So unimpressed! I had a terrible experience at Dream Spa. I never write Google reviews, so that should tell you how bad this was. Amanda did my manicure and she was way too distracted throughout. She kept getting up and doing other things, then coming back to my nails. She was answering the phone, giving directions to other technicians, greeting visitors, etc. When she started to paint my nails, I noticed on the first finger that she was painting the wrong color on the wrong finger, according to the image I brought. I tried to point it out by saying, "I think that's supposed to go on this finger," and wiggled my left ring finger. She totally blew me off. She "the order doesn't matter for the design" and continued painting on my right hand. She then painted burgundy on my left pointer finger when it's on the right pointer finger in the image. She kept saying the order didn't matter and that we didn't know which hand was which in the image. Yes, I know a left hand from a right hand, and there is a wedding ring on the left hand in the image. When she got to my third finger, she painted it with the wrong color, a color that we had considered and decided against. She held it up to me and asked if it was ok. I asked "What about this one?" and pointed to the correct color we had agreed upon. She said, "Oh yeah, that's the one we were going to use." She WIPED OFF the wrong color with her finger and painted over it with the correct color. After I pointed out the third mistake, she finally and half-heartedly said, "If you want, I can redo the first two." Why didn't she offer that after the first one? I just wanted to be done, was skeptical that she would suddenly start caring, and my experience couldn't be salvaged, so I declined. After I left as quickly as I could, I started looking more closely at my nails. I found more evidence of distraction and rushing through - three big spots of paint on my fingers, remnants from the color I had on when I arrived, uneven color on the front edges, and uneven sides. It was a waste of $44. I can't recommend a nail salon that blows me off by saying "the order doesn't matter for the design" when you show them a picture for nail art. The order and design are actually the whole point for nail art. Edit to respond to the owner's comments: - I spoke up AS SOON AS Amanda started painting the blue color, to give her the opportunity to correct it. It was still wet; I didn't wait until the color was cured. Instead of listening to me, Amanda told me that "the order doesn't matter for the design" and kept painting. - The owner said they can't read minds. I didn't expect them to, which is why I didn't "stay silent." I SPOKE UP and "softly communicated" that it should be the other hand. Amanda chose not to listen to me and told me repeatedly that "the order doesn't matter for the design." - The owner is correct that I was frustrated that Amanda didn't listen to me or apologize and only finally offered to correct the design after three mistakes.

Went on jan. 4th. Overall, not an awful experience, but by no means the best place I've ever been. At a glance, my nails looked great and I do love how they came out, however, as shown, there was staining from the dip powder, which I've never dealt with before from anywhere else, extra glue and such all over my skin, one of my nails had a white powder flecks in the top polish, likely from the dip powder, and on black it was noticable but I didn't take a photo cause I thought it was the lighting since ive never had that issue with dip powder before, and the tech did nick me, but I didn't notice it until I was leaving so not a big deal but enough to note as it took a few days to heal, hence 4 stars vs 5. The tech was nice, she did put me off a bit when I picked my colors and she asked if I was sure they looked good together a couple times, but I'm sure people change their mind a lot, I did once, so I pretty much ignored it after second guessing myself for a few minutes, but the tone was what kinda made me.. eh. But I have to wear them so my bad if they look weird color wise, normally I just get all black. I wanted to try almond shaped as I normally get coffin, and after having them for a bit I noticed some were not the most even and my thumb, and 2 of my other nails were lopsided/kinda crooked. I kept fidgeting tho and she kept telling me to "relax" so idk if it was my fault or if she was rushing, since it did feel like she was rushing through a bit, and I ended up being her last client that day. Not really sure if it was a one off or not, as I've only been once so tbh not that bothered by it. Overall, I'm not really that upset with anything that happened, I people are human and mistakes happen. Was it the best I've had, no, but I rarely get my nails done anymore cause I type for my job and nails make it hard for me, so do I wish it was a bit less rushed feeling since it was a "treat" for myself, yeah. Other than that, no real complaints. She was very talented, and very nice. she offered me drinks, I declined, and was patient with my dumb silence filling conversation questions. The cat channel on the tv was a cute touch as well, overall the place was very clean and I would definetly go back since, like I said, only been once and more than willing to give it a second shot incase it was a one off kind of weird day.

I was really looking forward to this place. I drove the 35 mins from my home in Round Rock based off a referral of how amazing Dream Spa was. I was sure to book an appointment way ahead of time because my appointment would need to be on a Saturday morning. I arrived 5 mins early and was kindly greeted by the young woman at the front desk who asked me to pick out a color. The first red flag occurred here. While taking a couple minutes to choose, another woman came in behind me and already knew what color she wanted and was seated immediately as well as had services start for her right away. Initially, I thought nothing of it, perhaps she had an 11 o’clock appt and they had more than enough employees to accommodate. So, I grab my color and was ushered to the bar to wait. No biggie, I thought, should be just a few minutes. I was offered something to drink and I settled with ginger ale (I’m 9 months pregnant). 15 minutes pass. Then 25. I finally ask the front desk how much longer until I’m seated, she kindly responded 5-10 minutes. I was annoyed but thought well, I’ve already waited this long… what’s 5 minutes? I’m finally taken to be seated at 11:35 and assured that someone would be right with me. I waited. And waited. And waited. By 11:55 I gathered my things and simply walked out. I couldn’t believe that they would allow for people to set an appointment and be okay with clients waiting an hour for said appt. It was highly frustrating and unprofessional that I wasn’t told about perhaps a shorted staff, longer waiting hours, or told sorry for an inconvenience in the wait. Which made me believe, this is just normal and how they run their business. I left without saying anything because ultimately I know Dream Spa had no excuse and it was simply poor service. I’ve been to several nail salons that decide to not take appts so that they can avoid something like this and customers are aware of potential long waiting hours. I wasted gas, time, and a Saturday morning. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I received a dip manicure that was poorly done, unhygienic, resulted in several cuts, and paint left on my skin. The morning after, my nails and cuticles were incredibly sore and inflamed. I tried putting antibacterial ointment on them, but several of the cuts are UNDER cured clear polish. I originally asked for a gel manicure but it turned out the color basket I was given was for dip. When I asked if there was a similar color but in gel, I was repeatedly told it was dip. I finally just agreed to getting the dip manicure. The technician did not do any cuticle work or prep before applying the dip. Then he tried cutting my cuticles and the excess dip away AFTER curing the first couple of layers. When I told him I was bleeding and asked if he had anything to stop it, he ignored me and tried cutting more away. I had to get the technician working on my friend's nails to get something for the bleeding. Then he added more powder and paint to the nails, including dipping the obviously bleeding fingers into the pots, and trying to sand away some of the areas that were cured to my skin because of poor application. This resulted in another cut to my finger. The manicure itself is thick and lumpy and looks very unprofessional. When I was checked out by the technician that worked on my friend, he apologized that I got cut and for the poor manicure and said next time I should get the gel- yes, the thing I originally asked for. There will be no next time. I was told to contact management because he still had to charge me. I foolishly paid $120 for an absolutely terrible experience. I have called and sent an email and but no one has talked to me or responded.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never had an experience as bad as this. I had SNS done here and they used a nail tip to remove my old SNS- this is a big no and caused multiple nails to break to which the nail tech just apologized. There was no prep work done to the nail and he went to applying the powder immediately after removal. After the powder was applied there was very little shaping done which caused my nails to be extremely uneven. I started having nails crack 3 days after the services which I’m assuming had to do with the fact that he didn’t prep. I tried to file the nails down so I wouldn’t have to come back in but the breaking continued to get worse over time. I tried calling the spa and they lied about the day I came in even though I offered to show my credit card statement as proof and then decided to tell me that they could either remove my nails or reapply for 50% off.I’ve hardly had breakage in the past, but when I have the places I’ve gone to fix the problem at no charge. There are way better spas in the area like Enfield Nails or Eshee Nails. DONT waste your money here! Edit to respond back to their response- I hardly had any growth and even my usual nail tech was shocked at how easily the SNS came off. I never threatened in anyway, I said I would be leaving a bad review since they had zero desire to fix the cracked nails. As someone who works from home on a computer, there’s no way I’m “rough on my nails.” I find it funny that they take zero responsibility for every bad review they receive.

I had a wonderful experience at Dream Spa. I wanted to try dip nails and was looking for a place that was a) responsive, b) affordable, c) a pleasant experience. Dream Spa delivered. My nails were done EXACTLY the way I wanted. I had very specific needs. I did not want to lose too much length, but needed to match my shortest nail. They even offered to add length to that nail at no charge. I wanted all natural nails, but appreciated the offer. I wanted a hybrid between curved and square tip. I wanted a partially translucent pale pink so that my white tips showed through and that when they grew out it would be less noticeable. See for yourself in the photo below - Amanda got it 100% and told me what to ask for next time. As for affordability, I got dip nails and a pedicure for a price that did not hurt. I did not need all the fine fabrics or natural oil smells or the mesmerizing music and hot tea that says "please be quiet because you are in a temple of beauty." But I also did not want a stressful loud experience either. This was the perfect hybrid. They have lots of options in a lovely space and great customer service. Which brings me to the experience... The staff obviously like each other and work well together. This makes the environment very positive and relaxing. The decor is lovely, and most importantly, they have the TV tuned to baby animal videos. :) It's a small detail, but when you can't use your phone and you don't have the energy to make conversation, it's very nice to stare across the room at baby animals.

Depends on which nail tech you end up with. The first few I’ve had were a bit rude, I did not feel welcomed at all but they did do a good job on what I asked for. As for my most recent visit, I will not be coming back. Similar to other reviews, this nail tech rushed my session, cut up my cuticles, made me bleed and didn’t apologize acting as if it’s my fault stating my cuticles are too thick since I haven’t been getting them done. I just got a manicure thinking that a simple clean up wouldn’t be too bad, but no. I was in pain for a few days after, she picked the color for me rushing the whole process so she could spend time on her phone DURING THE SESSION. Even for a manicure with no design, it looked messy. Not only did they cut my fingers, I got my eyebrows done here. She did it in a rush as well, and of course I got a cut on my eyebrow, and of course I get blamed as if it’s my fault she cut my skin and causing me to break out. This makes me question the cleanliness of the facility as well. Anyways overall, depends on who you get. If you want to feel unwelcomed, rushed, in pain, for mid work, this is the place! After all the times I tipped and come back they would be nicer to me. After this experience, I will not come back.

Overall, not so good technique and bad customer service. All stars gave to the guy who did pedicure for me, he was great. Arrived on time, took good care of my feet, and did his job without messing up. That was all I asked for. The manicure didn’t go as well, my stylist left gel nail polish on the back of my finger so I had to go back to her and had her peel that off for me. She was also 20 mins late, with no apology. While waiting, I was told (by another stylist, may also be the manager?) in a not so pleasant attitude that it was normal to be waiting for 10-15 mins between sessions (I did pedi and then mani), and they’ve made it clear to customers. However, I booked the session through ClassPass, and after she told me so I went back to double check, and didn’t find this information written anywhere. To conclude, it was a bad experience and I won’t be going back. If to give one suggestion, just don’t plan something right after your visit there, because you’re 99% gonna be late. Even so, don’t complain because you won’t get anything but embarrassment and frustration.

I had a great experience here! I purchased the spring beauty package, which includes manicure, pedicure, facial, and time in the sauna. I also added on gel paint for both fingers and toes. I listened to soothing music and watched cute pets-related tv programming while receiving my Mani/Pedi. They helped me select the perfect color and there was even a hot stone massage. Afterward, I changed into a tube top and robe and was directed into a quiet, dark room for an incredible facial that included hot steam, a face and neck massage, several wonderful smelling creams, and warm towels. Finally I spent over 30 minutes sweating in a private sauna. There is a shower and hair dryer if you need to tidy yourself up afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly, talented and hospitable. They paid attention to every detail in order to make my experience a great one. I spent the whole time thinking about all the people I would invite to join me next time. If you are reading this review I recommend splurging for a package. Take some time to pamper yourself!

I have been getting my lashes and nails done by Amy for the last year since moving to Austin- each and every time I’m floored by her work and attention to detail. She always makes sure to go above and beyond in everything she does and is 10/10 in lashes, nails and eyebrows. It’s nice to have a one stop shop for all of these services. I’m constantly getting compliments on her work and I’m incredibly thankful to have found someone with this level of talent. I’m honestly pretty picky so for me to be happy with every service I’ve received is saying a lot. Since Dream Spa opened, Amanda and Yen have also done my nails and have done an equally amazing job. It’s clear this Spa is filled with quality ladies who know their stuff! The pictures of their work alone speak for themselves. An added bonus is this salon is absolutely stunning inside and has a very large selection of high quality products AND craft cocktails. They do not cut any corners and go above and beyond to make sure they get it right! Can’t recommend Dream Spa enough!

  • Colour_Me_Nish

I went for a mani and pedi with a friend and it started off well and we had a good first half with pedicures then I went to do gel manicure which was 38$. I said okay cool so we head over and my tech she did my feet too so I felt comfy with her doing my nails. When it came to doing the color she was not doing so well I had to tell her to clean up the side before curing it mistake and all. She was busy looking at all other directions but I let it go as long as it turns out well. It’s not like the service was exceptional cuz it wasn’t. Friendly enough to a bare minimum. I get done and go to pay and heard a different price than I was expecting so I just pay it cuz I hate confrontation but did ask for receipt…why did a 38$ gel manicure cost less than a 45$ pedicure with a 15$ gel charge tacked on to it? I have never been anywhere that charged 15$ to get gel instead of regular. I know Austin getting expensive but just raise ur price so ppl can know what they are getting without surprises. Won’t be going back there.

We just walked out and it was a great experience until we had to interact with the receptionist or not sure what her position or name is but she is blonde, chubby, average height and wearing a cream t-shirt. Faith the one that did the massage for my mom was the sweetest one really personable, nice and professional. The one that did my nails Susane was nice too. Again I don’t know if she’s the receptionist but that person sorry but she knows nothing about customer service. She had a really rude aggressive attitude. To add to that she overcharged us and was not apologetic or seem to acknowledge the mistake she made at all. In fact she rudely passed it off to someone else to fix it for us. It was Susane that came to help us. She had to void it and charge us again but she was quick and professional. She was nice too at the end when we left. I don’t know if I would come again honestly. Yes the experience was nice but not exceptional to put up with that poor customer service to come again.

I found out about Dream Spa from the social app Nextdoor where all my neighbors were raving about it and leaving positive comments. I went today for the first time and they were right, Dream Spa is awesome! Dream Spa just opened a few months ago so everything is brand new and sparkling. It's very spacious, which I love because you're not crammed next to other clients. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I got the Soco Pedicure and Anastasia did an outstanding job, everything was perfect (I'm VERY picky). As you would expect from a high-end spa everything is extremely sanitary and they use plastic liners in their pedi tubs. I already made a return appointment for another Pedi and added a Manicure. I'm SO happy there's finally a 5-star Spa in my neighborhood. Tip - be sure to show up a few minutes early because the nail polish selection is overwhelming, there are hundreds of colors to choose from.

I’ve come to this salon many times and have brought friends. We’ve always been treated well. I came in today for a gel manicure color change and was treated unwelcome from the beginning. I expressed my concern and was treated very aggressively by the nail tech. The experience was very upsetting especially when she cut my finger. When I pulled my hand back she said “she didn’t know I already had the cut”. I told her she did it and she tried cleaning it with alcohol which made it sting worse and I told her she was being aggressive. She became defensive and said she can finish or I can leave. I left in tears and in pain. All of the good experience with the other techs went out the door and this place left a stain on the whole place. There was no remorse from the owner. I support local business but I cannot support this type of treatment from anyone!

  • Jourdan Ashley

A coworker has had nothing but great things to say about Dream Spa so I got lucky and got to schedule an appointment last minute. I was very pleased how it looked inside and how friendly everyone was. I wanted to get my nails done to look like melting ice cream in 4 different colors and I didn’t get any rude remarks or looks and I was handed a huge basket of all the colors to choose from. There was an awesome selection of colors. Way more choices than I have had at any other place I’ve gone. The service, attitude of the staff, and over all experience was really great and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place. Anything you want can be done. The art is on point and if you have a hard time deciding they give recommendations. I also got a gel polish change on my toes and was very happy with the results.

I have been getting my nails done at DreamSPA for about 1 year, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the work they do at this salon. Aimee, Jenny, and many other brilliant nail artists are tucked away in one of Austin's best kept secrets. This salon follows popular trends seen on TikTok and IG, so they already know what I'm talking about when I propose a new design. Aimee is an exceptional nail/hand photographer, and she will make sure your friends gush over your new pics. I get compliments left and right, and many of my coworkers have started getting their nails done here because they see my nails and ask where I got them done. In addition to all this, their pedicures and waxing services are excellent. You can spend an afternoon at this spa and leave looking and feeling like your most pampered self.

  • Shaina Craig

I'm not gonna lie, I kinda gatekeep this place. I guess the cats out the bag now! I have tried every spot in the area but this place is the best! The first few visits were a little rocky at first because I'm very particular about my nails (I like the acrylic thick to support the length and prevent injury, but not bulky or wide-if that makes sense). Once Jenny started doing my nails, I was hooked. She does an excellent job of creating the perfect shape, while accommodating my preferences (and indecisiveness). I've recently gotten more into designs and she always does a fabulous job. I literally get compliments everywhere I go because she is that talented. I feel like such a baddie when I leave there. I have never had a single nail lift.

  • Anna S

very dirty. did not wipe down counter before doing nails. instruments looked dirty. no one offered me a drink yet a lot of the other people were drinking complimentary drinks… my nails were horrible, they did not do any cuticle work or cleaning underneath. the end result was so bad i told them i wasn’t happy with the results and they said if i wanted a refund then I had to let the guy take them off. the same guy! so he angrily and roughly took the nails off. my nails are sore now and look worse than before! do not recommend. the boss lady is horrible too, she was extremely rude to me and told me i can wash the extra paint on the sides off at home…. i am not spending $50 on a manicure to have to do the rest of it at home. will NOT be back.

  • Nindot Kaayo

Avoid!! Thought it was a bit sketchy that there is no spa menu with pricing, both in the salon and on their website. I asked for a mani and the receptionist asked me what kind I wanted. I wanted to see a list of different options but the only options she gave was “Manicure or Gel”. It was the laziest and most unhygienic manicure I have ever received. The nail tech did sloppy filing and used a dremel to trim my cuticles while smoothing the surface (ouch!!). In addition the tools she used were clearly not sterilized between uses. The surfaces are dusty and sticky with nail product and nail dust. Gross. Don’t come here if you care about hygiene, I should have just walked out as soon as I came in. Overpriced and did not feel pampered one bit.

  • Rebecca Klenk

SNS/Dip manicure is my jam and apparently Dream Spa’s too! I walked in around 4pm, waited 10 mins and they were ready for me. They have a HUGE selection of colors and I couldn’t decide. They painted an acrylic sample to help me choose. The woman who did my nails was diligent and precise. She did a couple of coats and went back in the end to dremmel and flatten to look more natural and finish off with a top coat. She also used the nail file at the beginning and end. It took about an hour to remove my old coat, replace with a new one and have everything dry. All the while the tv played Too Cute! a show about puppies growing up. The space was very pleasant, clean with a friendly staff who wanted me to be happy. Great experience!

Read in a review that this place is a hidden gem and they are right! Dream Spa ATX was such an amazing experience from start to finish. Amanda was the receptionist and she was so polite and helpful. I didn’t get the name of the technician that did my pedicure and manicure but they were both great. Allowing me to relax, the hot stone massage was amazing! I purchased the Spring Beauty package (great deal $$$) then I had 35 mins in the sauna where a glass of red wine and water were waiting for me. Finally the facial, Amanda’s did an amazing job at explaining everything, making me feel comfortable and taking her time. I would highly recommend this salon. I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks! Thank you ❤️

Massage (reflexology service) Zero professional! I went for a couples massage and they took us to a room where there was another customers having a massage, then we seat in a massage chair without any clean towels. I have had massage in another massage places in Austin and the experience here made me believe the massage therapist do not have any experience at all which was very disappointing In overall was not a satisfactory experience was not comfortable and I am not coming back for a massage. Hope this can help another customers Psdt: robes were offered but you have to walk from the bathroom to the massage room barefoot they don not mention to you about this.

  • Stephanie Lieu

This place is very up and down depending on which technician you get but this last session was 10 minutes of painful torture as she was doing my cuticles. Out of 10 fingers, 5 were injured with bleeding. You'd think with the visible signs of bleeding the technician would be more careful such as using a cotton pad to apply the alcohol. NO. Even with visible signs of bleeding she just carelessly sprays the alcohol. At the end of the mani she didn't even apologize and just asked if it still hurts like I was the one being sensitive. I've provided pics, you can zoom in to see my damaged cuticles. The third pic is just to prove that it was done at dream spa

I had heard great things about Dream Spa from other friends and coworkers for the past couple of years and decided to finally check it out, and I am so thankful I did! Amy does an incredible job on my lashes (volume set) and I am always getting complimented on them. The first thing that really blew me away from the beginning was how incredibly fast and precise Amy does my lashes, it's beyond impressive. I also wanted to add that Leon consistently goes above and beyond with his attention to detail for my Gel manicure every appointment. The staff is professional and kind and always accommodating to my schedule, I can't recommend this salon enough!!!

  • Terri Ray

Amy is my service provider. The work she does is a combination of Artistry and skilled mastery! I am from California and there is such a high expectation when it comes to beauty services ~ I am the most pleased to announce Dream Spa has Boutique Spa services complete with dry sauna usage, showers, massage, eyelash, eye brow, waxing, with the room to host your Bridal/ Baby Shower, office party, Princess/Tween Birthday party, special event or your next “girls night out”. Full service Salon and Spa is awaiting you. The Bar boasts of iced champagne, mint juleps all while you get pampered and step out into the world feeling refreshed and on point!

Giving two stars because someone at least tried to fix my nails and they turned out a little better. Gel manicure left with polish on my cuticles. When I asked them to fix it and get the polish off my skin The manager said I have to ask for polish not to be on my fingers because some people like it touching?? Not sure what that means but I let him know I’ve never left a salon with gel polish up on my cuticles. He then said the color I chose was too runny. Basically made a lot of excuses for the poor job but he at least did try to fix it. Won’t be going back. Older man not sure his name did my nails & someone else attempted to fix them.

  • kylie patterson

I went to dream spa for the second time to get tips and dip on my nails and both times my nails got infected and had to be taken off at a different nail spa. It’s my own fault for going back after the first time but I thought it might’ve been a mistake on my end- but BOTH times my nails came off and had signs of infection/fungus like pain and pus coming out. I get my nails done all the time and this is the ONLY place this has happened. Not saying it’s a bad place but be warned :)) they probably use dirty instruments. I got my nails done there THREE days ago and already had to have them removed because pus and infection and pain.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Dream Spa. My friend and I were traveling for a short girls’ weekend to celebrate her upcoming wedding. We booked an appointment for two Little Escape packages. All of the staff were so kind and it was the most relaxing day. I couldn’t believe how many services were included in the price, and each one was amazing. My only regret is that I don’t live closer. Anyone in the area contemplating a spa package should definitely treat themselves! The building was so clean and well-maintained and our experience was wonderful. Thanks for making it such a special weekend!

  • Gloria C

Extremely rude and mediocre service. I visited the place a number of times before for nail trimming and cleaning and also nail colour (without gel). Their service is ok, job was partly done and I needed to do some finish ups at home. They are always making you feel there unwanted and rushed, but the reason I finally decided to leave my comment today is because I called for a question and they just hung up rudely at me in the middle of my sentence. This truly represents the ambiance in their place and at minimum they can adopt some basic manners, this can also help improve the service of their scared workers.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you’re visiting Austin and looking for a stellar work, I highly recommend DREAM SPA! Or, if you’re in Austin and looking to change your spot, try Dream Spa, you won’t be disappointed! Amy and her team are excellent, pay attention to the fine details and take pride in your work! They customize their nail colors, mixing THREE powders for the perfect nudes!! You won’t find this anywhere else. I’ve tried many of their services and still haven’t even scratched the surface of what Dream Spa has to offer. Thank you so much Dream Spa and thank you Amy!! You really are THE best!

  • María Rosa

In this salon I experienced the WORST customer service I have ever received. They change my appointment TWICE. The day of my appointment I called to double check that everything was good and they change again without any reason. My appointment was scheduled with Faith at 12:45. I went to the salon at 12:35. I was there for around 30 minutes, and she NEVER showed up. Moreover, no one seems to care about me and my time since they never came to see if everything was okay. Literally the worst experience. If you care about your time do you a favor and never go to this place.

I love this place! I've been here several times now, for SNS mani, pedi, a spa package, brow and lash to tint and cleanup, and every time has been such a lovely experience. Everyone is super friendly, the space is cute and clean, and the services have always been wonderful and done in a very reasonable amount of time. Low key want to hog this place to myself, but they honestly deserve your business. They also have the LARGEST SNS color selection I've ever seen and they're all so gorgeous, it's so hard to pick! Hands down my new favorite place to get my claws

  • Branden Miars

It was not a bad experience but they did not provide the package they advertised. They refused to do the hair treatment that is clearly listed for the package. They also did the pedicure and manicure at the same time, doing a poor job with the manicure in the process. The suana was not ready when they put us in and started a timer. Then to make things worse, they cut the time in half as well. The facial was nice overall and relaxing but they didn't communicate at all and the harsh scrub came unexpectedly, souring things a bit. I'd look elsewhere.

  • Holly Lauber

They did an awesome job on my nail! I love them! I have to admit that I am a nail biter, especially as my stress and anxiety go up. Recently I have chewing my nails to the quick and knew the only way to stop was getting acrylics. I tried calling to set up an appointment but the number went straight to a voicemail box that wasn’t set up. I decided to drive over and do a walk in for a mani/pedi and nail art. They were very accommodating! I was told the wait would be 20 minutes but I was seated much quicker than that. I will be going back for sure!

My partner and I wanted matching Honeybee themed nails. The artist, Faith, took the idea and ran with it. I was SO impressed! I had asked other salons for the same and usually got just stripes on the accent nail (which were usually crooked). The nail artist, Faith, took the time to look up ideas and inspiration, as well as looking at the inspiration photos we had suggested. It was worth every penny! And it wasn't expensive either. I absolutely will be returning. No one else is ever going to be doing my nails again, or my partners!

  • Amanda Marek

I went here with my sister and her friend for a spa day celebration before my sister’s wedding. We got manicures, pedicures, the reflexology massage and a trip to the sauna. The entire experience was just fantastic! Every single employee who interacted with us, was very kind and extremely skilled in their expertise. The massage was so thorough and relaxing. The technician who worked on my nails asked me every step of the way if I was happy with them, which I appreciated very much. 5 stars! I will definitely be back.

  • Yaya H

They refused to fix my moms poorly painted nails. When calmly asking for the owner/refund, the man and receptionist at front threatened to call the cops on us. If you are a Black woman, avoid. Not only did they treat us like this after we noticed the mistakes, they paired us with nail techs that had horrible attitudes and rushed to get us out of the door, not standing by their work at all. They are also unhygienic and use dirty tools on clients. Save yourself the time, money, & irritation; go somewhere else!

  • Connie Mac

I read so many good reviews about this place and was disappointed. I went in for a pedicure and SNS. the pedicure I did like. The SNS...not so much. The person doing my nails had a cough which annoyed me but not as much as watching them switch clients without cleaning tables and drills. My nails came out ok but there was no...manicure to my manicure. Just dip, dip, dip and that's it. Which means a week later, my nails looked horrible and I had to go to a different nail salon to get them done again.

  • Meeka Smith

Came here for my sister Lia's bridesmaid nail party. Her and Rachel got married this past Saturday. The lady that did my toes with the dark hair was nice she has a nose ring but forgot her name. The lady Ana was very nice as well. Very clean environment, lots of nail colors to choose from, relaxing massage chairs, baby friendly to my one year old son, and complimentary cocktails while your getting pampered. I think every time I come to visit Lia and Rachel we should go here to have nail time.

  • Christy Trimiar

I finally found a nail shop in Austin! I truly enjoyed my experience here. I made an appointment online got there earlier and they did my nails and toes. Best set so far in Austin. They did rush on my nails nor toes and both nails and toes look GOOD! Thank you so much for taking your time and all the great conversations. I loved the energy in the shop! Everyone is so nice and caring. This is definitely my go to nail shop now and it's super affordable! I will send all my friends here.

  • A Daks

Lovely place for my first pedicure and it felt very safe and conscientious of the pandemic. My friend and I were the only two people in the pedicure area other than the technicians and all told there were maybe a max of 5 customers in the entire building at the time. The staff were warm and conversational. The area was very clean and well-kept. Chairs were in good shape and working order. I'm definitely planning to go back again now that I know I've been missing out!

  • jordan foley

Easily the best salon I've ever been too. They took their time making sure every detail was perfect and gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone I met was very friendly and by the time I left I felt like I had been going to them for years. I wont be using any other salon from this day on. They're prices are amazing too! I paid around $70 for an obmré milk bath set with micro flowers and I easily would've paid the same for a new regular full set with no added detail.

  • Rose Bee

This was the BEST pedicure I've ever had!! May was just amazing! I'm 9 months pregnant (ready to pop anyday ) and haven't even been able to see, much less touch my toes in several weeks and she just went above and beyond in the care she showed my neglected, swollen feet today. She had the most kind words to share with me too, I just really needed all of this today. I will be back, this is my new nail spot for sure!!! Thank you May for really making my day!

  • Jenna Johnson

Ok so I have been to a lot of salons in my life and I must say this this is the best. I have now been a devout customer for about 6 months and I not only get Pinterest worthy nails done. I also come here for my lash extensions, eyebrow tinting/sculpting, and pedicures! I love everyone in the salon Amy give the best extensions and will even do colored lashes for me. The nail art is insane! and the cost is the best in Austin. I recommend this place to everyone!

  • V

I’ve been going to Amy for my lashes for a year and half now and I can’t wait to get my gel manicures and pedicures at Dream Spa. Amy and her sister as well as her staff always go above and beyond and can do any type of design or nails you want!! I will never ever go to anyone else for my lashes as long as I live in Austin! Her salon/spa is always clean and they make sure you are attended to right away. So happy Amy opened up her new Spa!!

  • Kate Post

I did the "For the Spirit" spa package (mani, pedi, full body massage, facial, back treatment, floating pod therapy, and sauna). It was my first time doing a spa package like this and everyone with so incredibly nice, attentive, and professional. Plus it was very very affordable and about half the cost of other spas I looked into in Austin. I was there from about 10:30-3:30. Amazing way to spend a day and treat yourself! Thank you so much!

  • Chloe Gonzales

Not a fan. This place is cute and clean and they did a good job with my nail art, but I went for the first time with two other friends and all of our clear gel top coats are peeling. My friends' were peeling within just a few days. Mine held up two weeks, which is better, but I have NEVER had the top coat peel off after getting my nails done at a salon, despite often waiting four weeks until my next appointment. We won't be returning.

  • Xila Reyna

Very impressive nail artists. They were able to get me in right away on a Sunday morning. I showed them a design I liked from Pinterest and my nail tech matched and colors for me perfectly and did such a great job. This is probably my most favorite manicure I’ve ever received. The price was actually $20 lower than I would’ve paid elsewhere plus everyone is so kind and professional here. I will be a forever customer!!!

  • Alyson Redding

Unexpectedly stumbled upon this place today and am truly delighted by it! I had a full body massage, pedicure and manicure — all of which were great. All the technicians were kind, attentive and thorough. The value here is incredible. Admittedly, because of the prices, I didn’t have high expectations, but Dream Spa turned out to be everything I was looking for. If I lived in Austin, I would visit all the time.

  • Becca Stephens

This place is a truly a hidden gem! I have been trying out many places in Austin to get my nails done. I went last weekend for the first time and got a manicure done by Anastasia. She was so lovely and took her time and listened to me. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails! I've been telling all my friends and coworkers to go here. It's now my go to place! I can't wait to try their other services.

  • Shay Moonlit

Worst customer service and it looks like a child painted my nails. I was given the owners phone number to send a picture, she didn’t get back to me until the next day and basically sent a generic response my apologies thank you for your business. I spent $70 on it. I wanted to call back to ask if they would at least remove the paint from my fingers but my number was blocked. 1 star for that experience

  • Sara Konkel

Amy, Alex, and team do an incredible job EVERY time that I make an appointment! I’ve been going to DreamSpa every two weeks for the last year and I won’t trust another salon with my nails. It is always extremely clean, relaxing, and the color choices are endless! Grateful to have a reasonably priced, kind staff, and nearby place to always stay fancy! Thank you, DreamSpa!!!!

  • Mark Foley

I visit Austin frequently to see my boyfriend, and this place is my go-to when I’m in town. They almost always have same day availability for appointments, and the techs do high quality work. My nails will still look fabulous at least two weeks after getting them refreshed at Dream Spa, and that’s what will keep me coming back here every time I’m here to see my guy.

  • Balbina Santana

Had a very good experience at Dream Spa today! I called before going in to see if they could accommodate me, they could. I asked for a gel mani and pedi, great service. They have like a million colors to choose from so that was hard. They are very professional and kind. Would definitely come back! Price wise it was about $90 for both services, expected in Austin.

  • Julie Craig

I came here to get my nails done before my wedding and not only did Anastasia do an INCREDIBLE job spending the time to color match and triple check that my nails were exactly what I wanted, they were COVID safe, kept my party sitting together so we could enjoy time together, and everyone was just so friendly and kind!! I could not recommend Dream Spa enough!

  • Drew Hailey

YES YES YES. I’ve been going to dream spa since they opened. I don’t even live close but travel 20 min just for them. I come here for lashes, wax and nails! If I ever have any requests for crazy nails... they’ll do it lol! Amy is wonderful and is the reason I always go back. I have referred countless people who have all said the same thing! 10/10!!

  • Tesla Hague

A gel manicure and pedicure took about 2 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, the fingernail polish on my nails formed lumps before I could make it home. Overall, I was disappointed with my service. For this reason, I won't be back. My response: Although I requested multiple colors(one for each nail), my technician was falling asleep during the Mani/Pedi.

  • Sarah West

The Heavenly Head Spa is fantastic and worth the price. You get neck, shoulder and feet massage along with an awesome hair wash. This also includes a awesome facial! The House Special Manicure is amazing too. If you want to treat yourself for a good price I would definitely come here. And the staff are friendly and very just awesome people.

  • Amy Martinez

Recently moved to Austin and the reviews are misleading. As soon as I sat down the towel was dirty, all of the brushes, supplies, and tools were all dirty. My nails look like glued on gum and are thick and bulky. The shape is not the best. Not impressed and would not recommend. Coming from someone who gets their nails done regularly.

  • Paula Aleman

I've been going to Amy for my nails and lashes for 2 years now. I refuse to see anyone else. The best in the city! I love my lashes, she does them so full, I get lots of compliments. When it comes to nails her application is amazing. I always get rhinestones, and never have I had an issue with stones falling out. The gel-x is my fav!

  • Hannah Berkowitz

I loved it here!!! I am visiting from CT and have a nail tech at home that I love so I was a little nervous, but clearly there was no need. I asked them for custom nails and told them to freestyle it and they did not disappoint! I had a lot of fun with both nail techs that helped me and love the vibe in there. 10/10 would recommend

  • Chelsea DiSchiano

I almost want to gatekeep this place, but I have to leave a great review! I've been going to this salon off and on for two years now, and it's my favorite nail spot in Austin. The staff is always friendly and I've never had any problems with my manis or pedis - they always come out just how I want them to. 10/10, highly recommend!

  • jacqueline ziebis

Best nail salon in South Austin. Wish I would’ve found them sooner. Faith and Tim were gentle, precise and did an amazing job on my mani pedi. I will be back. The ambiance was calm and paced instead of noisy rushed. They really take the time to make sure everything is just right and I’m going to be giving them all my money.

  • Leasly Lynch

This is the best nail salon in Austin - period. It’s big, sparkly clean, and all of their technicians are talented. The pedicures are thorough and their dip powder sets are super clean. You won’t leave with your nails looking thick or “chubby”. Amy in particular is an artist- veryyyy detailed and a perfectionist.

  • Jessica Wu

I typically love Dream Spa for the cleanliness and pedicures; however, they never start my service on time. I always book an appointment ahead of time but my appointment always starts at least 20 minutes past the time I booked. What is the point of allowing appointments if you can’t honor them punctually?

  • Samantha Ellis

I found Amy two years ago at a different salon. When she shared her dream to open her own places I was so excited when Dream Spa opened! My nails have always lasted and I get so many compliments. She has a great team and great support! It’s always a pleasure to see them! Thank you Amy, Amanda and Yen.

  • PJ Kelly

Please go here and keep this place open!! They gave me the best pedicure of my life! I got the volcano pedicure for me and a girlfriend and it was so relaxing, thorough, and professional. My feet and legs are baby soft. My toes look like gemstones. I had such a great time and will absolutely be back.

  • Sarah Crawford

Relaxing environment! Gina is wonderful. She gives you suggestions and guidance that helps you make the right decisions for nail shape/color. Also she has great attention to detail and your nails look fabulous when she’s done. Bonus too is that they last a long time!! I look forward to seeing her!

  • Jessica Mccown

i came by spur of the moment to get my nails and toes done for my 30th. I ended up adding on reflexology and this new treatment where they wash your hair and do a massage. let me tell you that was the best service and treatment i have ever had. each person for each treatment went above and beyond.

  • adri t

Such an amazing place! Amy does an AMAZING job with my lashes that last super long and look so great! I’m always getting compliments! Dream Spa provides amazing service! I’ve been going here for the past couple months and love all the work they do! Literally couldn’t recommend this place enough

  • Katherine Munoz

I found dream spa through the neighborhood app because it kept getting amazing reviews. Ive gone 2x now for dip nails , 1x for pedicure and 1x for the oxygen facial. Its been a great experience everytime. Amy is wonderful and the prices are great. My nails are getting lots of compliments

  • Joetta Velasquez

I almost don't want the secret to get out but I also want this place to be as successful as it can be. Amy is an incredible nail artist - so delicate and detailed. The shop is super cute, bright, comfortable and very clean with a variety of services. Do yourself a favor and check it out

  • Roxanne Pavia

My new favorite nail place! How they make me feel absolutely beautiful and Jasmine is a miracle worker for people like me who don't really do fake nails very often. She makes my hands look more dainty and elongated (I hate my little kid hands lol). I'd recommend this place any day!

  • Laila Sadat-Sharifi

Very sweet experience with everyone. They all truly care and their experience and intuition shows. I’m one of those that is never totally sure what I want or how to ask for it properly, I’ll admit it. But I feel very comfortable here and always leave happy. Amy and Leon are great.

  • Kate Everett

Love Dream Spa and Amy! I started getting eyelash extensions about 2 months ago and haven’t stopped getting them filled in because I love them and they look so great! People always stop me to ask if they’re real and then complement them. Can’t wait to get my nails done too :)

  • Brenda Perez

Made an appointment for The Escape package. The staff was great, the reflexology was amazing! Over all a relaxing experience. During the reflexology and facial, I got a bit chily with just the robe and towel, so my only suggestion is to keep the areas for spa services warm.

  • Elva L. Arista

Very nice, clean, sanitary and customer friendly salon. A large nail and other beauty service salon that offers comfortable massage chairs, nice & friendly technicians, cocktail and huge nail color and brand choices. This place gets busy so appointments are suggested.

  • Jackie Brooks

Had a wonderful pedicure from Yuca, a lovely Japanese woman (please forgive my spelling). She was kind and gentle with my ticklish feet- absolutely loved her. Gina complimented the service with a simple (but creative ;)) manicure as well. Both were lovely ladies!

  • Julianna Vecchio

Dream spa is amazing, friendly, clean and very professional!! I haven’t had great experiences with nail salons in the past but I loved it here! They gave me exactly what I wanted and checked in during the process to see if I was satisfied, loved it!!

  • Katrina Renkens

The best new nail spa in Austin! I have been going here since they opened last year and each time I have a great experience. The staff is so friendly and the technicians are all very skilled. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new spa!

  • Julissa Lopez

Amazing, phenomenal, and all the services you need! I’m a mom and they do it all!! They are the best! Great mani, pedis, facials, massages, wax treatment, and sauna! They are so sweet and accommodating!! This is the only place I will go to!

  • Ramona Cruz-Peters (Fab Everyday)

The only place I will get my nails done in Austin! I’ve followed the owner Amy wherever she goes- her high standard of quality at her spas can’t be beat. I also get my lashes, dermaplaning and waxing done at Dream Spa. The prices are great!

  • Veronique R Placke

I love getting my lash lift and tint here! I had my lashes done right before a 2 month vacation, and they still looked great when I got home. I can not sing my praises any higher. Definitely come here to get any of your lash services done.

  • Colleen Regan

Jenny is AMAZING and a magician with your nails. Everyone here is professional and kind. The space is clean with a very relaxing atmosphere. They have an extensive selection of colors as well. Can’t say enough good things about Dream Spa!!

  • DJ Williams

Called and made a late appointment for my mother. They were very accommodating and didn't rush her service. Anastasia is now my go to for pedicures. She is sweet and very thorough! This is place is new but they are prepared for a crowd.

  • Cassie Villarreal

This post is a little late, highly recommend Dream Spa in Austin. Not only are the staff very friendly but they listen to what you want and do an incredible job at getting your nails done better than you imagine. #HalloweenNails

  • Larry Lawless

Had a great time at DreamSpa with my girlfriend! Cindy did a wonderful job on my long neglected toenails and Faith did this beautiful custom nail job for me. Very clean, professional atmosphere and personal attention to detail.

  • Jessi J

I’ve had really great experiences here for months now! They have a really clean and relaxing environment and their staff does amazing nails. Faith and Amy do great designs if you are looking for creative and precise nails!

  • Emily Corke

I love this place. They are so clean, nice and reasonable. They really want you to like your nails and everyone is friendly. Even the receptionist makes the culture! I recommend their hard gel, it stays on so long.

  • Priscilla

Listen, I really wanted to gate keep Amy because she must be protected at all cost. However, I must put my fellow ladies on to her. She is talented, fast, and amazing. I gave her and design and she executed!

  • Emily Sabino

Chi Chi did an amazing job on my pedicure!!! She took her time and really gave a quality experience. I’d say prices are about the same as your average nail spa but the quality of service is phenomenal!

  • Julissa Lopez-Gomez

Friendly and attentive staff, clean and so welcoming, and they do every service available! As a mom, this is amazing! I got my lashes done, waxed eyebrows, and my mani/pedi!!!! They are phenomenal!!!!

  • Jeff Devonshire

I was referred here by my co-worker and I have never regretted it for my nail and brow care. It is a relaxing and amazing experience with incredible results looking my best for success in my career.

  • Ramona Powers

Nice environment everyone seemed genuinely happy and in a good mood (not common for a nail salon). The prices are fair and you get great results for your $$$. Gina did my nails and did a great Job!

  • David Martinez

Had an amazing experience! The service was amazing and friendly and my nails came out the best they ever have! I highly recommend going to Nancy! She is so sweet and is a total professional!

  • Tiffany

Great experience! At this point I not only go to the nail salon just to get my nails done but for the entire experience. Jenny was my nail tech and did a great job. I will be returning.

  • Fonda Pham

Mai was very kind and professional. She serviced my “Heavenly Head Bath” and it was by far the highlight of my week. The spa was also VERY beautiful. 10/10 Recommend, would come again!

  • Emily Henderson

I’ve been going here consistently for about 3 months and they always do a great job with my acrylic nails! The designs are great and my almond shape looks good every time.

  • Rita Richardson

I started going to Dream Spa a few months ago and I love their nail and pedi treatments. They can do any style and nail art that I show them. The staff is really nice.
