I had a great experience with Dr. Rhody's office. Everyone was super friendly (Wendy, Andrea, Sanaa, Muna and Dr. Rhody himself) and here is why I gave 5 stars rating: 1- Scheduling: Wendy was able to work around my work and school schedule and was very flexible and accommodating 2- Dental exam: very thorough exam 3- Cost and Finance: Andrea worked hard to submit claims ahead of time to my insurance and the treatment plan was within my insurance limit so I was able to afford it and proceed 4- Dental hygiene: Sanaa did a great job there 5- Dental work: Dr. Rhody is very detail oriented and he ensured that I am comfortable and not in any pain during and after treatment 6- overall experience: good team work and patient centred care, I highly recommend Dr. Rhody Dentistry!

It was over 10+ years since I saw a dentist. Honestly, I was worried about the pain the most. But the expert staff at Dr. Mark Rhody's Dentistry quickly put my fears to rest with their gentleness, empathy, and gum-freezing. To my delight, I didn't feel a thing throughout both sessions. Now, my teeth look great, my bad breath is gone, and most importantly, wife is happy. If you haven't been to a dentist in awhile like me, and you're looking for a professional setting where you're treated with the utmost care and compassionate, this is the place.

I have now been a patient of Dr. Rhody for over 2 years and continue to receive great service. Over the past two years, he has done 3 crowns for me as well as other treatments and I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Rhody is a very knowledgeable and highly skilled professional who puts in the time and effort to ensure the best results. His entire staff, including Wendy, Andrea and Leo, my Dental Hygienist, are also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I feel that I am in “good hands” with Dr. Rhody looking after my teeth.

We had a visitor named Lilli from the US and was in pain with a broken molar. We called and Wendy was able to get Lilli in yesterday to see Dr Rhody. She was scared and the staff were amazing. They were so calm and comforting. Lilli needed to have her tooth pulled and was able to get it done yesterday. At about 8:30pm, Dr Rhody called personally to check on Lilli's progress. That was service above and beyond. Thank you so much for taking care of our girl Lilli !

Everyone at this clinic are very professional and friendly. I used to avoid going to a dentist for fear of pain and discomfort. Dr Rhody changed that. He made sure that I am comfortable and relaxed when I sit on that chair. His gentle voice is very reassuring. Diana, Wendy, Angela and the rest of the staff are superb in their bedside manners and professionalism. I am so lucky to have found a forever dentist. My husband and I love you all!

I do not like going to the dental office but I must complement your office on the new super clean process you have put in place to combat covid. I appreciated the flexibility to have my teeth cleaned by hand not with the power equipment. The heavy plastic curtain/doors are great. It goes a long way to ease the mind of this senior.

Went in yesterday to fix a chipped molar. The attention to detail and care that went in fixing my tooth was admirable. I was given verbal cues on what happens next in the procedure and reassurance that pain management can be tailored to my specific threshold. Overall a good experience with Dr. Rhody and his staff on every visit.

They always make me feel comfortable and answer all of my questions. They go above and beyond ! Kim was a great hygienist and it was my first time meeting her. Like most people, I hate going to the dentist. Even more, I hate seeing the hygienist. I warned them about my phobia and was treated with respect and patience. I can't say I'm cured of my anxiety, but at least I know I'm being heard.
