This is the worst location ! ! We've ordered from this location before only because it's close to work. We had stopped because there were many issues with the orders. Decided to give them another try today 7/9, ordered on line for delivery and waited for over an hour and the message was that it was in Quality Check. Two of us got on the phone to call and inquire about the order and were on hold for about 20 minutes, never was able to speak to anyone, so we decided to drive to the location. Just as we arrived, received a message that the driver was in route, but decided to go into the store to ensure our delivery was actually in route. In speaking to the manager (Carlos), the order was still sitting there and not in route as indicated by the message received. He also said that the delivery wait time was 2 hrs ! We asked Carlos for a refund on the delivery fee of $4.00 and he said he would give us a 2 liter soda. We told him that we didn't want a soda ($4.00 for a soda, no thank you), so we asked for a full refund and he said that he would refund us the money and cancel the order so he proceeded to take our food away. We're like NO ! We've been waiting for over and hour and we wanted our food. Needless to say, we got our food and went away. Carlos was very rude, he couldn't answer as to why we received a message that our food was in route to be delivered and if, the wait time for our delivery was 2 hrs, why was the food ready when we arrived ? ? Since the food had been sitting there for a while and now COLD, no driver, very poor customer service, we will not be ordering from this location again ! If I could give them a ZERO I would, but because it wouldn't let me post, I had to give them one Star !

I ordered a pizza for delivery today (12/4/17) at 7:38 pm. At 7:56 pm the tracker said Jesus left my store with my order. It said to expect approximately 40 to 50 minutes for delivery. I live right across the freeway from Domino's (about a 5 minute drive) but I don't have a car which is the only reason I chose delivery to begin with. At 8:40 pm I start getting anxious while I'm waiting for my food to arrive, so I decide to give it ten more minutes before I called to figure out what was going on. Then, about 2 minutes later I get a notification that says "I hope you're enjoying your pizza". I hadn't gotten my freaking pizza yet! So I called to figure out what happened and apparently the driver gave my pizza to someone random! Frustrated, the guy on the phone said he spoke to the manager and they said they could resend my pizza but it would be another 45 minute wait. I say okay. And now I just called them again at 9:50 because I still have not received anything. And they had the nerve to tell me I'd have to pay if they're going to resend another one! I never got the first one or the supposed replacement. How could I even guarantee that I'd get that one either! I have to wait for the driver to return before I can get a call back. I am highly disappointed as I've been a customer with this Domino's since I moved to my apartments. The second time I called to complain they said that the first pizza was delivered to a man who signed my name. My name is Loren! Clearly that's a freaking woman's name plus I'm in my apartment waiting, starving still! You guys need to check i.d.s!

Didn't want to give them a star that would be given them credit when they don't deserve it. I place a order yesterday because little Caesars app was down should have just cook, but I order some food. I got the $19 deal, what I order was 2 medium hand toss pepperoni pizza with hearty marinara sauce, 1 order of cinnamon twist and 16 pieces Parmesan bread bites and 1 2 lite of Root Beer. The drink was the only thing right. Instead of two pepperoni, I got one pepperoni pizza that look like my three year old made it and a Philly cheese steak pizza and both where cold. The cinnamon twist and Parmesan bread bites where over cook so hard had to throw them away. I got off of work late after they are closed, so I couldn't complian about it then. Just called over four times and received the worst customer service of my life. I hope constantly hanging up on a customer is not what y'all are truly teaching your employees and what ever happened to customer service in which they lack restaurants like this particular one should be close. P.S. It might not be a good thing to brag about how y'all always get compliance and nothing is done about it because the DM don't care. Let's not order anything else from this location till they fix the issue

Do not ever order from the dominoes ever at all!!! The order arrived to the home and was missing part of the order. The driver was letting me know they are short staffed and they have no drivers. I ordered the pizza at 6:03 the time said it would be here within 30-45 minutes and then didn’t show up until 8:20 PM. When I let the manager Rogelio know that on the app on the email receipt that was sent to me as well it said that the pizza will be here within 30 to 45 minutes he said that the app and the tracker is wrong as well and the time frame is three hours plus. This is the second time that I have ordered from this Domino’s here on Lawndale where the service has been bad the first time I didn’t receive a credit and the pizza was cold. If I could give the Domino’s location no stars at all I would.

This was, bar none, the worst experience I have had with this company. I ordered for pick up, only to arrive on time and be informed my order was cancelled, without explanation. I was told that if I put it in again online, they would get on it. She wouldn’t take my order instore for some reason so I had to sit in my car and do it on my phone. Cut to ten minutes later of me waiting in the parking lot and I go to check on it. They hadn’t even put my order in the oven or started prepping it. The employees were too concerned with cleaning the line 45 minutes before close. Again, no explaination. I patiently wait for them to finish my order. At this time, I’m an hour into a pickup order that should have taken 20 minutes. I get my food and get home to open the boxes, only to find one completely burnt pizza with no pizza sauce, another with the wrong toppings and the wrong order of chicken. I don’t think they even looked at what I ordered and just made whatever they wanted. This is completely unacceptable.

Had a horrible experience with them yesterday evening. I live in Pasadena tx and was going to visit my parents who live in that area and decided to order from them so I can just pick up on my way there. I was on hold for 15 min before they answered and asked for my order, which I replied one large pepperoni and one large cheese. Then he placed me on hold again! I stayed on hold until I got there!! Went inside while still being on hold on and told the guy working there he still had me on hold for 25 min and I was the one who order the large pepperoni and large cheese pizza. He told me that I had to order it online and it would be a 45 min wait. I told well I’m here now why can’t I just order with you?? He was very rude and wouldn’t take my order. I asked for the corporate number and he gave me the incorrect number after I searched it online because I wasn’t getting no where with number he gave me. They have really went down hill. Smh

I have worked in food and the service industry for years and this has been by far the worst service I have ever experienced. They never answer their phone so nothing can be resolved. Last time I ordered they charged me and then canceled my order with no notice and would not answer their phone at all as I called. So I drove up there and it was two girls laughing and playing behind the counter moving as slow as they could. They would stand there and just talk while ignoring myself and the other irritated waiting patrons. This time they sent me a notification saying my pizza was delivered and it was not. I even checked with my neighbors. I've been on hold now for 45 minutes and as you can guess they are dodging my cars. Unfortunately, this time I do not have a vehicle to go up there and ask for a refund. This is incredibly sad.

I would give this place a NEGATIVE five stars if I could. I don't like leaving bad reviews for any place I order or dine with. But this location takes the freaking cake. Ordered our food at 6:35 pm online, was told it would take 45 to 68 minutes. We waited 2 FREAKING HOURS, tracker didn't move or update to show where our food was at. Called and was put on hold for 1 FREAKING HOUR for thier stupid machine to hang up on us. During this 1 HOUR hold we ended up ordering food from Pizza Hut and the food got here within 30mins. Overall, don't order from this location, you're better off ordering from somewhere else. Especially if you don't want to wait a millennium to get your food. PS we still didn't get our food from Domino's. Worst customer service ever.

On December 22 2021 This location took 4 hours to deliver my pizza! I ordered for my pizza to be delivered at 5:27 pm and was called at 9 pm asking if I still wanted my pizza! The person said the computers went down. I don't believe that! I had not ordered from this location since October. I thought they would have gotten themselves together. I did get my pizza delivered and what do you know I got a medium pizza I ordered a large pizza! Hardly any toppings! Guess they got mad cause I wanted my food. I contacted customer support! If you don't like your job go back to school and get a career!ANYWAY whoever is writing a good review for Lawndale location STOP taking up for your FRIENDS and FAMILY members and tell them to get it together!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING HERE!!! Normally ordered from this location had no problems but it's been months since I've purchased pizza from here. I seen all the rescent bad reviews and ignored them. The pizza tracker provided a time for estimated pick up and at the estimated pick up time I received a call that they were out of an ingredient so my pizza wasn't prepared until 30 minutes later. I waited 15 minutes before picking it up tracker said pizza ready and upon arrival pizza wasn't ready. Took a whole hr for my 2 pizzas to be ready. Upon arrival at home they had handed me the wrong order with some disgusting gluten free pizza not even my dog wanted to eat.

Ordered Alfredo sauce pizza with chicken and spinach and 3 other pizzas. The Alfredo pizza came completely wrong. Called and waited on hold for 24 minutes with no answer. Drove all the way back, manager refused to speak with me. They finally made the correct pizza, took 20 minutes. And they still took the incorrect pizza from me. No compensation for the time wasted or the gas driving back and forth. Least they could do was allow me to keep the wrong pizza and give me the correct one. Watched them make the correct pizza and no one washed their hands, wore gloves or face masks. This place is unprofessional. Manager should be replaced. Customer service 1/10

This is honestly one of the worst locations I continue to foolishly give money to. Either the food is made incorrectly/horribly (over cooked pizzas, pizzas completely drenched in sauce, no toppings despite asking for them) or the time for delivery (I live not even 10 minutes away from this location) is absurd. Getting an actual great order from here is like rolling the dice and apparently the house always wins and I always lose. I actually feel so seen by seeing all these other 1 star reviews. How this place manages above 3 stars on here is beyond me. Don't let that score fool you, this place is terrible.

Placed an order at 2:30, told me it would take about 44-55 minutes to arrive. An hour passed we called for an update on the order they informed us that our order was already next to be delivered. More than another hour passes I call again and ask where my order was they told me that it was already out for deliver. Did not seem apologetic that it had taken about 2 hours and 30 minutes for me to receive my order. Once the pizza finally arrived it was cold and they didnt even finish cutting it up into 8 pieces. Worst experience I've ever had with this location and will never be ordering from here again.

Every time I order from this place- something happens. Either I am missing items, it comes out undercooked, or it takes forever to get to me. I placed an order tonight. After an hour and a half, it got cancelled. I have been on hold for 45 minutes with the store to try to see what is wrong- and I did not get my piece of the pie points back that I spent on this order, as well as other orders that this location has cancelled or not taken (because this location seems to decline orders before you can even place them). I have never had this problem with any dominos location before.

Ordered delivery and the service was horrible. The tracking for the order was inaccurate. Left the food on the porch and didn't bother knocking on the door when they arrived here at my address. Very unprofessional. The manager did offer me back a refund due to the inconvenience she was very understanding and took care of the mistake that was made. This has never happened in the past. I ordered a pizza for carry out and had to call to make sure they were going to have it ready on time. When I called i got hung up on twice before the lady who answered says HELLO. (Mind you this is a business phone) I ordered carry out due to them never having drivers and canceling your order without notice. Plus the rudeness of the staff. I gave them 2 stars because my pizza was hot but I was also i was waiting outside. So I DO NOT recommend this Dominoes unless They FIRE ALL EMPLOYEES EVEN MANAGEMENT THEY ARE LAZY AS HECK.

Only giving one star because I have to. Food is undercooked last 3 times we've ordered. Last 2 times I was told no drivers, my order was ready but I had to pick up. I reluctantly agreed since we had been waiting almost 2 hours! Picked it up, both times I was told my delivery charge and tip would be refunded. The first one was not, the second one, I initially I was charged correctly, 3 days later I get a notification they updated my charge. The update was them ADDING themselves a $5 tip for an order I picked up myself!

Awful I work late and the store is supposed to do deliveries til 12am. They stop answering the phones before 11:30pm. I placed my order before 11pm and the app shows the pizza was out of the oven at 11:10pm. The Alexa tracker says it has now already been delivered and nothing has been delivered. I even pre-tipped. They wont even answer the phone. Money has already left my account. I could have fed my family another way but now my money is tied up in this. Thanks for letting my kids go hungry.

I dont understand how they wanted to charge me 40 when my online order was only 32 and some change. It's not a whole lot more but still. Horrible. I have never had any issues with any Domino's locations besides this one. There is always a problem with them. Either they have no drivers or only have one driver on one of the busiest days. It is very frustrating! Not to mention I had placed an ordered for delivery and either they have canceled my order or I have to drive myself to pick up my OWN delivery. Extremely inconvenient! Go else where! Seriously.

Place an order for Carry out and since the dominos tracker kept saying no order was place we decided to call big mistake it took literally 15 min for someone to answer the phone, when they did answer they said it was ready for pick up luckily we were already on the way. However when we get home with the pizza...guess what!?? They had left the metal pan inside the box too umm thanks for the suprise!...not!

It's usually a great experience but the last 2 times they forget part of our order. Last time they forgot to deliver our drinks and took about 30 minutes for them to deliver them. Today we ordered plain wings with sauces on the side. We got our order and sauces are missing. We call the store to tell them and they say it'll be priority. Believe the reviews don’t order from here. I placed an order for $40 and immediately the tracker was changed to “delivery” so I knew something was up. One of the worst place ever. The owner and the management need to take action in this location. This is the third time I order and then had my order cancelled. Ive tried to call them about the issue but they dont even answer the phone. How the manager of the store can be so negligent. If youre not able to handle the pizzas shop just let someone else take your place.

I didn't receive an update on when my order was ready, so pizza was lukewarm. The site kept saying my zip code for my card was incorrect, but upon arrival it was paid for. And there just was no flavor to the pizza. The crust is fluffy in one area, like super thin crust in another. The meat was bland, as was the sauce.

Terrible location to order from. The drivers are able to manipulate the online tracking to say they have delivered but have not done so. My delivery order took 1 hour and a half and when I finally got it, it was wrong! Don't waste your time with Domino's at this location.

Typically this is a go to but after last night. Everyone that ate some pizza was up throwing up and having to use the restroom multiple times. Definitely never going again.

Worst looking and tasting pizza ive ever had, just looking at it it looks gross, really dry and a 3 inch crust all around, very disappointed and so were my kids
