What is your favorite delivery pizza brand? I would definitely say it's Domino's Pizza. I have always supported and loved Domino's Pizza. However, the pizza I ordered this time was the worst Domino's Pizza experience I've ever had. First of all, recently I place orders at that store many times. Normally, a delivery person will leave the store and deliver the pizza in about 10 minutes. I was really happy because the pizza was in very good condition and tasted good. However, this pizza was delivered in the worst condition. First, the pizza was delivered more than 35 minutes after the deliveryman left the store. The pizza's box was bent and moistened by the heat of the pizza. And, normally, there is a seal indicating that it is unopened, but this time there was not a seal. The store told me that the seals were out of stock. I understand that, but the problem is the condition of the pizza. Probably the delivery was poor and the pizza wasn't clean. I lost my mind to eat. The taste was also unpleasant and was not of a quality that could be provided to customers. I'm not sure if the pizza has changed, but I definitely think the quality of the pizza has deteriorated due to poor delivery. I was really disappointed. I hope that the store will not deteriorate the quality of my favorite Domino's Pizza, for I would like you to use this experience to improve the service of the store and the satisfaction of customers. Here are the pictures of the usual pizza and this time pizza. Both are pizzas of the same size and with the same toppings. Additional Info As you can see by comparing the pictures, the size of the pizza and the amount of cheese are clearly different. Definitely the people who make pizza have changed. When I called the store, he said he was doing a double check, so it may be that the store acknowledges the quality of this pizza. So the store didn't exchange the pizza. I never admit the quality of this Domino's Pizza. This is not a real Domino's Pizza. I think it is highly possible that the manager of this store has changed since October. Also, after eating the pizza, my stomach has got sick. If you get a pizza of a different quality than usual, never eat it. Updated: November 24, 2020 Since the last post, I have received an apology from the store and a message to never happened this from happening in the future. I welcomed the store to improve and ordered the same pizza again. The pizza was of the usual quality. Therefore, I have ordered many pizzas so far and changed the overall evaluation in consideration of the sincere response of this store. I think it can be trusted.

Used a coupon for a discounted 4 topping large pizza and I got boneless wings extra full price. The chicken was great, but the pizza is inedible. I ordered an Alfredo base, which I've gotten several times from Domino's, so I know what to expect. This pizza was completely dry, and when I called the local branch (this store I'm reviewing) they kept saying they'll do better next time, whatever thats supposed to mean in a practical sense in a busy day at a pizza restaurant. I didn't see how that helped. I had to ask for a replacement unprompted and I was told that I'd have to pick it up myself if I wanted it because all drivers are busy. No option for a later delivery time was given. I was offered a medium pizza, which is not the size of item that I am having an issue with. I'll bet it's a 1 topping too, which is substantially less than a 4 topping - this is only my assumption of course. I am slightly satisified be offered a free medium pizza to compensate, but it should be a replacement of the problem item, not a cost-efficient band aid. I paid for a pizza that is hard to swallow because it's so dry and tasteless, and that's a big quality issue, not that I just didn't like what I picked. I love the pizza I picked- I've had it so many times from other locations! All in all, as my first order from this location, I can't say I'll order from this particular location again.

The staff at this Domino’s is superb and does a great job making pizza and whatever other food you like from their establishment. They are friendly, driven and offer great customer service. I’ve never been let down going here and will continue going here! Thanks Dominos Bayshore!

I recently ordered a pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni, green peppers and double mushrooms. I was expecting just a bit more sauce like I would get at the location near my work (and any other I have been to where I've requested this), but the pizza was nearly all sauce, next to no cheese, minimal mushrooms and a regular amount of the other toppings. When it arrived, all of the toppings had slid right off the pizza (all to one side of the box) because it was SO loaded with sauce. Very disappointing.

The veg pizza we ordered was good but they forgot to add the creamy garlic dip. And without the dip, there is no fun eating pizzaaaa. But yes i was hungry so I compromised. This was the veg pizza with customizations. First time had pizza from this location of domino’s and they for to put the dip. So first impression is the last impression. now if they give me this same pizza with dip for free then I will be happier.

When i was looking around pizza stores nearby my house I ordered one extra large pizza from Domino’s pizza i had great great experience with it because it came up with good looking and the portion of toppings for that pizza was so good even their employees were very calm and took my orders in friendly manner. I’m really happy with my experience of that bayshore Domino’s and I’ll highly recommend it to my family .

I ordered a garlic finger and cheesy bread from this store and when I received my order it was still hot like just came from the oven and it was delicious as well. Great place to fulfill your pizza cravings highly recommend it.

I love this Domino's. Every single time you go there you're greeted with a cheerful "welcome to Domino's!" The staff are very friendly, the customer service is excellent, and the pizzas are nice and hot. The staff really sets this location apart though. It's always a pleasure to support this store in particular. Keep up the great work!

I like the service and the pizza definitely But there are unstable price, every day you get deferent price. For example, I order small pizzas with green pal peppers and tomatoes they charge me $9.40, and the next day another guy tries to charge me $12.50 for the same pizza. that’s happened three times

Such a waste place.the staff is very rude.they don't know how to speak to customers They were loud and used faulty language .we were denied Pizza after taking orders. When we were with the family for more than 20 minutes they forgot that we made the payment and told us to make a new order.

Just your typical dominos. Last time I had a slightly off experience though - they cut my pizza in squares (default for thin crust) instead of pie cut which I specified in the online order for pickup. Considering this an honest mistake and rating 4 stars. Will update if necessary.

Low quality ingredients were used. Me and my wife both did not feel well after eating that pizza. It even smelled strange when we opened the box. May be because of old ingredients. I think its a franchise and not a corporate chain. Most of franchise Dominos have the same issue.
