He wasn't able to diagnose my throat condition and found nothing wrong with my throat but had no qualms refunding my out-of-pocket expenses when I was finally able to get diagnosed by another doctor. Very polite and conducts himself professionally.
My partner had severe nasal polyps that had been growing for over 2 years. He was lucky enough to have had Dr Potter perform his surgery. Incredibly knowledgeable, informative, genuinely cares and has a genuine interest in his patients well
My wife had an appointment to consult him today. Found him to be a courteous and polite gentleman who was very thorough and patient. Took his time with the consultation and explained things well. Would recommend him.

The doctor was alright. However, the lady at the reception seemed like she hated her job and everyone else. Not the bilingual receptionist though, she was super busy.
