Work across town had to leave work early to try and get to an appointment. Due to traffic I was a bit behind, I called to let them know and was told if I'm 10 mins late they are canceling my appointment. That's why I'm calling, to let them know I'm a bit behind, being respectful and trying to communicate. got there literally 11 mins late and they cancel my appointment. Staff was rude snd had no understanding what so ever l can't get my medication without a new prescription. They didn't care. Not a good family doctor, only cares about money and not there to help his patients.

Me and my family has been with Doctor Fred for almost 8 years now. Doctor Fred’s compassionate care to his patient is highly exceptional! A great family physician who is personable and intentional about the time you spend with him. He listens to you without interrupting and considers your input when coming up with a treatment plan. My quality of life has been greatly restored since I started to see Dr. Fred six years ago. Would highly recommend him over and over again.

The receptionist literally interrupted me three times with the span of 30 secs. I was just trying to find a doctor since this is my first time getting a new one. Don’t know how you get to see this doctor who is apparently really good, but this receptionist need to check her attitude.
