a big store with lots of selection and full of stock. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants and other shops.

Nice store with cheap items, however the quality of the items could be improved. I just bought a new whiteboard and the marker that came with it was completely dry!

It is a decent place to buy cheap stuff. They no longer sell 2 pasta packs for $1.50, and it was a great deal. They don't sell smartphone holders for cars anymore.

A good place. The staff are nice. And not always the best variety. But it’s okay for the price. Make sure to check the expiration date of the food :)

Wow what a big store! Supper great selection. Like that new things are almost added weekly. Great craft supplies. All prices are $4 and under.

I believe this is one of the best dollar ama in town. Super clean, fully stock. More and different type of items compared to other locations
