Whilst seeking one item, I purchased another following a good look round for idea's and was disappointed that the staff in a small local shop were quite unfriendly to not just me, but other customers ? I would also train the staff to be more subtle when observing customers against theft as honest folks get very annoyed when someone "hovers" so obviously. When I mentioned my observation to my wife later on, she simply said she would never set foot in this shop again !

This shop is a very well organise tardis! It's full of all those amazing items that are not available in any other shop.Cath who has been in the shop for many years is so helpful and a fountain of all knowledge regarding the shops stock. Excellent shop to visit with a very varied stock from screws to knitting wool.

Bought a Weber BBQ after some excellent advice from the owner, great price, assembly and delivery all included. Fantastic after care service, the owner checked a couple of things out on the BBQ on his day off and even fixed my wheelbarrow. A real family business and can't recommend highly enough!!

Really fantastic store that supplies great DIY tools, garden furniture and kitchen ware. If you can think of an item Yeadon will almost always have it. Really friendly helpful staff will always give you as much help as you need. Great paint mixing service and will deliver on a Thursday.

Has everything. Went there to get matching thread for a sewing project because I noticed on my last visit that they have a huge selection of Gutermann general purpose and topstitch thread. Yes they had what I needed, and inevitably I came out with several other items I needed.

Excellent local hardware shop, vast range, a bit of an Aladdin' s cave. First port of call for any hardware, very competitive when you take into account the fuel cost and time taken to go to the large "do it your self stores"! Very helpful and friendly staff.

Went in to the shop and wasn’t sure on what I needed. Three women stood behind the till who all seemed very rude when I was trying to explain. No smiles or anything. Would much rather travel further afield than go here.

Was followed around the shop by the female attendant looking over my shoulder presumably under the impression I looked the type to steal, and they didn't have a standard USB cable. Not impressed.

Been using Yeadons for over 30 years. Range of products, customer service, advice given all of the highest standard. Price always seem fair too. A great place to bring an idea into a reality.

Very well stocked.....gardening, seating, barbeques,will mix paint for you, DIY, kitchenware, wood,gas, dog food...endless. Very helpful and obliging, can deliver.

Handy, local shop that stocks lots of different types of products at fair prices. I have been buying Dulux tough wall emulsion which is cheaper here than at B&Q

I just love this place the staff are very helpful and happy and you can get your water buffs cheaper than most places.
