This location is one of the best locations I accidentally went to. Using the app as I was driving home, it sent my order to this location instead of my usual location in RB. When I went to the RB location and realized the mistake, I called and the GM was extremely helpful and offered to call the GM of the RB location to see if they would make my order there. RB wouldn't do it, so this locations GM called back and apologized for the inconvenience, but offered to make a new pizza so it was fresh when I arrived. Amazing customer service and because of this experience, I will likely order from this location in the future.

If you can get the food it’s great, but good luck. We order pizza because it’s convenient, the dominos app seems easy enough, until you get to the final step and then you get an error code. We call the number and all that does is take you to a call center. We place the same order with them and then at the final step they get a similar error. Finally the call center places us on hold while they transfer us to the store. After 40 minutes on hold we finally gave up. Not sure how a company this large can screw up something as simple as ordering. Mom and pop shops have this figured out, but not Dominos.

Recently had a poor experience at Domino's on Carmel Valley Rd. Ordered a $116 pizza online, only to be told to pick it up because the driver was on lunch. When I arrived and asked for delivery fees and tip to be deducted, the manager, Jocelyn, got irritated and raised my total to $156, claiming my discount only applied to deliveries. Frustrated by her lack of professionalism and the sudden price hike due to their staffing issue, I left without my order. Very disappointing - Domino's needs to improve their customer service and policy clarity.

I had a delivery driver named Shelon tonight. The gentleman was well dressed, with his shirt tucked in which I doubt is company policy. He was FAST! He had everything on my order correct, pulled right up when the app said and was very polite. This gentleman went above and beyond. I know it is just a pizza delivery but he really made sure I enjoyed everything I ordered and that I had a good night. I would highly recommend this location praise this young man and appreciate his efforts the way I did this evening.. Thank you again!

In general, this store has always provided good service. I am leaving a negative review because I was sent by Dominos a "free pizza" coupon. But when I went to redeem it, it has to be for delivery, and then this store has a $20 minimum fee for delivery, so to get my "free" pizza, I would have to order $20 of pizza... so it doesn't feel very free! It's pretty deceptive practices and it's not entirely this store's fault, although they have the minimum set.

Stale , rotten inventory of pasta (recently received pasta with mold - pics enclosed) , cheese usage found many times in food item they served. Delivery drivers are usually late, clueless or senseless (getting wrong order items , missing items, or not able to find addresses etc.) Store Management acknowledges error but fail to address issues repeatedly. A big and old fan of dominos , but this one didn't deserve it. Management should take action

Placed an order, got charged, but the food never came. The phone number to call the store doesn't even work. I called headquarters just to find out this is an independently operated store so there was not much they could do. Still haven't been refunded. Still trying to get in contact with the store. Don't order from this place! Choose a different location.

The problem with this place is the way they making pizza we order twice and both times it’s was a very bad pizza One time they didn’t had enough cheese on the pizza and the second time I toke this picture I be wish they someone that care about costumers service and responded to my first email of complaints for this pizza …

Haven't had Domino's in 20 years. App ordering and delivery was very efficient, quick and easy. Pizza arrived hot. The taste and quality were 2.5/5. Not enough red sauce on the pies. Baked penne pasta was decent. Overall about what you would expect for Domino's.

Placed a delivery order with a quoted time of 26-36 minutes. Cancelled after not receiving the order after an hour and a half, and was told it had still not left the store. Staff was very rude and unprofessional when calling to inquire about order status.

Came in on short notice, staff was amazing and very helpful.

Went here last July 2021. Got a 10 piece Mango Habanero wings and Spinach Feta Bread. High key the Spinach Feta Bread was alright but I anticipated it a ton. Nonetheless, it Dominos never fails!

Customer service is the last thing on their mind when someone walks in no one ever says anything until you get their attention. This is the ABSOLUTE LAST TIME I COME HERE!
