My views completely changed about this doctor when my family insurance changed to Delta insurance . He didn't tell us that he is not part of that network. Just for cleaning and x-rays he pulled out unrealistic amount from insurance company for my two family members and now we waiting for next year to get further treatment When I inquired about it his staff they were confused and told us that they are not part of Delta dental network but my question was why they didn't tell us on first place when we made an appointment.

My first visit to Dr. Zan chang was a great experience. "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" He's very professional and skilled from top to bottom. Dr Zan did a wonderful job with the x-rays and cleaning and Dr. provided great dental advice. I received the great news that I don’t have any problem with my teeth. Can't wait for my next visit!

Honest, hardworking, talented, extremely competent. Uses high quality and the least biotoxic resin. Good find! Also his pricing is very reasonable compared to others, especially LI dentists. For his level he undercharges in my opinion.
