Worst experience with the staff and no proper response. Went to redeem the matured amount and they are making me visit multiple times to give the check and still yet to receive. Not picking calls and the phone numbers given are fake not working. Please do not invest or have account in post office especially in domlur. Waste people need to remove or give them early retirement.
Small office and good service. Understaffed, especially Deposits and SB account services. More counters needed at the least on heavy customer influx days. One conscientious lady spins like a top to provide services in her best possible way.
