Our driver was Ruben and 5 stars is not enough. This man was amazing. My husband and I were going quite a distance to purchase a vehicle. While driving he spoke with my husband about different car brands and made conversation that was enjoyable and engaging. When we arrived at the destination Ruben not only stayed to make sure we were ok and could get back home, but he also helped us with the actual purchase. He helped with translation, he checked the car for leaks and defects, helped negotiate a better price and made sure we got the new vehicle to our destination. In honor of him and his help we decided to name our car Ruby! We will definitely use this service again! Thank you, Ruben, for everything! We appreciate you so much! You are amazing and made our experience so smooth and taught us a few things too!

After my car rental got towed in the early hours (4AM), Ruben came to pick me up 45 minutes away—he also managed to put a smile on my face with his fun conversations & great local recommendations. Mileny came on time from my pick up at the Renaissance Hotel and was able to drop me off at a timely manner at the airport. She was really helpful with putting the luggage in and taking it out of her vehicle. I recommend anyone get a ride from her she is super helpful.

After pre-booking a taxi to the airport with another company that didn’t show. I called Downtown Taxi and they didn’t disappoint. They were at my hotel in 2 minutes, which was what they promised when I called them. They were friendly and got me to the airport quick.

They were terrible, i waited 5 hours for a driver no one picked me, i have physical and medical problems and they just left me there, finally a police officer got me an uber and paid for it so i could get back to where i was staying
