I have been very disappointed with this company and its management. I would like to use them as I like to get my gas from a smaller, independent company, at the most reasonable price especially if the quality of the gas is as good but unfortunately this has not been the case. I have been looking for a new place to buy my gas as I had become disappointed with Mohawk/Husky. First, they have this discount card that they refuse to activate. I have tried to activate the card and also a few different cards on their website without any success. Every time I try to use it, the kiosk person says that the card is not activated. I have even phoned the customer service phone number 6 times and they always say they will get it done and email me confirmation but they never do it. I even had one customer service agent tell me that they were too busy to & that she had to get something more important done. What could be more important than taking care of your customers . The last time I phoned, I asked to speak to a manager and was told me that that there wasn't any managers available. I asked her why she couldn't just go into her computer and activate the card and she said that she didn't have any access to that information. What good is management /customer service if they aren't able to offer any customer service. (If they don't have time to look after their customers then why do they have a job. If they don't have any customers, they won't have a job to go to). I told her that if she didn't get this card activated by the next time I went to use it that they could keep their card and I would buy my gas elsewhere. She basically told me "don't slam the door behind when you leave. Sure enough, when I went to use it again at Kingsway Edmonton location, I was told that the card was not activated. Also, customer service at Domo is non-existent. Their are almost never any windshield squeegees out to use (the one time they did have ONE, it was frozen to the bottom of the bottom of the almost empty bucket and the temperature was only slightly below zero), nor any paper towels to check your oil, the kiosks & stations are filthy, the staff are unfriendly & not at all helpful, they do not jump to the pump as you have to serve yourself and the staff let some drivers get in front of other drivers that have been waiting in line. She said that was ok because their gas tank filler was on the wrong side & that she only wanted $40 worth of fuel and would be out of the way before I am ready to leave. In addition, it seems to me that they are cheating on the amount of gas that you pay for. It seems to me that I get less gas than what I paid for at Domo than elsewhere. Plus, the quality of the gas does not seem to be as good either. Now, where do I find a better place to get gas. Too bad Because this station was close to me.

The service is usually good, until this past Sunday when I bought cigarettes. The employee gave me regular instead of king size, (asked for king size) didn’t open the carton until Monday evening is when I realized I was given the wrong ones. So I took my purchase back on Tuesday to exchange them. Well, they wouldn’t exchange the other seven packages because I had opened the “carton” and took ‘one’ package out, so this is what I was told (of course, leaving the seven packages untouched). Now, on the other hand had I’d boughten two packages, went home then came back later to exchange them, there would’ve been no problem. Of course this made me upset because it made no sense. So needless to say I was given the run around with the rude manager on the phone, (who wanted my personal information, the day, the time I was there, etc, etc) and the unreturned calls from another higher up manager right there while I waited in the kiosk, who never returned my calls. (Phone tag). It was clear they didn’t want to resolve my problem. After an hour or so of refuting the exchange of my purchase they finally exchanged them. Oh did I mention they wanted a receipt which I did not get, so I showed them the purchase on my bank account, through my phone, and still that wasn’t good enough). Cigarettes are very expensive so I would think the employee behind that counter selling them should be absolutely sure they are giving the customer what they are asking and paying for, especially if they are unwilling to exchange them. Is this what customer service is all about at Domo gas stations??

Save yourself a bad day. The pumps here are incredibly slow, so they offer reduced gas prices. But it's always a sprawling mess with huge lineups. I tried to fill up today, and after waiting for 10 minutes, saw a spots open on the other side (with no cars lined up for it). I was next in line, so of course I pulled around to the vacant spot on the other side, only to see a sign saying you couldn't enter from that direction - even though I had just seen multiple cars fill up from that direction! The young woman told me I couldn't purchase gas because I had "jumped the line" and entered from the wrong side. She served the guy in front of me though (on that same side, facing the same direction). Apparently if vehicles had their nozzles on the opposite side from the pump, they could fill up facing the "wrong way"... but I had no idea. It was confusing as hell. I asked... how could anyone know it was a "one way" entry when there was no sign on the "correct side"? With multiple cars filling on the opposite side (apparently facing the wrong direction)? She said... I'm just an employee. Well, rather than line up again for 15 minutes, I just counted my losses and went to another place. The aggravation isn't worth it. It's always like this too.

Domo is one of few gas station chains that sells local ice. That means manufacturing jobs around where we all live. It means I have a job because they sell the ice I help make. That makes me excited. Chatty with the folk who work at Princess Elizabeth Domo by Nait is always nice. They are super friendly, really easy to work with. It sure makes my job as an iceman much nicer to interact with good people. They work hard at this location as it is usually pretty busy.

Gas prices are VG. That’s about it. The snow and ice around the pumps and store entrance are never removed, dangerous. Some pumps are always broken or they are out of gas. The nitwits inside the store couldn’t care less when you bring any of these concerns to their attention. No improvements on this have been done since they reopened. Pretty pathetic for a business that just reopened.

Prices are good but they need to put in painted arrows directing people to go into the pumps. I just about got beat up. That's the second time I've encountered someone screaming at me because they wanted to come in the other direction. Just put yellow arrows on the asphalt and get everybody approaching from the same direction.

A Mr. Gordon helped me today. The game he was playing on his phone looked fun, probably why he couldn't put it down. After HANDLING my I.D. with no mask on, a dismal "yeah, ok" after I wished him a good day was all he could muster as he promptly put his head back down to his game. I just wanna know what he was playing...

Went from a convenient if dirty gas stop to a terribly run gas pad and overpriced convenience store. At least when employees ran the machines, they didn't break down half the time. Now people butt lines, act ignorant and the parking lot is a complicated eyesore. Went from mediocre but cheap to awful and a waste of time.

price: 134.9, which is nice order: an order of chaos, but you will survive fueling speed: the SLOWEST nuzzle I have ever seen. took me like 7 minutes to fill up my 52 liters tank. overall: Do not recommend, just go to Costco or UFA, where you can find the functional nuzzle in Human fueling speed.

the man that worked at this domo , he sorta saved my life , im type 1 diabetic i was going incoheirant do to low blood sugars , i he was very respectful and helpful .... i lost my'wallet wich had my'id , bank card an birth certifucate , he offered to pay my'cab home , respect to him thanks …

This is the best Domo. Both the guys who've worked here for cpl years are awesome. Typically the night one is kewl. Always gas up here when arriving and leaving Edmonton 2-3times a week. Cheapest gas always besides Costco but my no. 1choice cuz 24 hours and always savings.

Slow pumps, one or more pumps too often out of service, no effort to control direction in which vehicles enter. I miss the grumpy Domo employees from before the renos. At least they sometimes cared about what was happening at the pumps. Two stars just for cheap gas.

The cashier would not honor the price on the shelf of $9.99 for a liter of oil and had me pay $16.45 It's my understanding that they must honor the price posted. She refused to consider this and proceeded to become belligerent when I pointed this fact out

Well they were so busy on their phones I had to wait till they were done sending their messages to get service whos the boss there mayb they should look at new staff thats 2 out of 3 times I've been there and thats happened ixwont b back at that one again

Make sure to check when you buy gas there They don't give the change unless you went to back to them 3 times they got me unfortunately Because I don't check my account often because I thought it is automatically..it was too late the time I realized it

Good place to get cheaper gas is what Domo is about. I found it to be more expensive than everywhere else within a 5km radius. Add to that the long lines and the fact that you can't pay at the pump and you got yourself an annoyed driver

Do not like this Domo location. Always to busy here for 1 employee. You need a membership for a discount on gas here... It's free but still why not just be normal like the other domo discount on Monday and Thursday...

one of the main reasons i ever use a Domo is they "Jump to the pump for You" however turns out this is the first Domo i have ever been to that is self service only. Other than that they where friendly at the counter.

Update 2023 September: Cheap gas, but not the best for my vehicle. With each full tank of gas, I lose 50-80km of travel distance when compared with gas from a nearby ESSO filling station. Also expect long queues.

We pre-paid by card and almost drove away. They charge your amount but need to refund you the difference. The Domo gas station attendant ran out to tell us we needed a refund for the difference. Awesome service!

Very rude customer service,it happened just now few minutes ago I arrived to fill a gas he didn't allow me to buy a gas for my car, just he said we close, actually he was serving other customer was filling

Domo is a good place to go for deals on gas, pop, goodies and cigarettes. They pump your gas so that you don't have to even get out of your vehicle which is wonderful especially in bad weather.

Always have had a good experience. Coming here for years! New renovations seem decent and improved it. However is it just a domo thing that the pumps are slow? Feels like it takes forever haha

The price is always lower or sometimes lowest in the city. But the line up is bad, the owner should setup a better system for people to line up at the gas station. A lot of people bumped

Any place that pumps my gas and checks my oil in 2017 is worth 5 stars! Add to that their Monday/Thursday discount and this is the only place I fuel up at.
