This is not a review I would usually write as I don't want the business or the staff to have possible consequences, but I thought I'd warn other people not to go here and waste money. On 2023/MAY/05, I ordered a large 2 topping pizza with thin crust as a part of a coupon that includes a pasta as well. Once I got to the restaurant, the staff was very polite. Thus, I did not give a 1 star. I picked up the pizza, drove 15 minutes to my home, and when I got home, I saw that the pizza was very burnt, so cripsy it resembles a tortilla chip. I wanted to go and bring the pizza back, but I did not have too much time, and the pizzeria is far from my home. The only edible part of the pizza was 3/4 slices in the middle. Other than that, pasta was okay. This is a shame and unusual for my experience with Dominos, so this does not reflect every Dominos pizzeria. EDIT: it has been 5 months since my review and the response from the owner below, they said to email them with the details of my order, turns out that was a waste of time as I never got a response. 2 stars is a bit generous to be honest, I'll be adjusting my review to a well-deserved 1 star.

Extremely poor customer service by a girl working on Oct 2, 1:00am (Oct 1 after midnight). The name of the employee is subject to basic disclosure when he or she is on call with a customer. When I asked for her name, she got scared and said I can't tell you that its confidential in a very rude tone !!? Seriously. Someone is trying to get food and this is how you talk to him, after denying service that you cant make pizza because you dont have an driver. I even offered that I will pickup the pizza, after placing online order so I pay for delivery and get it myself as its not her fault that there is no driver. She seemed reluctant to make pizza, thats the point when I got callback for my online order cancellation. Does business hours mean nothing now? I was also told by her that I should “try placing an order by 12 am next time”. All limits crossed and I am also writing this review to Dominos Canada with store details until I get appropriate response on how the situation was handled. She should be coached for customer service lessons, and knowing the name disclosure provincial law.

We got 2 pizzas and a pop delivered through the app, the driver went to the wrong location and couldn't be bothers to try and go to the right location, after 5 minutes of waiting we called the driver back to ask where they are, we then walked about a block to the parking lot he was in (~3 min walk) to which the machine did not have a connection, there was no back up machine, we then waited about 10 minutes while the driver walked around hoping for there to be a connection until WE called dominos to ask what was going on. By this time if we had even paid and gotten the pizzas by time we would have gotten back to the apartment the pizzas would be cold, they did not offer to replace or come back they just took the pizzas and left because we didnt want the cold pizza. Will never order from dominos again. Very displeased. Also side note i have ordered dominos before and it was delivered to the door of my building without a problem so it is not the dominos app navigation that brojght him to the parking lot at a different address.

Can you believe a gluten free pizza in small size will cost you $18.99? Avoid this store! They don’t really know how to do a business and how to do customer service. I actually don’t want to give them any star but the Google review does not allow me . I ordered two medium pizzas and called for changing one into gluten free pizza. Then they charged me for extra ten dollars, which I think is unreasonable, therefore I wanted to cancel my order, but they said they can give me free of charge for gluten free pizza. However, it turned out that they changed the size into small! After my first review, They replied that because their gluten free pizza is only in small size, then the store should tell me about that when I place an order and also a gluten free pizza in small size will cost me $18.99!

Had the absolute best experience at this Domino's tonight! We ordered a pizza through the website and for some reason the order went through even though the store apparently wasn't accepting pick-up orders anymore. The store tried to call us but the phone number on my account was wrong, so it was definitely on me. When we arrived and explained what happened, we were totally embarrassed and expected to leave pizza-less, but the worker who we spoke with (Rohan) was not only completely understanding and kind about the mix up, and offered to make our order for us on the spot! Rohan deserves the absolute biggest of shout outs for being our personal pizza superhero in our time of need -- the pizza was delicious and your kindness made our night! We will absolutely be back in the future!

UPDATED Review: Still not impressed. $40 for a pizza that was honestly no better than a 5$ frozen pizza. Delivery was also horrid. Rather than leave the pizza on the table next to the front door the animal who dropped off the pizza literally tossed it onto the floor mat and left. Then called god only knows 5? - 10? minutes after he tossed the pizza to say it was on the stoop. I know he waited cause entire pizza was cold AF. Do yourself a favor and get a frozen pizza. Its better. Not impressed at all. After taking a break from domino's for a while we decided to try it out again as we were craving our favorites from there. Pizza arrived in time and was DRY AF. 2 medium pizza's for 70$ + No thanks I'll order from the gourmet independant places for better and cheaper pizza.

I would say -1 for the star rating if I could. The girl who claims to be the store manager is unbelievably RUDE and MANNERLESS. Ask her one question and she starts a fight. I have been there many times for pick up and never seen that girl not yelling at someone. I asked her a simple question that how often did they wash their hands since domino’s does not use gloves. She was offended by the question and told me its not her job to answer that. I confronted her on my way out as I did not mean to offend her and she thenstated that she felt I accused her of making my pizza unhygienic, whereas I never said that. She threw such a tantrum and started telling me to go to corporate or head office. No training on customer service for sure!! Never going back to this location

They got my order wrong, and the store manager made it right and I left pleased with the customer service. However, I was really disappointed with the quality of the pizza. The "just cheese" pizza my son prefers came with a thin layer of near-burnt cheese. I felt ashamed feeding him this. For similar money I can get a much better product from those four seven three something something guys. I appreciate the customer service, but the food quality here needs to improve. Normally we keep leftover pizza in the fridge and nuke some up the next day for a snack. This stuff was inedible cardboard the next day so it hit the green bin. Spend more get more I guess. Not feeding this stuff to my kids again. 2 stars for the pizza, third star was for respectful treatment.

Ordered via the Web for pickup from the 106 street Dominos in Edmonton store #10115, order #41. Went to pickup the pizza after the order tracker showed it was ready.  At the store they said "it would be ready in  a few minutes". When I pointed out that the order tracker said it was ready they said a driver had it by mistake and I could wait for him to bring it back (great, luke warm pizza by the time he returns and then I drive home). I said no thanks and they offered to make another pizza but as this is the SECOND TIME in a row this has happened when ordering from this store so I left and got food elsewhere. The last time it happened they said they "forgot to make my order".

This place is a joke. They are rude, mess up orders, and then mess up when they are trying to correct their mess up. I have now paid twice for an order I didn't even get right once. I will NEVER order again from this location and I highly recommend no one else does either. Edit: the customer service for dominos was contacted and they have not come to any appropriate resolution and here we are over 2 months later. I want everyone to know that this is what you can expect when dealing with these bigger companies. They are incapable of taking responsibility for their actions and the actions of their staff. Consumer beware!

Poor customer service! They missed to give the dipping sauce I ordered together to my large pizza!!! Called them back and the lady who answered my call did not even apologize, instead she’s yelling and she’s keep taking! she’s not even listening to me!!! and she hang up on me while I am still talking! Year 2021!! I ordered online.. waited and saw that the order was ready.. left my house n drove for another 8mins.. got here and I'm been told I have to wait 4-5mins more for my order without giving me a good explanation!!!.. temp outside is -22°C.. Did they give out my order?.. really angry.. Year 2023!!! Funny how a customer's review of a business is only being replied to 2years after the review.. shows the business is really on top of its games.. 5 star customer's service..lol Who ever is in charge of customer relations/ social media manager needs to be reassessed..

You can see someone responding to my review to save face telling me where to email in order to get my money back, but when I emailed they had no idea what I was talking about and even more of my time was wasted. Worst pizza in the city 100% Ordered boneless buffalo wings and a no pork deluxe. My deluxe DEFINITELY had pork on it and my buffalo wings literally came plain. They were never tossed in the buffalo sauce, just baked. I was just served plain chicken nuggets. Got all the way home before I realized. Very upset

I order from this location quite often. The pizza is always hot and fresh, loads of toppings on every pizza we get, and the delivery is always super quick. My only issue is when I have had with this location was not getting the dipping sauces that I ordered few times and still got charged for it. It is why I do not order them any more. Had they provided me with the credit I was told I would get on my next order, for the few mistakes, I would have given this review 5 stars

Received the wrong order, called them to inform, they told me to keep the wrong order and receive store credit instead of replacing it with the correct one. I had to argue with them for the correct order to be delivered and they refused to take back the wrong order. They don't know how to run a restaurant business. Just got the replacement order, and it was the wrong order again!! Just ordered again and took pics DIDN'T GET SQUARE CUT. Kitchen staff can't read.

The delivery was fast. However, the pizzas were just terrible. The gluten free crust tasted like it was burnt or overcooked. With the Hawaiian pizza, there wasn't alot of meat on it, so it was more of a pineapple and cheese pizza. For the $33 I paid for the order, I expected more quality from Domino's.

Pizza quality excellent . We ordered well done and it was well done who we wanted it. I have worked 5 years as pizza hut manager and I m picky about my pizza but they came clutch on it Bad: the team it self have conflicts and they are slow on there prep for the customers waiting on the phone. The hand sanitizer is located right above the pizza sauce and the employees use it regularly. I wonder how many pellets drop in that sauce.

Door bell rang as I entered and staff member very close to the front was watching videos on his phone on social media, despite others standing there waiting for food (I could see his screen from where I was standing), he did not look up when the bell rang. Other lady working had to stop what she was doing to come around from the kitchen and tell him there was a customer.

I placed a order online, and waited, confirmation..Great..thin crust on the way… driver got lost, never showed, hence the ap of where the heck is my pie.. 1 minute away, went to 8 minutes away, went to 12 minutes away, went to my order was canceled. Called the store was told it was my fault. Still waiting and maybe one day I’ll just be surprised with a free pie!!

They forgot the coke so I call the store, manager told me it was attached to my wife’s number and she’d get a free coke the next time she ordered a anything. They lied to me and my wife. Did the pizza sauce change? We've noticed over the last few months that our usual ham-and-pineapple pizza is too spicy to enjoy. We chalked it up to all kinds of other things, but it's been too many times now. After the last order, we confirmed it's too hot. It's the last time we'll order unfortunately, and this has been our favourite place for years.

After waiting almost an hour driver did not show up. Driver lied and manager told me my door number does not exist when it's on my door. Lazy drivers I'm literally 5min from the store. Then the manager gets brisk with me because the phone number is not updated. FYI you delivered to me last week. Will take my hard earned money somewhere else.

My family and I love this location. We get what we want, it's affordable, and delicious. The kids are picky and only have a select few pizza places they enjoy - and this is one of them. Gotta love dominos. Got the thin crust Canadian with added red chilies and it was PERFECT. Kids are their whole cheese pizza too. Everyone is happy

This place was absolutely horrid. The sauce tasted so sweet it felt like I was eating Cotten candy, not pizza sauce. The dough had an absolute terrible taste. It felt as if dough that had been rotten. And smells like something out of a dumpster. They really have to improve on there food because it does not taste good.

I like the pizzas there but when I call and ask for the special they will give me some special and when I go there I see a better deal posted on their signs. The first couple of times I ignored but then I start seeing a trend here and asked them why they do this and the guy apologized but the next time the same thing.

It was awesome dinning in and out of domino's pizza at century park avenue because that's is my route.. great customer service.

I have never had such a willingness from any restaurant to fix a problem. The person I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole after a foulup. He treated me with respect and a generosity to fix things that's almost unheard of today. I'd give more then 5 stars if I could.

Pizza is good but delivery driver forgot the marinara sauce with my cheese bread and i called and they said they can only give me credit. It's not my problem you forgot to bring my marinara sauce so you should bring it to me. I needed it to eat all the cheesy bread. Now i didn't finish it :(

Stopped in here during a short layover at nearby Century Park Station. Was hungry so walked over and got a small BBW chicken pizza. Delicious and great value. My only complaint was I couldn't get a glass of water and the only drinks they sell are fizzy sugar beverages like Coke and Sprite.

Waited in the store for 10 minutes before seeing an employee, could hear them laughing in the back. When the lady came out she was startled and quickly put her mask on that wasn't on. Food was just waiting on the counter. The debit machine didn't show the cost and had to ask for receipt.

My order arrived fast and hot. Frankie the delivery driver was very friendly and polite. Great location.

I ordered pizza and a pasta dish tonight. The order was delivered hot and fresh and exactly as ordered. The toppings, sauce and crust were right on point for my liking. I’ve had dominoes elsewhere and can say that this order, in particular, was the best I’ve had. Really impressed.

Both the guys working by the till were very friendly. Pizza was well prepared. Only rule of the store I did not like is I had to pay $4 extra for picking up at the store they call it "delivery charges", I guess after certain time instead night that's how the system accepts orders.

I ordered from my app and neither the driver nor anyone from store reached out to me. when I call them, I get an engaged tone. My order number is 50 on this day. This is the worst dominozz experience. I was expecting my delivery and now I lost my money and I have no food

I have travelled all across North America and had dominos all over the states and Canada and this is the best dominos pizza I’ve had. This is over few times I’ve ordered from this location since moving to Edmonton. This is the one.

The store is definitely very busy because they do such a good job with their food!! I usually order a customized pizza and they always make it the right way without messing anything up. I definitely recommend people to try it out.

Moving to a new place is difficult, but Domino’s Pizza made our day with its delicious pizza and specialty buffalo chicken. The food was hot and yummy, and the staff was terrific. Come by their outlets, and you’ll feel at home.

Very gross and absolutely non edible pizza. Lest you want uncooked food. The possibility of getting food poisoning is very high from this location. They have no problem sending out extremely undercooked food. Pan lovers avoid!!

This is our go-to pizza joint nearby. The quality is consistent. It's not amazing pizza, but it's a good value. We can sometimes get easily 50% more pizza here for our money vs what we pay elsewhere.

Ordered 18 pizzas, we had to wait 10 minutes longer than predicted. Staff were very friendly and apologetic even though 10 minutes is nothing for that large an order.
