We recently had a stunning “statement” bespoke Diamond ring made for us by the team at Dracakis. Given that I am based in Dubai, Nic went a level above to find the best stones, even so much as to sending the centrepiece to Dubai for me to checkout! I had no real idea what I wanted, but I know what I didn’t want. Nic was great in guiding and advising, not trying to pressure us in buying the most expensive gaudy rock or design, and we took time to consider all options. The constant feedback and design collaboration ensured that when I arrived back in Australia for a very short period early August to collect the ring meant that not only did I get what I wanted - it exceeded all expectations. The quality of the jewellery is exceptional - I was blown away by the attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials and craftsmanship . But what really made my visit special was the level of customer service I received from Johannie and Bryn. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and provided me with personalized recommendations based on my style and budget. I appreciated their patience as I tried on several pieces, and their expert advice helped me make a decision I'm very happy with. Overall, I highly recommend this jewellery store, particularly if you're looking for exceptional quality and fantastic service. Johannie and Bryn are both fantastic and really care about their customers and take pride in their work.

All I can is WOW. I took my antique ring to Nick for a repair and to be altered to suit it being worn for everyday use (my ring has a flap that opens/closes and I needed it soldered shut). He understood exactly what it was that I wanted and actually blew my expectations away (my request wasn’t easy). My ring has huge sentimental value and as I left it in Nicks hands, I felt so comfortable. I did need to return about 4 months after, as the flap opened up, but Nick once again took the ring right away and sorted it out for me so that I could get it back on my finger as soon as possible. I will be coming back to Nick for all my Jewlery alterations/ repairs and evaluations.

Superior customer service and quality. If your looking for a special piece of jewellery ask for Nick and he will be able to help you. I am flying out to Hawaii tomorrow and Nick drove to another store to pick up an exquisite piece of jewellery and delivered to my home so I could surprise my wife for our 30 wedding anniversary. Ninfa was warm, friendly and professional, and exceeded all our expectations. She went beyond the usual customer service and offered us personal advice as well as giving me a lovely birthday gift. She wasn’t pushy, offered us multiple options and emphasised that is loving the ring was more important than making the sale. Dracakis also remade the ring in yellow gold at no extra cost. Ninfa Williams be getting an invitation to the wedding! Jo was also excellent and we really appreciated her help.

I took my sapphire dress ring into Dracakis Jeweller in Brookvale. I had lost one stone. Chatted with Nick who was extremely helpful and gave me some options. I subsequently replaced the missing stone with a diamond stone and am very very happy with the result. Both Nick and Paul Dracakis were very helpful and kept me in the loop with quotes and ETA. Nic and the team at Dracakis are nothing short of exceptional. Their service and attention to detail is second to none. The process of designing our engagement ring was seamless from start to finish thanks to the team spending the time with us to make sure we fully understood everything that was involved. I will be going back to Dracakis for all my jewellery moving forward and cannot recommend them highly enough.

When purchasing our rings, we were promised we would have certain lifetime services free of charge, polishing for example. But those services were taken away, and dracakis have broken that promise. Dracakis should honour their promise to the previous customers to whom they have made that promise to and to new customers, not offer the free services. Point being, don’t offer services you can’t keep up.

I’d just like to thank Dracakis and Elly from Brookvale for looking after me. Not only was the final product more than what I could ever have asked for, but they delivered on time line promises and were extremely thorough and patient in the design process and went to great lengths to make sure my needs were met. Just of late, I had an engagement ring remodeled. Dracakis did a fabulous job, 4 weeks wait was well worth it. Elly looked after me. The service and friendliness of the Brookvale store was great, they make you feel special from the time you walk in the door. Dracakis jewellery is exquisite....
