This has got to be the worst Dr’s office in whole of Brooklyn. The staff is rude and unfriendly. They treat patients poorly as though they are doing them a huge favor. Without the patient there is no doctor. If you have a choice to go to a different office or doctor go. Don’t use this office. The doctor is a nice person but Unfortunately the front desk staff are unprofessional in every way, especially the blond one is rude and very nasty. Never going back there again.

I am sorry to say but they have a horrible appointment system. Whatever hour they tell you to come, put 1 hour more in your mind. I do not undertand why there is appointment then? What is the meaning of it? Everytime… I have never been received on my time. Neither doctors are not able to manage their time nor receptionists are not doing their job well. Choose another doctor, time is everything , they should know that.

Amazing patient care. The doctor truly listens to patients needs and takes the time to explain even the smallest details. Front desk staff is very attentive. The response time especially in emergency situations is great! Very happy finally found a primary care physician that is actually there for the patients!

Dr.Zhukovski is an amazing doctor! Very helpful and always friendly. Nurse is hardworking and very fast! Front desk staff is very friendly and helps with anything our family needs. Best clinic in Brooklyn! Recommend to all looking for a safe medical office with an amazing environment.

I've been his patient for 18 months now, since he was in the Bronx.......even if i have to travel extra time - i wouldn't change Dr. Zhukovski for any other family practice - humble + caring staff that always make you feel welcomed !
