This is a very belated review, but since my crowning is still here, I believe I need to say something about it. I had my dental crowning done here and the dentist on duty, Dr Affandi (sorry if i misspelled your name) took the dental impression and I cam back to have it fitted. Problem was, the crowning was mismatched to my teeth, it was too large on the side, high bite and on the inside as well, he proceed to do plenty of filing to fit the crown. I did not feel good that he was taking off so much of the porcelain veneer (considering that was what i actually paid good money for). FYI, eventually i checked and he took off so much that the metal beneath was showing!! That was not the best part, the best part was he started to file the enamel of the adjacent teeth to fit the crown. At that point i actually stopped him to ask him if it was normal to do it that way. He assured me that it was. IT WAS NOT. YOU DON'T FILE MY HEALTH TEETH TO FIT AN ARTIFICIAL CROWN!!! If you screwed up with taking the impression and made a poor fitting crown. own up to the problem and make a new crown. Don't go filing down the crown i paid good money for, and definitely don't go filing down my healthy teeth! Damn unprofessional!

Friendly nurses and patience dental surgeon explained the root problem of my gum infection condition, by knowing the peosedure will be taken and well explain the precautious of the pain maybe suffered due periodontitis gum for deep scaling and gum cleaning, it actually turned out painless and less nervous with the neat handy work performed. The gum and mouth was well anesthetized feels like lost your lips when learning mouthwash with facing own few fail attempts to perform them every sequence of process,you will know what i mean the only active part was the dancing tongue :P. Prices are very reasonable and most importantly is the quality of the consultation after the dental service done, thumbs ups for the warm advises! People do say a lot, but who actually do nowadays is very rare in modern community, so giving advises are much way important to raise the alert on the oral care in future. The only pressure experiences are may need more space to put the shoes at the entrance on peak hour, and the sound proof from the outside the surgeon rooms.

Visited clinic first time last week regarding one problematic tooth. Did the x-ray and due to severe decay and infection right to the root, was advised to extract. The extraction was not as easy as when I had them done when I was in my teens. But the assuring thing was the doctor (Dr Joanne) was very calmly talking to me throughout the "struggle"; the tooth finally got lose after a couple of minutes. When it was done the doctor took off her mask and briefed me on the dos and don'ts. Been to other dentists and they would just talk to you through their masks, which firstly makes it difficult to identify their faces; and also not personal. Another thing that impressed me was they calling me the next day to find out how I was. It gives the impression that they do care about you. God bless the doctors and staff in L&M Dental Clinic.

Had an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and this clinic was available on short notice. Decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Clinic has a nice ambiance, helpful staff and ample seating area (even a table for your partners to work at for long sessions). I was assigned Dr. Athena and she was exceptional at her work. She was very methodical and a good listener as she was at explaining which made me feel at ease. I also liked that she presented the cost breakdown to me prior to the start of the procedure. I also appreciated the screen placed directly under the dental chair which they played some shows to distract you during the procedure. Nice touch. It has been a week since I've been and the work done by Dr. Athena has held up well. This clinic definitely gets my top commendation.

Reviews on this place is good, gave it a shot. Experience was . Came in for wisdom tooth extraction, bottom tooth had grown horizontally. Required a MOS for bottom tooth, and normal extraction for top tooth. Dr Xindi explains the process of the surgery thoroughly before beginning, and answers any questions or concerns. Throughout the surgery, she would periodically check-in, saying to raise my hand if there was pain. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, there was no pain at all. My cheek did not swell up after the procedure, even after 5hrs+ later. This is a vast improvement over my previous experience at another dentist, where I was left with a really bad swell and pain.

From u walk into the front door, u will be welcome with a huge smile from their receptionist, Dr. Joel is the best, explained patiently and advise accordingly what need to be done, not to forget, he is very gentle while handling my teeth and will open his mask while talking,(which I think very professional ).Did filling and cleaning my teeth. Brought my wifey together for second visit and she was happy with Dr. Joel. No complaint for the price for me, happily paid for the service given. Great job L&M Dental team. Note, sorry if I wrongly spelled Dr. ‘Joel’ name.

Dr.Ong did a great job on extracting my bad tooth! She gave me a brand new experience to see a dentist now that it is not as horrifying as I used to think. Cos I had a bad experience long ago back then which totally stops me from going to dentist even for check up. I feel good now that I can trust Dr.Ong on this! Also if anyone have children, it is always important to give them a good dental experience instead of a bad one because they will remember it for a long time till they grow up. Thank you so much Dr.Ong!

Had my wisdom tooth removed a week ago and overall the experience was not too traumatised. Thanks Dr Lee :) one thing I have to mention is during the dental procedure, the assisting nurse was leaning on my tummy throughout the procedure which I find it quite uncomfortable with. I understand that the nurse has to hold those devices while my dentist doing procedures but maybe she can try to accommodate herself by not leaning on a patient. Other than that, it’s all good.

Had my tooth extracted & scaling done by Dr Athena. She is very professional & takes time to thoroughly check my teeth & explain every step of the way. She makes me feel at ease & as comfortable as possible during the extraction. Service by front desk is also courteous. L&M need to improve yr website though, to include your doctors' brief profile to give patients confidence especially new patients. Definitely a dental clinic to go to.

I called up to enquire on braces consultations and before making an appt, I have asked how much is the consultation fees. The one who attended to my call is very rude when I'm talking half way, she's talking to her colleague or whosoever around her. I can hear that they are chit chatting while I'm talking!!! What kind of customer service is this? I don't feel being valued, bye for now and future!

Glad I went to this dental clinic. Got MOS for my wisdom tooth extraction here. Thank you to Dr. Yang and 2 staffs Ms Mayuri & Ywen for smooth surgery. Did not experience any uneasiness or pain through out the surgery and after surgery. Thank you to Ms Kogila for a concern call and provide details for my appointments. Very pleasant environment and friendly staffs. Highly recommended.

price is reasonable. very professional & caring staff, even give me a call the next day to check on me. the dentist is very informative & show compassion towards your case. gv me as much info i need because my case need to refer specific gov hospital for specialist. the mouth x-ray scan they gv me a copy via whatsapp for my reference. overall very happy with the service!

My husband chipped his tooth so we made an urgent appointment and our Dr graciously came in on her off day to attend to him. After x-ray and further checking, turns out it wasn't very serious so she just smoothened it out. Best part is they didn't charge us a cent. I recommend this clinic to everyone. Our family will not go anywhere else for our dental needs.

The reviews here might be prejudice because they are offering discount if customer giving good review at here. 200 overs good reviews here makes me choose this clinic while other dentist clinic only having max 50+ reviews Btw, dentist is good, i am only giving 2 stars becoz i dun agree their “buying review” behavior. I had just my tooth extraction in this clinic, Dr Athena is the one who attended me, she was so incredible and really explain every detailed. She was so nice Dr and did not give me pain much while she’s doing the extraction. You should come to this clinic. They also have a warm welcome receptionist. Thank you so much. :) fully satisfied

Clinic is until 930pm but receptionist not accepting appointment for 8pm. One whole week seriously full? All 8pm taken but 630pm open? If your receptionists don't want to go home late, i suggest don't work. People can afford to go dental have office also till 6pm. You want me to rush driving so I can reach 630pm at your clinic? Insane.

TOO COMMERCIALISE! I went for teeth whitening (RM1050) and they UPSELL me on teeth cleaning which 1 week ago I just did my teeth cleaning with another dentist. Clearly they are giving advice that is not needed. Owner of this dental if you read this, this is unethical and you should know it.

Two thumbs up to Dr Joel (hopefully i got his name right) and the rest of the staffs there for removing my wisdom tooth effortless and flawlessly within 15 minutes. Even gave me valuable advice on how to take care of the open wound. Will definitely come back here in the future

Really bad experience with this clinic. Went there to do a filling, and it came off after a day. What's better is that now the hole is still there. And not to mention, from a filling, the doctor asked me to do an xray. Really expensive and unprofessional services.

Great service and treatment. The dentist is very patient in treating my teeth and educating me on the correct information of oral care. Staffs will follow up with you in a friendly manner from time to time as well to remind you to take care of your oral hygiene.

Second time here. Price is competitive. Dentist is good. Explained in detail the problem and options for care. With my son, she was very helpful in helping him understand how to maintain good oral hygiene. Best of all they open after office hours!

Be sure you purchase what is necessary because I went for teeth scaling, it was ok but I gave 1 star because it's annoying and beware that the male doctor will keep trying to sell you unnecessary teeth cosmetic services like teeth whitening.

Had a wisdom tooth surgery. Dentist was very patient and kind, and the surgery was almost completely painless. I didn't experience any pain or swelling after. Didn't even need to take pain killers. Great service and well worth the price.

Had some scaling and fillings done for my teeth over two appointments. The staff and dentist are all friendly and very professional with their work. They'll also remind you of your appointments in case you should forget!

Definitely expensive and the service not as good as review, maybe the clinic paid high to advertise on social media and Google review only. Kind of disappointing as just change rubber for 5 mins would charge for rm350.
