I don’t know how did she receive to much positive feedbacks, looks like fabricated. Briefly on my experience: I checked on Doctena which Dentist has more positive feedbacks,so i found Dr. Hinkels. I have bridge of 3 teeth which is started to shake,so i went to see what she can do for me, after X-ray she said that i urgently need one Implant between 2 teeth in order to fix it. However dentist from my own country adviced me to go to any dentist and ask to put a new concrete,but Dr.Henkels said she guess one of 2 teeth is broken. Implant cost 3000€+ , and she prescribed me temporary bridge which is not covered by insurance and cost 240€ until i decide to make implant or not. I started to search Dentist in other countries which is cheeper to make implant. Then i decided to check other dentist,fortunately another dentist easily took my bridge and easily fixed. And he said no need any urgent implant for now, maybe after several years...

I was charged for a treatment which I did not receive when I visited for a check-up. I sent an email to check, and I reveived a reply I received the treatment because she does it to any patient who comes for a check-up, which is the case for me for previous check-ups. However, she did not this time and she clearly mentioned it by herself during the check-up. Please check the invoice before you pay. They usually showed it to me after the payment. Also, she talked with her assistant during the treatment about their house and family, which made me concerned if she paid attention to me.

This is without a doubt the best dentist I’ve been to. Had one appointment so far but it went perfectly, she took care of my pain, made sure she wouldn’t hurt me and was gentle. I am one of those people who hates going to the dentist but I already booked other appointments with this one so I can have everything treated !

Have been going to Dr. Hinkels for a few years and I've always had a good experience. Professional with good results, always gets to the bottom of the problem.

Dentiste a recommander sans modération.. aimable, accueillante, sympa … connaît très bien son travail et s‘occupe bien des patients..

Excellente prise en charge. Je suis suivi par le Dr Hinkels depuis 2017 avec un professionnalisme incontestable.
