Over the years I have heard some horror stories about getting laser surgery so when it came time for me to have it I was procrastinating and deteorating because of the fear. When it became apparent that I would only get worse not better I asked my optometrist who he recommends, that was Dr Ross MacIntyre and can I tell you it was the greatest thing I could have done for myself. All his staff where exemplary, courteous and caring and did all the necessary paperwork for medicare claims - I didn't need to do a thing except front up for the day. As for the Doctor well you couldn't find a better doctor and person - he made me at ease immediately, he went through the procedure I was to have, which was different from all the horror injections I was told about. His method is gentle in and gentle out of the operation and once completed I didn't even know that I had been in surgery. All I can say is if all doctors had his beside manners and skill then everyone would have their surgery with a skip in their hearts - because I certainly did. He is a credit to his profession.

Really happy with the end result. Ross and the team were great. Couldn't be happier.
