Didn't listen, was impatient and couldn't be bothered giving me what I asked for, ignoring my concerns and showing 0% care. Found out later that he didn't even record the reason for my visit, which could be serious. I had to recall it all for my standard Dr (Ravi) who faithfully noted everything down and helped me.
