"Left bawling in tears because I didn't bring my referral and after already being on the phone to my midwife for 20 minutes trying to get one sent through, they gave me a fax number that didn't work and when I got upset they went into defensive mode and said "oh you better not be blaming us" Being pregnant and having to do a 2 hour test is already hard as it is, won't be coming back"

Arrived 7 minutes before closing time after the doctor next door was 45 minutes late for our appointment. The door to the pathology was already locked and lights off so I had to drive to Lilydale to get my lab work done. Terribly upsetting.
Always helpful, professional and kind. Very much appreciate having services provided in the Valley.
