I've been taking my dry cleaning to Dolphin Dry cleaners crowfoot for the past 18months now, and I have to say that the team working at crowfoot are really wonderful. I regularly go to the dry cleaners - sometimes as frequently as twice a month. Their attention to detail is superb. Once, when I picked up a shirt, they went out of thier way to let me know that there was a minor spot left - which I couldn't even find! they just wanted me to know that it wasn't due to lack of attention that the stubborn spot remained. Despite i dont live close to Crowfoot anymore, but continue to bring my clothes only to Dolphin dry cleaners crowfoot. I feel confident whenever I had over my clothes that they will come back well cared for. Bottom line: exceptional service, friendly, professional staff, and clean clothes. Can't ask for more!

Dolphin did an exceptional job in there follow up and they fixed my jacket to near new. On the rare occasions things don't alway go perfect and I understand that. Dolphin treated me with a high level of respect and professionalism. They worked very hard and diligently to correct the situation and did an amazing job in fixing it. Received message from store for refund of cleaning and sent in jacket to see if at the least they can make better and fix color. looking forward to seeing the out come. Bought from Italy a 1100.00 suede jacket, only dropped it off because it was packed away in the retailers bag and was a little creased but in flawless new condition (Only worn once to check it out and inspect repacked clean). When I got it back from dolphin had changed from a dark brown suede to a medium brown....

Wished to share my appreciation for the service I received at this location. I had brought in a jacket for cleaning and there was a mishap that occurred during the process. After submitting a concern through the company’s email, Cameron, the General Manager, reached out to me to apologize and share what his team could do to make it right. Cameron reached out following the processing of the jacket and explained what his team had done to fix the jacket. They went above and beyond and I am so pleased to share that my jacket looks new again. I have to say that, this company saved my life. There was a wedding happening at the Hotel where I work & the dress of the bride was totally rinkled. I called Dolphin Dry Cleaners the night before the wedding, as it was when they noticed the condition of the dress, and they accommodated us without any hesitation. The dress was ready the following day at 11:00 AM. They are professional, really accommodating, and really good at what they do. The dress was absolutely stunning for the wedding. On Monday I dropped off a bridesmaid dress that had weird stains on it. It was either oil or flower dye. The lady was very friendly. My dress was ready for pick up by weds which is super fast considering that I said that there was no rush. The stains were completely gone! It cost $84 to dry clean a formal dress... not sure if that's standard at most dry cleaners or not. Excellent service and fast! Thank you!

Our washing machine was out of commission for a couple of weeks and we brought our laundry here, since we have be brining our dry cleaning here for years. We were concerned with fragrance due to allergies. We brought our own soap and they did a terrific job. It was folded perfecting (even the fitted sheets). The staff are always polite and professional.

I had two sets of very heavy drapes that needed cleaning when my apartment was being painted. I had a terrible time trying to find a cleaner that would deliver them after cleaning. Dolphin cleaners did not hesitate to clean them, kept them and delivered after the painting was completed. I am very pleased with the service.

I dropped off a pair of pants I have that got torn in my washing machine and one of the seams was ripped. It was a very reasonable price and they did a great job. I can't even tell where the tear was! When I got them back they had also cleaned and pressed them so they looked like brand new again! I would highly recommend.

Great service, friendly staff and quality cleaning. I had a shirt stained with a pen/marker that I love, they cleaned it (but as the stain remained, though less visible, they left a note). I personally didn't care (& still wear that shirt) , but I loved the detail of making sure the "shortcoming" was visibly highlighted.

I needed a suit dry cleaned urgently and they had it done is less than 24 hours. The suit was in pretty rough shape when I dropped it off, and it came out impeccable. Shaistah helped me, and she was nothing short of amazing. If you need a good dry cleaner this is the place to go!

Dropped off a gown and suit for dry cleaning - some grass was still attached to the gown when I came to pick it up the first time and they offered to re-clean it free of charge, ready in 24 hrs. Great recovery from what could have been a service fail. I will be back!

I've been taking my duvet there twice as my cat has peed on it. Every time they cleaned it at the same day to deter the smell but didn't charge more. Will come to them again for other cleaning stuff.
