We were regular customers until we saw flies in the inside of the donut display cabinet. The unfortunate location of donut king is right at the Rosebud Plaza door entrance and it's only natural flies would be attracted to that display. Doors or covers need to protect the food. We stood there for a while and no one seemed to be serving so we left. Poor customer service and it's not the first time.

Such lovely people at this store. I was just served acouple minutes ago and I couldn’t have met a more kind person to serve me. I work at the Kmart in the centre and I’ve been struggling abit and her kindness made my day. I wish I remembered to grab her name. But Thankyou.

Decent cappuccino (with hazelnut). The hot cinnamon donuts are indeed hot and delicious. They have a selection of other donuts. The cheese and ham toasties are nice and tasty. Pleasant staff and good service. During busy times there can be a minor wait. If Sam is in, he is friendly. If you are looking to sit and eat, there is seating.

Disgusting pair of girls in your shop I asked the younger of the 2 for a table all I got was a shrug all the table and chairs were skiriff and a dirty cloth, she had been going to wipe table. I did sit down for a second. No wonder we have germs galore thatnon

Ordered fresh hot cinnamon donuts after waiting and watching 2 other customers get theirs I went up and asked about my order only to be asked would I like to place a order.... Customer service needs attention

Sam and his crew have taken a shop that had not operated for at least 2 years and made it a vibrant business always a friendly welcome and good service drop in and have your don't fix today!

Slushies are good but they are overpriced. You can go to McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks or 7 11 and get large slushies for $1 but at DK they charge $3 for a medium. Donuts are good though

I used to like DK hotdogs but got one today it was horrible. The whole thing had been microwaved bun and all. Yuk ... Coffee was just ok but the donuts were good.

Got an ice coffee and chocolate thickshake with a donut each, and it was delicious! Friendly staff and good prices.

About 90% of the time in the afternoon they are out of their main ingredients but the staff are freindly
