Lauren and Renee are absolute assets to Dotti Every single time I go in without fail, I am greeted with a warm welcome and they're always so helpful. I purchased 2 skirts the same style, same size just different patterns. One of them fit bigger than the other and didn't feel true to size, I took it back in and they were able to see the difference and rectified the issue. Not the first time I have been served by them both and always a pleasant experience when shopping there.

Ruby and Renae/Renee were absolutely amazing! They had excellent customer service as well as a friendly nature. I had a wonderful and genuine chat to the both of them, they gave great fashion advice as well as where I could find the right Jean length and what to look for (being an awkward sized short person). They made me feel very cared for and like a friend.

Absolutely amazing group of girls who helped my partner out more then what they would ever know. They made her feel very welcome as if they knew each other for years. My partner and I will definitely returning again and telling our friends about how the crew have definitely gotten better over the last year!! Thankyou dotti crew.

I am incredibly disappointed in Dotti's customer service on yesterday's outing. The comments made in-store were absolutely disgraceful and demeaning. The store manager of the Dotti store in Hobart store should be ashamed of herself and her actions (as she was the one that made the comments).

20/9 visited around midday terrible service , store had 3 people inside crossed paths with staff member twice not once did she greet or acknowledge us and the look on her face said it all. Perhaps she should consider looking for another role thats not dealing with customers.

The staff at the Dotti Hobart store are realy lovley . I always feel welcome . They have a good range of reasonably priced items but I find most the time there is something on sale and a good range a pretty dresses .
