I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a healthcare facility at this location. The reception staff and the assistant in the room were all very friendly and professional. No complaints with them. I was seen by Dr. Khan and it was a terrible experience. I went in with a Women’s health issue and had pelvic pain concerns. Dr Khan was immediately rude and condescending. He ignored my concerns and shamed me for my past medical health. He shamed me for having been seen by other doctors in the medical clinic before for routine STI screening saying “you have seen this doctor and that doctor, everyone has seen you”. I don’t currently have a family doctor and was making sure to be tested regularly as I am a responsible adult. He was clear that he thought I was irresponsible….even going so far as to ask my occupation clearly thinking I must have a reason for being tested at this clinic twice. He was combative and abrasive, treating me like I was stupid and refused to take any of my concerns seriously. I was dealing with a sensitive issue which was already hard enough to bring forward and he was extremely judgemental. He made me feel so uncomfortable that I was not able to properly advocate for my health because I was so hurt and taken aback by the way he was speaking to me. This treatment continued through the appointment. My results were also discussed loudly with the assistant right in the hallway for the entire clinic to hear. This was a huge violation of my privacy. When all was said and done he did not even look at my main concern which was the pelvic pain. I left the office feeling so embarrassed and violated. I am a health care worker myself so I knew my pain was a problem and I needed to find someone asap to see me. I went to emergency the next day and was given the care I deserved. I had a condition that has very serious complications for women if left too long. I’m grateful that I know enough to advocate for myself because of my occupation but i know that another woman may not have and I think it’s disgusting that that kind of treatment and dismissal from Dr. Khan could have deterred them from seeking the care they need. This man should absolutely not be a doctor and should absolutely not be seeing any Women’s health issues. I will be lodging a formal complaint because I refuse to let this kind of thing happen to another woman (or any patient). Avoid this doctor at all costs and if you can’t make sure you advocate for yourself and see someone else if you feel like you are being dismissed.

I went here today to try and seek help, as my seasonal allergies had nearly swollen my eyes shut and I was having a hard time breathing. The website said they closed at 4, and we got there at 3:20. There was literally only ONE person in the waiting room. I was quite obviously distressed, as my whole face was swollen, when the lady at the front told me they were closed. I asked why it said online that they were open until 4 if they were closed now, and she said that they had too many patients waiting. I understand some people leave and then come back, but there is no way, with only 1 person in the lobby, they did not have time to see me. I told her I was having a really bad allergic reaction, and asked are you sure a doctor can't help me, and she said no, sorry, you'll have to leave. She did not even take the time to recommend somewhere else I could go for help. THIS is the exact reason why emergency rooms are so overrun with non-emergency problems. If a clinic says they are open until 4, and they CLEARLY have the capacity to help you, they should honour that. If they cannot, they should at least take the time to refer you somewhere else. It felt very much like a doctor wanting to leave early, and the girl at the front could not care less about the actual people needing medical help. If you work in the medical field, compassion should be one of your #1 traits. This place has none of it.

I have had the most horrible experiences at this clinic. I would give 0 stars if I could and I strongly discourage anyone from receiving care here. The reception and staff are horrendously rude and the doctors have overcrowded schedules. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment. The dates I was given were always 3, sometimes 4 months away. That is unacceptable for a general practitioner (family doctor). The walk-in schedule isn't much better and, unless you have an entire 12 hours to possibly waste, I'd avoid the walk-in too. You're better off going to emerg. I've actually had a few instances where, when trying to call to book in, reception just picks up the phone and immediately hangs up, forcing you to call back. One day I counted how many times I had to do this call back loop and It went about EIGHT rounds before someone, quite annoyed, shouted to me that they were reception and asked what I wanted. I had a family doctor registered through this clinic. One day the receptionist flat out told me that my doctor had too many clients and I'd be better off just seeing walk-ins. I honestly can't fathom how this place is still legally allowed to operate. I would not recommend this place at all. Please do NOT go here if you can avoid it. This place should be reported to Alberta Health and investigated for deplorable patient care and negligence.

This clinic’s customer services is absolutely THE WORST, whether it is over the phone or in- person. The girls sitting at reception are extremely rude, unprofessional and least interested in helping you when you walk-in. You could be standing right in front of them for over 10 mins but they fail to recognize you or help you. They would rather have their own personal chats amongst themselves than help you. I am appalled at their customer service over the phone as well, several times I have been hung up on and given the impression that they are least interested in doing their job, which is very alarming to me as a patient. In the past, I’ve had the staff gasp and pass rude comments to me because I didn’t remember the exact date of my last annual check up with my family doctor. I escalated the matter immediately to the “manager” but I haven’t noticed any improvement in the staff’s behaviour whatsoever. In fact, I feel extremely uncomfortable knowing that my personal and private medical records are accessible by the extremely unprofessional reception staff at the clinic. If I didn’t like the doctor that i see at DMC Mactaggart, I’f never step foot in this awful clinic. Absolutely terrible service!

My family physician, Dr. Smith, is so unbelievably kind, caring, and considerate. She is absolutely a gem. If I was rating only her, I would give 10/5 stars. For real. She never makes me feel rushed, and her warmth and understanding is unparalleled. I give my 2-star review because reception is terrible. The receptionists pick up and hang up the phones because they ring non stop. More front-end staff would be pertinent, but I guess that's not possible. **I have updated my review to lower my star rating as yesterday I was actually hung up on by a receptionist, and when I called back and asked to speak to a manager, SHE then talked to me like I was an absolute dough head. I am not a difficult person (in fact I'm usually a total pushover), but when I have to deal with these people to get the patient care me and my children DESERVE, it becomes quite frustrating really quickly.** Additionally, I have been seen twice in walk in when I couldn't get in to see my doctor, and was given either completely incorrect medical advice, or was left feeling disgusting and absolutely offended by the things the physician said to me. Dominion, do better please.

I am writing this review about Dr. Kahn. I had the horrific experience of meeting with Dr. Kahn, because my family Dr was not available. I was in tears by the end of the appointment with this person. He is aggressive, abusive, dismissive, does not listen, argumentative and simply put - an awful human being. Stay away from this - evil man. He should have his medical license removed. How is it possible that we license such low life people to practice medicine? Please stay away from this so called MD. He does not care about anyone, he is so awful and disgusting and a vial human. I pray he loses his medical license so that other innocent people do not have to endure his evil vial behavior and violence towards his patience,. Read the many reviews online. This Dr has the worst reviews over and over again. So who allows him to continue to practice ? Unreal to be honest. Again - I encourage you to read the many reviews prior to mine. He has a disgraceful and vial reputation with so many people - for a reason. Please protect yourself and your family from this monster. He is pure evil.

I would give a zero star if it is available. Normally the wait time is long but nothing I can't bear with. But today's doctor has reached an all-time low. What kind of medical doctor don't bring up a chart or take any notes while seeing the patient? Dr Perez Khan isn't a real doctor. He didn't take my daughter's temperature. Didn't listen my description of her illness. He didn't check her ears for infection. He took one peek at her mouth. Listened to her chest for literally 3 seconds then her back for 3 seconds. He didn't check her hands even though I told him she'd got rush in her palms. "Go home and take Advil". "She has a cold. It takes 3-4 weeks to recover." " I am the doctor you aren't". Well. I may not be a doctor but this isn't my first time see a doctor. And what medical qualifications does he have to tell me common cold lasts 3-4 weeks, including cough, fever and hard breathing?? Two hours later we saw a real doctor who gave her a thorough examination. It was confirmed that my daughter has a noisy chest and it is clearly infection. This is a fraud, not a doctor.

While I’m not a patient, I’ve heard from over 10 people in regards to this clinic while asking for recommendations. I leave this comment not to spread hate but with the hope this medical centre cares enough to make some changes. From what I’ve been told you have absolutely no sense of time management, each person I heard from said it takes about 45 minutes per patient. While the front desk is telling people about an hour, with multiple people before them. The reason I leave this review today is because of what I had heard from someone today. Not only was the doctor extremely rude and condescending. Lacked any care of any kind. Being a doctor requires compassion and understanding, amongst many other extremely important qualities. Quite frankly based on what I heard today, the experience was traumatizing. I could actually go into more detail and share the more inappropriate things he said to my boyfriend. I’m going to leave it here though. If I knew which doctor had seen my boyfriend today, I would be reporting that doctor. Do better. This is not okay.

Absolutely awful experience there today. We went to bring our 10month old in for a check up because he’s been coughing like crazy. Not only did the receptionist not enter his information from his alberta health card right, but we were waiting for 2 hours watching other people go in and out for walk ins just like ourselves. Once we were in a room to see a doctor we were waiting for yet another hour with no one showing up. Then one of the ladies came in and requested we go re-provide the receptionist with his information yet again. When I had visited this clinic 2 years ago for myself they had told me that there was nothing wrong with me, turns out I had strep throat. Needless to say, the competence of the staff is severely lacking and the doctor was just sitting at his desk sighing staring off into space. I’m seriously wondering what back alley this guy bought his medical licence from, but, will never trust this establishment to provide accurate health care information or a hospitable environment.

i will NEVER go back to this clinic and will advise anyone I know not to go. I went to the walk in clinic the morning of January 9, 2022. Front end staff were professional and appropriate. I was seen by Dr. Khan and by the end of my extremely short visit, I left the clinic in tears. Dr. Khan was extremely rude, abrasive, dismissive, and condescending. He spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and acted as though I was lying/uneducated about my condition despite me clearly being more knowledgeable about it than him as his facts were incorrect. He argued with me and refused to listen to what I was saying and continued speaking over me/cutting me off. left crying and feeling attacked and invalidated. There was a nurse in the room who observed this all but did not say anything. Dr. Khan should not be practicing medicine. I have never had such a poor experience with a doctor in my entire life. If there is any chance of being seen by doctor Khan, AVOID THIS CLINIC. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  • Christine Lee

From the moment Dr. Khan stepped into the room, he was extremely condescending, talked over me while I was trying to voice my health concerns, handled me so aggressively I was bleeding after what he said was “just a swab”, and used the word “very smelly” to conclude my 5 minute exam after a 3 hour wait. I was in extreme discomfort and Dr. Khan had me in tears leaving the clinic. I will be specifically asking to never be in Dr. Khan’s care if I ever end up visiting this clinic again. The nurse helping the doctor was very compassionate and even checked in on me after she witnessed the way he treated me. Her kindness helped me feel less distressed leaving. I will be lodging a formal complaint because he shouldn’t be allowed to be treating patients with such little dignity and getting to call himself a doctor. He should not be in a role as a public face in healthcare in general with such lack of basic patient care and a complete ignorance to patients’ concerns.

receptionists are the worst. I called them to make an appointment with a doctor there and the earliest was in 3 weeks. after 3 weeks i called them to follow up and i realized they booked the appointment on my brother's name, so they had to cancel the appointment and book it on my name. the receptionist couldn't speak English very well so I had a hard time with her spelling my name and getting my info. finally she passed the phone to another person who could speak well but she was rude and useless. she promised that everything got fixed and i have to be there tomorrow at 3 pm. got hours off from work next day and when I got there another lady there told me that my appointment got canceled. instead of apologizing and fixing my problem they told me the earliest time for the next appointment would be in 40 days. yes 40 days. can you believe this? and its like nothing happened. this was not their first time and i heard similar stories from other ppl too.

I am shocked at all the negative reviews! I haven't read all 201 reviews yet, but I will, when I have more time. My family doctor, Dr. Spak, hasn't been mentioned in any of the reviews so far. So that may be why my experience has been vastly different than all the negative reviewers'. It doesn't explain why I have never had a problem with any of the receptionists though. Dr. Spak has been 5 stars, every time I see him, or have a consultation over the phone. I have been with Dr. Spak for 20+ years now. Ever since he was at a clinic in Old Strathcona. He has moved twice since then and I will go to wherever he goes. As he is the absolute best family doctor that I have ever had! I always make an appointment online and have never done a walk-in.

  • Heather Armstrong

These guys are hit or miss. I've had good wait times and extraordinarily bad wait times. And we've seen some good Dr's here, but we've also seen Dr's in this clinic that I'm confused how they even have a licence to practice medicine with how little they know. Also, we signed up to have a family GP with these guys but if you don't go in at least once a year they remove you from the patient list without letting you know so magically if you aren't sick within a year you also no longer have a family Dr. I also agree with the other reviews here that some of their reception staff are rather rude, although others seem very caring and helpful and have gone out of their way to squeeze us in for appointments so as I said, a hit or miss clinic.

  • Taylor Rolheiser

Advertised as a walk-in clinic, the door even has the walk-in hours posted on the window. When I arrived within the posted walk-in hours, the entire reception was empty, not one person waiting. When I told the receptionist we were there as a walk-in for my 3yr old (who had bronchitis) she was very unfriendly and responded that the clinic did not have doctors on staff to see walk-in patients and that it was by appointment only. Similar to other reviews, very unfriendly, unapologetic and not helpful at all. Although convenient, this clinic is 100% not worth the trip, a total waste of time. Change your advertising and window display!!! NOT walk-in, in fact, not wanting to see people at all....

  • Nojan Mannani

Everything was a disaster from booking, to them moving my appointment time multiple times (without notifying me until I was in the clinic and told I had to wait an hour for my rescheduled appointment). They also will try and up charge you for every single thing possible. I was simply requesting a piece of paper proving I received the immunization they gave me, and I was told this was a $25 charge. While most of the admin staff have no idea what is going on, contradict themselves and each other constantly, and have no problem staring at people waiting in the waiting room for over an hour, Justine was amazing and great at her job. Did her best to solve the situation. Nurse Bre is great also.

  • Tru North

Worse clinic ever. I only went there just because it’s very conveniently close to my home. Which was a big mistake. We met with Dr. Khan whom was such a rude, ignorant and inconsiderate doctor, if I can call him a doctor. This clinic is failing miserably. I took my little son to see Dr. Khan and the guy didn’t even examine him after waiting for 2 hrs. They put us into a room just before closing time so the doctor came in rushing and didn’t even give me a chance to explain my sons illness. He even gave out some sarcastic and rude comments in my face. I honestly I don’t know how he got his license and how and why this clinic still running. Shame on you Dr. Khan. I highly don’t recommend him.

  • Skylynn Martini

As I can agree with some reviews regarding the front end staff, I only had an issue with one. Besides that I have been in and out of the clinic for the last month due to a work injury. Dr.Khan has been absolutely amazing helping me and the healing process through it all. He was very informative and didn't use big doctor words that I wouldn't understand. He was very thorough and very understanding to all my questions and concerns. My last visit he told me if I had to see him again, he joked about bringing him a loaf of sourdough bread, so I did just that!! (Merry Christmas ) Very friendly and absolutely amazing. I will go back to see him again even though waiting times are a bit harsh!

  • Jason Baily

Revisiting to see if there have been other bad reviews about Dr Khan. He has the worst attitude and conduct of any Dr I’ve ever seen. Condescending and judgemental. In my first review I stated how he started talking about what he believed to be my political views. I told him I wasn’t there to talk politics. He said I must be a Trump supporter. We’re not in the USA and what Dr should concern himself with politics? I stated previously that he is in dire need of a vacation. The other reviews of Dr Khan are accurate in that he is VERY rude. I would highly recommend avoiding him. My family doctor at McTaggart is good thankfully. The exact opposite of this excuse for a caring physician.

  • Kristen Schlamp

Clinics website and their building says walk-in hours 7am. I needed a doc, so I starting driving and called ahead to ensure they had a doctor. Sat on hold for 15 minutes (my entire drive) but the voice kept saying they were assisting other patients and couldn’t answer. Figured that meant they were busy. Got here and the only girl at the desk said there was no doctor. I told her that’s why I called ahead to check but no one answered. When asked why they weren’t able to answer the phones she didn’t answer me. She was so rude, unhelpful, and utterly unempathetic. I like my GP doctor at this clinic, but as a walk-in clinic they are absolutely atrocious.

  • Bob Wu

Walk-in hour is limited, very often I walked in during business hours and was only told they stopped accepting walk-in patients (even in the case there is literally no one in the clinic, I honestly don't know how they make this business work…). waiting time is usually very long. On the other hand, Staff is very friendly and most doctors are kind and helpful, except for one very rude male doctor (can't remember the name). Edit: I had to go to this walk-in clinic again, because it is close to home. It happened to be Dr. Khan there again, and as usual he was rude. He just basically did not listen to what I said. I will never go back there anymore.

  • Brittany Baillie

The location is the only good thing about this place. I have been here probably 10 times and had 1 semi positive experience. I'm in the process of finding a family Dr and need medical assistance in the meantime. Their "walk in" clinic has had no Dr there 2 days in a row. I tried to call ahead of time to check and after waiting many minutes waiting I was not able to get through. You read some reviews that are negative online and wonder is it that bad of was someone just having an off day? I read the reviews before going here and they are spot on. Would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. If i could give 0 stars I would .

  • Craig Anderson

Health link sent me to this clinic because it shows online that they are open until 10PM and Google says the same. Got there at 8:45PM with an animal bite and they told me they didn't have a doctor in the office and to go to the emergency room. When I was walking out, the door seemed to have 9PM instead on it. I called and waited on hold before going there and no one picked up even after about 10 minutes on hold. I think someone there should update the times and make sure if they are open to have a Doctor available. The reception person was nice though and I cannot speak to any other elements of their service or practice.

  • Angelica T

This is both the clinic I use for walk ins if I need to see a doctor ASAP, and for my regular visits with my GP Dr. Lana Stromberg, who is absolutely fantastic. Overall I've never had a dissatisfying experience. Today I was first one at the door when they opened at 7 and was seen by 7:45, out by 7:55. Sure a few people went ahead of me but I'm sure they use some sort of triage system. Dr. Maheshwari took just enough time to make sure he was being thorough while respecting others who were waiting. He asked good questions and confirmed I was comfortable with the course of treatment. He was personable and professional.

  • Richard Briggs

I haven't had a single problem with any of the Dominion locations. The Doctors have been great. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. They had a clear plan ready for me immediately and they referred me to an in-house dietician and an in-house health nurse, both of whom gave me amazing advice. I was below the diabetic level just 3 months later thanks to their guidance and support. When I had questions, they were answered quickly and directly. They have been supportive and helpful in every way, including workplace health surveys and safety-sensitive medical reports. Sorry to hear others have not been as lucky.

  • JC Fehr

Arrived at this office this morning as a walk-in and I was sent away! The two receptionists at the front desk looked at me, then at each other and judged me (probably based on the color of my skin). Then one receptionist told me that they aren't taking walk-ins until the afternoon. The sign on the front door read 'Walk-ins starting at 7:30am weekdays'. I looked around - there were two people in the waiting room. I asked if they could make an exception, she said no. I should have checked the bad reviews of this place before I was discriminated against and had my time wasted!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CLINIC!

  • Sunil Vedula

I went there with my 3 year old kid. First thing they ask is mask, which is fair as I forgot it at home. Then they said $2 for a mask which seemed expensive for me. I just bought from a shop adjacent to them and 3 5 masks for $2 and came back to the receptionist. Her next answer is Doctor will not see anybody with covid symptoms. Even though we kept telling her that he does not have Covid and it seems like something else but she would not listen. Just because she has Covid symptoms, doctor would not see a 3 yr old child. Don't know what kind of logic is that when we have the data saying it's not Covid.

  • K P

Called at 1230 to book a phone consultation, gave the receptionist all my information. Was told there was no one ahead of me so I would be next. 3 hours later I called back to find out why it had been so long if I was 'next in line'. She told me the phone number they were calling and more than 2 digits in it were incorrect, even though I repeated it to them 3 times when I originally booked. They then had the audacity to ask me where I got the number from since it was I correct. Upon given the correct number I was put on a waiting list again for their screw up and now I have to wait even longer.

I have been a patient at Dominion for over 10 years, and I love this new shared clinic. Previously my Childrens physician was in one location, and mine was in the other, but now it’s combined and very easy to book multiple appointments for my family at once. The doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful; clean, helpful, and operating much better than other clinics. My doctor is focused on healing and recovery, not just pushing medication to manage and cover up symptoms. I am very happy with Dominion, and all the physicians that have been part of our family’s life over the past 10+ years.

  • John Truong

Went to see a doctor for my son and was told that there was no doctor available. As it this happens often and was told never. Drive to the next Dominion Clinic and guess what I was told, never happens but we have no doctor tonight.....WTF. how do they stay in business. At least close up shop and turn the lights off. Why would you stay open if there isn't a doctor available. It's not like anyone would like to come in a ask the receptionist for medical advice? So frustrating. Is this what our Medicare system has turned into? No wonder everyone just goes to the hospital. What a joke.

  • Jamie Goddard

If this was any business other than a doctors office (Dr. Chin) it would be bankrupt. Customers (patients) should not have to wait for over an hour past their appointment only to find out that the receptionist has no idea how much longer it will take to see the doctor. What is a reasonable time to wait past your appointment? 2 hours? 3 hours? Why book appointments 2 weeks out if you aren't going to schedule yourself accordingly? Take the sign down at the front desk that says you are looking to book more patients. You are not doing a good job with the ones you already have.

  • Clement Li

You can never get through the phone line. The web site can only be used to make appointment, but not to change appointment. As a working person, by the time you tried many times on both methods and failed, you have less than 24 hours to move or cancel the appointment. So you can be fined $40! Is it too much to ask to have a general e-mail posted on the web site? Or better yet, allow people to have the option to change the appointment on the web site? Please don't rely on a less functional web site while reduce your staffs to save money.

  • Tanisha Echeverria

You’ll wait here for 3 hour minimum to be seen by a doctor. We have a family doctor here, and they start “ walk ins” at 3pm, what they fail to let you know is they will take your name from 3-4pm and then you have to wait for all the 3-4.30pm pre booked appointments to be done before they start taking walk in patients. I sat in the waiting room, 2nd on the walk in wait list for 3.5 hours before we were even brought into a private room. The reception seems overly annoyed and have an attitude, especially on the phone.

  • Taylor Hughson

Awful service. Called to book an appointment with my own doctor who was in the week I needed to see her. She would be leaving the remainder of the month, and the following month. BUT because she was on a "walk in" shifts for the remainder of the week, they would not book me until she was back.... 2 months later. Not completely sure how this works as I am an actual patient and should have priority over walk ins regardless of what kind of shift your on. Not to mention they wouldn't book me with any other doctor.

  • Vicki T

This office has moved to a brand new building in the neighborhood of Keswick. Maps will take you to the parking lot but not the right building. It will tell you it's in the same strip as Bone & Biscuit and the massage clinic but it's actually across the parking lot on the 2nd floor of the professional building. At the time of this review there is a hair salon called "Red Cat Hair" on the main floor. To access Dominion Medical Centres use the main building doors on the far left.

  • Blue

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in for a an issue with my finger, doctor took half a look (didn't even close the door, talk about confidentiality breach) and told me there was nothing to do but take Advil and get the covid vaccine. Made several comments about me wanting professional help even tho I didn't get the vaccine. Overall a giant waste of time, don't go here unless you want to leave even more frustrated then when you went. Most useless doctor I've ever encountered.

  • SGPGHOST

waited an hour after our scheduled appointment time & the doctor came greeted us and left for another 40mins. Totally unacceptable. the receptionist need to be fired because i don’t think they know how to set proper appointment times without knowing the average wait times for a client. The receptionist needs to get fired she literally scoffed at me and rolled her eyes when i told her i’m not sure which doctors the appointment with. such rude representation of the clinic

  • Jennifer Wasylyshyn

I went to a walk in early this morning to discuss results with a different doctor than I originally had at my prior visit. Nothing could have prepared me for the embarrassment that Dr. Khan gave me. He left me in tears with his judgement on my past medical history. A doctor is someone you should feel comfortable with in helping to care for your body. I feel he violated this trust and if you have an option I would sincerely tell you to not see him.

  • Radhakrishnan K.R

I have been a patient of Dr Miller for the last eight years. She is very caring, helpful and highly professional. She always willing, available and ready to address any health concern I happen to have. I would unhesitatingly rate her as being outstanding in her endeavors to help me as my family doctor. The staff are friendly and professional too. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with Dominion Medical Centre.

  • Zahra Zhang

Really bad people working in this clinic, was taking my baby to the clinic around 3:40 pm (walk-in) ,and the receptionist informed us the doctor is already left unconcerned tone. So there is no one can take my baby. But they are actually should close at 4 pm Their mission is to help people not to reject clients within working hours by telling clients that doctors were already off. Very very immoral and inhumane.

  • Zenderquai

(This is not a review of the quality of healthcare, just location). There's no signage outside for Dominion, but once inside the doors (Marked 1055 Keswick Drive SW), the 2nd floor location via the elevator is signposted. There's no Dominion corporate branding at all (as of May 2023), so follow your nose once you're out of the elevator: it's a few doors along, on the right side of that 2nd floor main corridor.

I would like to change my old review to reflect more recent experiences I have had there. In the past few weeks, I have visited this clinic frequently lately for both walk ins and appointments and I was impressed by the care that I received. Little or no wait times and great help and professionalism from all involved when I was seen. I should also mention less wait times on the phone than previous experiences.

Dr Spak saved my life. He insists on a full medical check up finally he noticed high PSA that increased quickly from that base line test. Now after two surgeries the PSA is undetectable. He also sent me to a colon specialist where they found a polyp (bad one ) . I have rheumatoid arthritis he quickly arranged for me to see a specialist also he manages my medication. I would recommend him very very highly.

  • Julia Issa

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life . I was told the walk in time would be 2hrs, no problem so I come back 2hrs later and waited another 2hrs in an empty doctor office. Dr khan is the worst doctor I’ve ever been seen by and have no idea how he’s still allowed to practice here, all the reviews on here about him are 100% true. If I can give it 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all cost.

  • Brandie Clarke

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. I’ve been coming to this clinic since it opened. I always make an appointment and never wait much past my appointment time. Dr Spak takes the time to answer all of my questions. If you don’t make an appointment expect to wait. Appointments come first and sometimes they take longer than expected hence waiting longer than the estimated time you were told.

  • Gordon Nelson

I have been seeing Dr McPeak as my family practitioner for approx 15 years. Although the Century Park location was closer to me, the new location is great with lots a free parking. Dr McPeak and his staff are excellent and I find the office less chaotic since they stopped offering walk-ins a few years ago. I can usually get an appointment within a couple of weeks which usually meets my needs.

  • Kristen Smith

I’m not sure why this place only has a 2 star google review. They’ve always been fantastic for us! We’ve visited 4 times all on an urgent basis and all 4 times they were great. They are kind and patient with children and are always fair. They tell you how many people are ahead of you in line and sometimes let you go home and come back if it’s a big wait. I absolutely recommend them.

  • Julie Boucher

I have been a patient there for 3 years and have seen my doctor twice in all that time. There is never an appointment available when I am available. You can't make an appointment to see a colleague. You need to wait at the walk in for 3 hours to get a prescription filled. They work 9-5 and maybe 1 Saturday every 6 to 8 weeks. It's absolutely rediculous. I'm done. NEW doctor please.

  • Tommy Ng

The receptionist I talked to just wanted to do the bare minimum. Did not give any helpful information nor suggest I just become a patient of the clinic to talk to a physician. Ended up going to a better clinic with a receptionist that cared and ended up being able to talk to a physician. Even if the location is really convenient for you, drive a little further to a better clinic.

  • Erika T

Says they’re open at 7, waited around 15 minutes and door was still locked. After not being able to get in. Called to see if I could do a walk-in, as their sign on the door instructed so. Keep in mind there are no other cars in the parking lot with patients in them. After about 10 minutes someone answers to say no walk ins. No explanation, or assistance in finding another place.

My doctor has relocated from the old place to this new location in Keswick. It is very easy to find on Google Map. The staff are just as nice and efficient. I am just happy my doctor, Dr Bedard( the best doctor! )is available to take care of me with my medical needs. Over the many years, she has provided excellent care and support for me and my daughter. Thank you, Dr Bedard!

  • Jon Pearkins

In more than 70 years of visiting doctors' offices, this is, by far, the best run office. My family doctor moved to this new Keswick location and I followed him. And glad that I did. As well as the office itself, DMC offers a Patient Portal for direct contact with my doctor, and a prescription renewal 24/7 automated telephone service. Appointments can also be booked on-line.

  • Amy Tan

While I agree with some of the reviews about the receptionists, the most important relationship with the doctor is so great. I am so grateful for my doctor Dr. Miller. She’s been so kind and receptive to all my needs surrounding mental health and my regular physical check ups. She’s super understanding and would recommend her to anyone.

  • BlueOcean89 Francois

Medical receptionist was NOT approachable, nor accomodating. Never bothered to greet me. I went there based on the information they gave me when I called a day before and yet, she made me looked like I had zero knowledge why I was there. Booked an appointment in Atlas instead. Waaaay farther but it was WORTH it.

  • Ying Cao

This is a terrible clinic. The staff is rude and not caring. There were 6 patients when I got there and I waited for 3 hours to see a non caring doctor for a few minutes. They have an extremely poor attitude towards the walk-in patients unless you’re one of their friends. Do not go there if you can help it.

  • Kevin Gorman

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. We were from out of Province. My daughter became ill and we had realized her Health Card was missing. We only had a Blue Hospital Card and her Passport. We were seen before we were finished registering her! The Doctor was super nice. In and out in 10 minutes.

  • Jennifer McCallum

We were coming from West Edmonton to the Keswick Dominion Medical location, and Googlemaps directed us off the Anthony Henday and onto Maskekosihk Trail, then immediately to continue straight (not possible unless returning to the Henday) towards Terwillegar Drive. A weird glitch in the directions!

  • Natasha Maloney

I see Dr. Miller as my family doctor. The location and building is nice. Reception could be a bit more friendly, but I usually get an appointment within a couple of days. Dr. Miller is nice, I like that she doesn't really sugar coat it, she explains whatever options you have, quick and efficient!

  • A G

Don't try to do immigration medicine with them. They will say that it costs $ 260 and take this money for a five-minute inspection and photo. But they will keep silent about the fact that they will also have to pay for x-rays and blood tests. To do this, you will need to go to two other clinics.

  • sheena henderson

My family doctor is very knowledgeable, compassionate and excellent at her job. Dr.Miller is someone I would highly recommend. Also the staff are friendly and very quick to return your calls and assist you in a very professional manner. I also love the location and how clean their clinic is.

  • MaryAnne Yanota

First visit to the new Keswick location. A bit tricky to find but now I know! A tip that helped was to turn off Hiller Rd at the Shell. The new clinic is great! Staff are attentive and efficient. Wait time was minimal, and by that I mean minutes. Thanks for the very pleasant experience.

  • Sue Brassard

I have been a patient at this clinic for years. My Dr retired. I was just advised that I can not see a walk in Dr to get a prescription refill, even though they currently have my chart. I was also informed I have to pay to have my chart transferred to a Dr, if I’m lucky to find one.

  • gurpreet Rg

pleasant experience with folks at reception, Doctor and the coordinator. they could may be manage the time as per the schedule given a bit. i had to coordinate for my reports via call bcoj their emedical system was down and they were polite and helping and explained the situation

  • Amanda Phillips

Dominion Keswick is a very nice location albeit quite far away from me now but finding a family doc is tough so you have to go where they go haha. It’s nice that they are accommodating of time if I’m late. I’m sure a lot of the clients followed them from the century park area.

  • Sara Rolfes

New location is a little difficult to find - the last two turns from Google maps only said turn left, turn right, but there were no road names. Thankfully there were other business landmarks on the map that I was able to use. Building itself is nice and the staff is friendly.

  • brad vigneron

So far, so good I will tell you how it goes. Staff has been super efficient and friendly, and the office is clean and well maintained. The appointment went great! In and out in record time the doctor and his staff were both professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend

  • Graham S.

Have been a patient at this clinic for 10+ years. The front end staff are always prepared and Dr. Chatterjee is as good as it gets for a family doctor. You're never rushed he will go the extra mile to get you the tests and results you need. Highly recommend.

  • Duncan McNeill

The clinic left a message for me to call back. The first time I was on hold for 20 minutes and I had to hang up. The second time I was on hold for 40 minutes before I talked to someone. Maybe you need a better system for people to get through to you.

  • Kayla Anderson

New location is beautiful! Easy to find, google maps had no issues either with it being a new area. There is lots of parking. Office is on the second floor, stairs and elevator are both easily accessible. Front desk staff are very friendly!

  • - tmcneely

Rating 5 stars for the service - my dr is Dr Chin and he's super great. Down to earth, answers questions thoroughly and genuinely seems like he cares. Location is VERY far from my house but it's worth the long commute to get great care

  • Rhea K

Dr Spak and his team take care of my elderly mother, and they are fantastic. Caring, knowledgeable and considerate. Great communication and they are happy to listen to my concerns. The reception has always been helpful when I call.

  • Madeline Fahler

What’s the point in making a 3 pm appointment when you won’t be seen until 4:10 pm? Where’s the health ‘care’ in that? The front desk girls are super rude on the phone and the girls at the back are super judgey about your ailments

  • Corbin Musselman

Google maps works to find the location but without a sign it’s tough to find. There is a small standup sign outside the building but it is really tucked away on the second floor. It’s in the building right across from Royal Pizza.

  • Donovan Garcia

Receptionist managed to scoot us up the line which made my review gain a star but the doctor is extremely arrogant and barely looks like she knows what she’s doing. Denied my symptoms and made me feel as if I wasn’t welcome.

  • Dennis Jacobs

DMC has been my family clinic and Dr. Shah my family doctor for approximately 15 years now. The staff and physicians are always extremely accommodating, helpful and available. I highly recommend DMC and their physicians!

  • Jenn Bishoff

Google maps is kinda mixing up just as you get to Keswick drive. Definately look at the route and make sure you are turning left BEFORE the really pretty colored condos. If you see the rainbow you have gone too far.

  • Dillon Crowe

This is by far the slowest clinic I've ever been to. Been here since 8:30 with 5 people ahead of me for walk ins. It's been almost 4 hours and there's still 2 ahead of me on top of a rude receptionist. Stay away

  • Kimberly Brenner

Dominion Medical has been my health cRe of choice. Dr. Spak has been my doctor for 20years and I've always had great service. Front desk staff and nurses are kind and friendly. Easy to get to.highly recommend.

  • Nick Moen

What a beautiful and well run clinic. I have been used to waiting hours to see my family doctor my whole life and I was in and out of my visit with Dr. McPeak in under and hour. Couldn’t recommend them more!

  • Brenda Millan

First visit to building since it opened in 2022. No signage as yet. Super easy to find. Drive from Sherwood Park on the Henday. Total time approx. 20 minutes. Good directions from doctor’s office.

  • Karleen Kalynchuk

I have been seeing Dr. Wu for years and she has helped me so much. Any issue I come to her with, she has so much knowledge and understanding and she cares which I will always be grateful for. ♡

  • Colette Chamulka

Google took me to the residential area behind the office. No sign on building. But one on Sidewalk. Not a lot of space for patient parking. Beautiful clean building. Very well run office

  • greg mackinnon

While a little longer of a drive for me, the new location in Keswick is a nice upgrade over their former Century Park location. Easy parking, clean and modern for my family doc visit.

  • Lee-Ann Wittig

Always friendly welcoming staff at the front and to take you to the examination room. Not long waits and very clean! Waiting times are short and Brian Mcpeak is a phenomenal Doctor!

  • Chizuam Ajaegbu

Just go into that building press two walk done the hall and it’s on your right, pretty simple when you realize itheres no sign outside to tell you in this building up the elevator

  • Charlene Feuchter

Dr. Bedard is a kind, compassionate doctor who demonstrates a high level of professionalism without judgement. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great family doctor.

  • Kim Copus

Dr. Alice Bedard is the best doctor I've ever seen. She will refer to specialists when needed. She's thorough. Great bedside manner. Caring. Listens. She's hands down the BEST!!

  • Cara St. Pierre

Went in for a drivers medical, all of the staff were pleasant even when the clinic was busy. Very clean and accommodating clinic, and Dr. Spak was very friendly and thorough!

  • Yameen Patel

It is a great facility with a very generous and experienced staff members. The doctor is also very kind and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience. Highly recommended.

  • Paul G. O'Neil

Great new clinic space on the second floor. No signage outside on the street, but when you arrive just make your way to the 2nd floor. There is an elevator provided.

  • Jodi Millan

Dr. McPeak has been my family physician for 20+ years. He’s an amazing doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. Love the new Keswick building, modern and clean.

  • Crisostomo Ibarra

My name is Rogelio Carreon. Dr. McPeak is my doctor since 1992 and he is an awesome doctor ever since. The clinic is a friendly environment. Easy to find.

  • MannyVlogs2020

No signage yet. It will help to find the clinic better if the name of the clinic is visible in the building. Otherwise you'll looking across the street.

  • Shanen Troughton

I really appreciate my family physician at Dominion. It is also helpful to be able to access a physician by drop in on the weekend when needed.

  • Ada Tabensky

The new location is a bit difficult to find, Garmin couldn’t locate it. Doctor still saw me even though I was half an hour late!

  • Manveer Verma

Wonderful clinic with wonderful doctors. Took the time to see our little girl when she had a nasty cough that would not go away.

  • Raven Borstad

Have been at this clinic for years. The staff are excellent and I love my doctor. The new location is lovely and easy to get to.

  • Laurie Bisset

Dr Mcpeak is amazing. I love the new clinic and it's just straight west on Ellerslie Road to the Shoppers and then a left turn.

  • Andre Parkins

Dr. Narula is very good, Dr. Khan was ok, had a TERRIBLE experience with a receptionist over the phone recently. Overall ok.

  • James Hamilton

Great clinic. I’ve been with my doctor for 18 years and I’ve never been let down. Always prompt, helpful, and understanding.
