Dominic helped to manage the probate of our late father’s estate and subsequent distribution of assets to beneficiaries. He also assisted in drawing up and finalising a family agreement to vary certain provisions in dad’s Will, sought by one of the beneficiaries. In all this, his advice was professional and ‘spot on’ and we are satisfied. But the administrative/document handling side was slow, initially at least, hence the 4 stars. But it needs to be said that the delay was in the midst of the uncertainties and lockdowns imposed by government in the early parts of the pandemic ‘crisis’. For example, the ‘no visit’ prohibition in place for a little over a month prevented us going to his Chatswood office to sign documents which he needs to witness.
