I placed an order online for carry out. When I arrived at the store they lady at the front ask me if I placed a selected time and I told her no there was no option. She kept questioning me as if I didn’t know how to place an order AND after I showed her my phone showing that the pizza was ready for pick up. Then she realized that maybe another employee must have given my pizza to another customer. She said she would make another pizza and I would have to wait 10 mins. I’m already annoyed because of the fact that she made it seem like I didn’t place the order properly and then telling me I have to wait another 10 minutes to make another pizza. The lady was using the phone and handling the cash register. She starts making my pizza without washing her hands. I asked her to wash her hands before making my pizza. This is unacceptable and un-hygienic to be handling the dirty phone as well as the computer and then making my food that I’m going to eat and my family as well. I don’t recommend coming here unless you place the order in store and watch them as they make your pizza.

It seems that incorrect portion sizes & cold food seem to be an ongoing issue with this store. Every time I get dominos I always get the same thing which is a build your own pasta & every time it’s either sent cold with little amount of pasta noodles or I’m given something that’s not over cooked. The supervisors get ignorant when a complaint is brought to their attention & you are made to feel guilty for even calling in the first place. This store use to be my favourite to order from but in the last couple months it seems that they just don’t care about the expectations regular customers have. I use to work for a very well known million dollar franchise & was a manager for nearly 6 years so my advice for fixing the constant problems with this store, would be to go over standard kitchen procedures with the staff, retraining the correct portions as well as cook times.

Shoutout to Maxx and the crew for making my pizzas at like 1am. I've gotten tons of pizzas from this location and they NEVER screw up. Doing a mobile/online order is your best bet cause it's the clearest way to give them specific instructions. [Plus you earn points!] I usually pick up the pizzas myself. I drive over, tap my credit card, and head home with my pies. Their pizza tracker is also very accurate. The times I've done delivery, I haven't encountered any issues. For those that complain about it, you need to realize that they have bare orders to fill out. Don't like delivery? Just pick it up yourself ALSO... The unlimited two topping medium pizza for $7.99 deal is so clutch. ⭐ 5/5 Do I even need to explain? ‍♂️

Disappointed. Very poor customer service. Ordered a pizza via online and received a text notification that my delivery was on its way approx. 25 minutes after placing the order however, an hour goes by and I had yet to receive my order. I phoned the store directly and was placed on hold and waited for 20 minutes before I was hung up on. I phoned back and was told that my order had read it was delivered - which was not the case. I was placed on hold for a second time, for quite some time, and again was hung up on. I was never able to speak to anyone at the store further; I just want a refund.

Ordered Domino's last night for a gathering, and it was just awful. I ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak pizza as a large feast special for 16.99 and it wasn't worth it. The pizza was dry (not enough provolone base), and the toppings were sparse. The second pizza was an XL create your own that I ordered as a BBQ Chicken pizza. The pizza was all dough and it was seriously lacking chicken and bbq taste. For spending over $50 on premium toppings and tipping the delivery driver, at least the driver was a good guy. I won't be ordering from this location anymore.

One of dipping sauces exploded during delivery and the guy who delivered the order handed it over to me as it was dripping all over the floor. Okay it happens I understand that, and he took that sauce back and told me he will be right back in 5min with a new one. So we waited, he never came back, fine maybe they are busy. It’s covid time and it’s not like they forgot a pizza. Found the exploded dipping sauce container and sauce all over in our front yard later. I guess he just dumped it there on the way out and forgot about us. Very cool

I've ordered online for pickup multiple times now. They make the pizzas quite fast and it's usually ready by the time I arrive (~15 minute walk after ordering). There are great coupons on the dominos website and they have an extra large for ~$15 after tax. Ordering for pickup is very painless. Staff are super friendly!

Ordered pizza last night paid for it realized they hadn't given me my garlic fingers. I called they hadn't even made it and I was like I have to order right here and it clearly states garlic fingers. They made me wait another 30 minutes for them to bake them. And didn't even offer a discount, they sent a different driver and he didn't apologize or anything. Just handed me my already late garlic fingers. Not good customer service on the phone, I certainly will not ever order from here again. U just lost yourselves a customer

I wouldn’t even give them a one star! HORRIBLE service ordered from there a couple of days ago. They got my order wrong, I called they took 45 minutes for the second pizza to come. It was a mess, the sauce was everywhere in the box it was leaking out. The pizza was disgusting I vomited by the end of the night and my kid had diarrhoea for days after. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE especially right now with COVID. They are not clean and their ingredients were nasty.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone. Who awnsers the phone should speak English legibly. Not perfect just legibly. Totally unable to communicate. The second person just wanted to argue. When I say let me speak it is not a segguestion. Domino's needs to revaluate who deals with public. The night of April 4th was a horrid life experience. My boss wanted Domios. If you won't provide the product don't make it so no other location in town will deliver to us.

Pre-ordered 90 minutes early for noon delivery as I have done before. Understandable that a few minutes late happens but 30+ minutes is inexcusable. Called the store only to be told "the driver is on the way". They offered me free order next time but refused. As I write this the driver just called and said "it's not my fault". Refused my order as I only had 30 minutes for lunch and that had lapsed. Not ordering from this location ever again.

I used to work at dominos but not this location. They constantly do not pay attention to detail of orders. They constantly mess up and get it wrong. When I have forgotten items to deliver to a customer I will immediately go back to the store and find a solution. They do not seem to care about solutions and are extremely rude in saying the customer is wrong. Would not recommend. Get McDonalds instead lol.

Normally I love my pizza from this location but I got the Pepperoni feast with brooklyn and regular pepperoni, well there were only like 3 brooklyn pepperonis and hardly any regular ones. Normally its covered! Also, when did dominos start putting cheese over toppings? If they continue to do this I won't be a Dominos customer anymore because the toppings never cook right under the cheese.

I was shortchanged by these Farsi speaking people who told me to come pick up my lousy $10. When I went to get it they would not honor it.Anyone who would like to order from them would be better off smashing their windows out because they treat anyone white like dirt. And they still haven't honored their deal. Don't eat here. I saw a guy spit on a pizza while making it.

Dude they made the seriously best cheesy bread i have ever had from a dominoes. I was not expecting what I got. Thanks yall for the great pizza and bread. I love dominos but this place was worst. We ordered a crunchy thin crust pizza which doesn’t seems like it has a crust. The crust was so so so thin that when u take a bit u will only taste cheese sauce and toppings. Moreover, the toppings quantity was so less that it looks like we have wasted our money. Will not at all recommended this place.

Well, it's a chain pizza place so nothing special. I would like to just highlight my main reason for the review is due to ordering parmesan bites and getting dough balls that had various spices dumped on them but no parmesan. It literally looked like someone dropped an Italian spice blend on the bites and sent it off for delivery anyway.

After spending all day outside Kingston Hospital finally able to order food and rhe cardboard box it came in would of been just as good as the pizza from the one on princess st. $30+ dollars to the garbage can from this disgusting over cooked wouldn’t even call it pizza. You should be ashamed delivering it! Buyer beware!

Terrible service on the weekend past. We gave explicit albeit careful directions to the house ... waited and waited, no pizza ... call the store to find put driver couldn't find it ... they send a new driver with the same cold pizza ... they had it 'square' cut, when we prefer wedge cut. Very disappointing...

The desserts here are amazing. Pizza is normal. Dipping sauce is garbage. Delivery takes a while. The tracker says "Delivered hope you're enjoying your food" 10 minutes before it is actually delivered. I assume the store is trying to keep their delivery times with corporate down in a deceitful way.

The flavors of the pizza were great but it was cold when it arrived and it was 25 minutes late for delivery. We placed the order in advance online and expected a timely delivery but our expectations were far from met. Cold pizza is OK in the morning the day after but not from the start.

Absolutely love this Domino's. I'm shocked by all the poor reviews, as I've ordered from here many times and have never had an issue. Drivers are always super polite and arrive on time, pizza is always made perfectly. No complaints on my end at all, very happy with the service and food.

Walked in to see almost all of the staff failing to wear masks properly, if they aren't following this health and safety standard, what others are they ignoring? I used to go here frequently, so I suppose I should thank them for convincing me to stop eating pizza so often.

Horrible attitudes and worst service I have ever received. They disregard customer requests, don't keep any of their promises and will blame you for believing them. If you look at the other recent reviews, you'll see that they consistently treat their customers terribly.

Decent food. Customer service is slightly lacking. The pizzas were a little overdone. The toppings were slightly short. The overall experience was sub par. Policy driven and not customer oriented at all. Would not recommend over several other pizza vendors around.

Not sure what this location does to its sauce that the Division St. location doesn't do... But I won't be ordering Dominos pizza online anymore... Because they keep sending my order here and the sauce keeps leaving a ting a ling bad taste on the tongue.

Very friendly staff, whether I order for delivery or call from work to pick up on the way home. I let them know when I am leaving work takes 30 minutes to get to the store & pizza is often just coming out of the oven when I get there & ready for pickup.

I order from these guys regularly, and never have had a problem until this evening. Not a good look for your business when your delivery driver DEMANDS more money when you're paying for the meal AND a tip. Sorry then tip wasn't enough for you my friend.

Constantly out of certain menu items. Called today to double check before making an order, only to find out after placing said order that nope, they still didn't have it The employees are nice but this specific Dominoes isn't very well stocked.

Ordered online and payment went through. Driver delivered and called me saying it needed to be paid for. Literally had the receipt on my phone and before it could be shown he had driven off. Called multiple times and was put on hold. Brutal.

Store will not put sauce on boneless wings. I called them and its like no one has the expertise to do so. Its really frustrating that; as a customer I can't get what I want. So I didn't place an order cause of that. Its Really frustrating.

I have been buying from this store for over ten years, and I have always been satisfied with the pizza's and service. I also recommend taking advantage of their online discounts when ordering. A great group of people to deal with.

The manager (Navjot) and the driver (don’t know the name) were so rude! I wasn’t finding my order they did not even try to help me to find it! The app did not show the delivery details that I can keep tracking my order…

Not really happy with my first delivery experience. The pizza was very fluffy on the sizes and it was not a nice pizza. The price is better as compared to the market. Will try again because it’s dominos and 24 hours!

Even though it was 1 am on Monday morning they refused to give me their 50% off deal that is offered Monday to Wednesday. I'm going back to Pizza Hut where they honor their offers. Take my advice. Go any where else!

Let's be real people, it's fast food pizza, it's not going to compare with the local Italian pizzeria. For a pizza joint, it's tasty, greasy, and exactly what you expect. Plus the staff is really nice.

I have had thicker crust on a $2 oven pizza. It's not always like this, but it's as if they're using the dough balls from medium or small pizzas to make the large pizzas. Not cool, Domino's. Not cool.

Store looks clean, service is good most of the time. Been there a few times where only one person was working, or so it appeared; needless to say it took a few minutes before I was acknowledged.

Pizza was perfect which is a challenge to please my husband with no sauce well done etc ...and the young lady was on her own answering the phone..cooking and handing out za's ...well done!
