5 stars for Dr Langan, 0 for Phones and ability to leave a message, so 3 is the rating....Are their phones working I've been trying for days to contact the office.... It's a recorded message that says due to heavy call volume they can not connect my call, please call again later"...Does anyone know? 4.20.21 I was able 2reach a very friendly person who helped explain my condition & Rx options. I'll still stand by my first review ; it should not take near 20 calls over several days to reach a person for help. 6.21.21 got my test results (because Quest emailed me, NOT THE OFFICE) CANT LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE , Cant make an APPOINTMENT, why have a Medical Office??? This is basic stuff!?! 2stars, possibly avoid unless U can go there in person 2 do any appointment making & exchange of information. Despite being told to hang up, I stayed online and after being steered to not make an appointment because maybe I just didn't need to Weird. I don't expect the receptionist, no matter how pleasant to make those decisions or directives.... I stated that after test results, my issues remain and R worsening; 'okay then I'll have you come in', immediately turned in2 an offer 4a telemedicine confrence?!?! suuuure, let's roll the dice. I have a follow up appointment, only due 2my vigilance &concern.***I was asked should I post this b4 I see Dr Langan 4 my follow up?!*** YES, Why should a patient cower & be fearful of sharing honest real experiences, what r they going 2do- provide worse attention & care? Will I be asked to leave the office after I express my opinion that the lack of concern, coordination and apparently competency is disconcerting?? Fine, Only following up because he had several years of 'up close, deep 1st hand' lol knowledge of my history; these test results will b discussed and then I'll b open to make a patient relationship elsewhere! 1star

You can't get in touch with this guy for anything!!!!! His staff tells you different stories as to where he is. My fiance needs his meds put through and Dr. Langan's office out right refuses to put the authorization through for his refills. My fiance has IBS and needs this medication badly but, what does anyone in that office care. They told the pharmacy that they either get the "ok" from a Maryann or get it from nobody and that if any of is had a problem with it to take it up with my fiance's job. I hate this place so much!!!!!! I would love to see them go out of business. Just remember one thing: KARMA!!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Langan’s for many years. And recently called the office requesting medical records from 20 years ago. After speaking with Marissa, I was so moved! She went above and beyond and out of her way to assist me in trying to find the records & resolve the issue. I am so impressed with her effort, and grateful that Dr. Langan has compassionate & caring staff on the front lines. She is wonderful!!!! From the bottom of my heart, Thank you so much Marissa!

This place is so bad , it's so sad because Dr Langan is a saint but his staff is so rude and incompetent in what they do . They talk over you , always hear someone will call you back never ever do . It seems they way too over worked & way too under staffed , the pre determination is by far the worse . No one never answers the phone or returns voicemails .

Probably the worst office staff you can ever deal with. No regard for their patients, unresponsive and disrespectful to people when they are in need of answers. Do yourself a favor and and look elsewhere. regardless of how good the dr is the staff makes this place a nightmare

Great doctor, great bedside manner and personality very compassionate as is his whole staff he found something during a procedure and sent me to the right Doctor to take care of it turns out it was pre cancerous and probably saved my life I highly recommend Dr Langan

Dr. Langan is the BEST of the BEST. Great doctor. Been going to him for years. Always professional, calming nature and explains everything in detail. Great Bedside manners. Staff is excellent, very polite and eager to help. Great experience all around.

Dr. Larry Langan is one of the most comforting doctors around. He treats everyone like family. He is never to busy to answer questions. His office manager Maryann is just as personal and efficient. She always goes the extra step to allay your fears!

great affable and informative doctor. Very efficient and made me feel comfortable for my colonoscopy. He spent a few minutes informing me of the results and what he found, which was nothing that warranted any emergency.

Horrible place. The lady who makes appointment for Dr. Langan doesn't know what she is doing. They take my insurance and argues with them that they don't. Your life means nothing to them only money

Dr Langan is by far the calmest caring Dr. I have ever met. He listens, not an alarmist and figures out the issues with results. His bedside manner is second to none.

I like this office, everyone is very nice, just impossible to get through to anyone, left 3 messages. Otherwise, I'd be leaving 5 stars.

Dr langan is great but his staff is the worst I’ve ever seen. They constantly over book and appointment times mean absolutely nothing
