Disgusting shop assistants. I was told to get off my phone and be a real mother after taking a medical call I was waiting for all day. My daughter simply walked between two racks. She is not a naughty child and would never disrespect a store like she was portrayed to have. My daughter was yelled at, I was told to be a real mother then escorted out of the store and threatened with security after asking the savage shop assistant for her name. I contacted head office and was promised I’d be contacted by the regional manager. Only to be contacted between hours I can not communicate. I still receive death stares and dirty looks when I walk past the shop (heavily pregnant mind you). I honestly don’t know why this person still has a job in customer service. Worse run company. I can see who their priorities lie with, definitely not the customer.

I shop at dotti all the time. This is the first time that I have had a shocking experience. Was served by a middle aged woman who decided to talk me out of approx $200 worth of items. Firstly I am a size 10 and she told me I would need to buy at least a size 14 as these particular tops shrink as soon as you wash them What the hell? She proceeded to tell me “I am a size 6 and even I had to go bigger? “ lady if you don’t like the label you work for find another job. Really dissatisfied, if you have body image issues I would highly recommend avoiding this store as she made me feel horrible about myself.

The service was great and the lady that served me (Silvia) was really helpful and kind
