I ordered a jersey online during the lockdown. By the time I was able to get the jersey from my land lady and realised that the jersey unfortunately does not fit, the 14 days policy had expired. I requested a return and they offered to make an exception at a small fee of R65. Customer service at its best! Thank a mil to the Dr Pachanga team!

This Dr Pachanga branch is small but beautifully curated, and the lady that assisted us was lovely and helpful, a great ambassador for the brand. She pointed out some sales that we wouldn’t have noticed unless she told us about them - much appreciated. We will revisit the store soon.

The clothes are absolutely stunning! They are of the most immaculate quality. I specifically love the long flowy dresses and the bags. Service is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. My go to store when I want an extra "oomf".
