Very difficult to work with this practice's receptionist, who provides information that later-on turns out to be incorrect or changed, and makes agreements for sending monthly invoices that are never sent. Difficult to take any information provided ta face value.

Extremely rude and unprofessional Had no clue with my daughter who was very anxious. He stormed out of his room leaving us there. A professional dentist would of seen she was anxious and offered different methods.
