Today was a rough day for us. We had to put down our oldest cat who had been with us since day one. Unfortunately he had kidney failure and had a very slim chance to survive so we made the decision to end his pain. This was our first experience with putting a pet down and they were so understanding, Ginger was crying right along with me. They made a very hard and traumatic time very comfortable and ended our visit with hugs all around. We are mourning pretty bad as this happened only a few hours ago but I felt it necessary to share my experience with Dr Oyan and staff. Dont hesitate...THIS IS THE BEST VET IN TOWN. I feel like we are family now.

What an amazing and committed staff of TRUE cat lovers! Dr Heather is a gem, so kind and conversational and made me and my little Mr. Meatball feel totally relaxed even for his first vet visit. No rushed feeling at all, she and her assistant were more than happy to discuss behaviors, share pictures/videos, and make my cat feel like the best little guy in town. There was a little bit of a delay in getting into my appointment, but I know this is just a result of how thorough they are so I can’t complain. Lots of reading material and refreshments available in the waiting room, as well as toys and treats to keep the kitties entertained!

This was my first visit. I waited 75 minutes in the waiting area. I had to go to work. I left with my cat not being seen. The Dr seemed very nice, when she walked in the door 45 minutes plus, late for the client waiting in the exam room. She addressed me and my cat who had been in the carrier for over an hour at this point. I know she was short handed. I was disappointed, that i didn't even get a call from them asking if I wanted to reschedule. I would have loved to have her as a vet. She has great reviews. But I have to work to pay for the vet. So if you can wait she seems very nice.

I’ve had cats my whole life, and been to multiple vets. Dr. Heather Oyan and her staff give my little kitten the best vet visits I’ve ever experienced in all my years of pet ownership. They feed him to distract him from big needles and swaddle him to put him at ease during uncomfortable exams. My kitten needed a couple prescriptions, and as a recent college grad I was relieved by how affordable his treatments plan was. He literally fell asleep in their arms during our last visit. If you have cats and are looking for a new vet, take them here. Everyone will have a great time.

Amazing. I took my cat in to get his teeth checked out and I was really nervous. Wow. The staff were so incredibly nice and friendly, you can tell they absolutely love their job and are really genuine. I will never take my cats anywhere else!! They adopt out cats and take care of them, it's a small place and so personable. I'm deeply impressed. If you have cats and want to get them the best and most comfortable care with people who not only know what they are doing but treat your petc just like a member of their own family, this is the place to go.

I bring all of my cats here. My oldest is 15 and my youngest is 8 weeks old. There is plenty of love, concern and attention given to any sick cat. That being said, some appointments may run later than expected and therefore the veterinarian may be running behind. All healthy cats receive a treat and a toy when brought in for yearly visits as well. This is a one woman practice so there may be a wait list until your fur baby/family member can get an appointment. In my opinion it’s well worth the wait!

I have been taking my cats here for at least the past six years. Although I usually have a wait past my appointment time, I know it is because Dr. Oyan and her staff take plenty of time with each cat. They are thorough in their exams and ask plenty of questions to get to know your pet. I usually make a double appointment and take both of my cats in for their annual exams at the same time, which is a big help to me. As long as I live close by, I will continue visiting Dreamy Draw Cat Hospital.

Dr. O is the BEST! We took our semi feral cat in to be seen. Our cat completely relaxed around her and allowed Dr. O to give her a full exam even let her touch her mouth, which we cantt even do with our cat! Dr. O was able to find out what was causing our cat's pain and the remedy was reasonable, in the best interest of our cat, and more than fair price. I can't believe doctor O has been there for almost 20 years and we just found her now. So grateful we DID find her!

Posting a late and much deserved good review for this facility. Years ago I found a stray cat and brought her in multiple times for care. The vet and the tech were incredibly gentle and competent. I basically had no money and felt so bad for the cat, so they even worked with me on paying for certain things. It was easy to see how much they care about animals and love what they do. If I didn’t move all the way to Gold Canyon, this would definitely be my vet of choice.

The best vet I've ever had hands down. And all the staff are fantastic! This vet was recommended to me by someone who knew i didnt have millions to spend and on my 1st visit I had a balance left & was not hounded about it but paid it when I saw her next. She's all about the animals- treats my cat like her own baby & rescues strays gets them healthy happy & finds them good homes all on her own dime. I can't say anything better about a vet when u are in need!

I have been a huge fan of Dr. Oyan and Dreamy Draw Cat Hospital for several years. She makes me feel like I have the best cats ever, I have 4 rescues. Of course I am partial but she is just so awesome with them. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of a kind and caring vet. Yes, they can get delayed with appointments but just know that you will never be rushed or feel like you weren't taken care of. Best Vet Ever!!

I cannot explain how grateful we are to have Dr. Oyan and her assistants as our primary vet care for our cat. She takes her time with you and asks you several questions to ensure that all of your concerns are addressed. She makes every cat (and human) feel as if they are her only client. As a newcomer to Phoenix, I would 100% recommend her as affordable, thorough and genuinely passionate about what she does. Thank you!

I’m really sad! We’ve been taking our cats here for 6 years now and I just called for an appointment because my one cat is having diarrhea and was told they can’t fit me in for over a week. It’s very disappointing that I’ve been a reliable customer and now can’t get in when my cat actually needs it! I will no longer be recommending this vet!

So we took one of our older cats here a few years ago. The Dr figured out her issues & prescribed an RX . We went from being sad thinking one of our sweet older girls was approaching the end … to regaining an energetic teenaged kitty❣️❣️❣️ It seemed expensive but was worth it… so much so I’ll be calling to take another one in soon!

This is the only place I'll take my cats to now. This type of smaller establishment is really beneficial for cats who are more skittish. You don't have to worry about dogs being there and making your cats even more stressed. The entire staff loves cats and knows how to help them feel at ease.

Ok, so I'm giving them a 3 star only because my "appointment" began (as in when we finally saw the Vet) an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appt time. The Vet was terrific, though, and I'll definitely go back...with an early morning appt, before their schedule has blown up!

The staff is amazing they actually care about your animals you're just not like a little number like the big hospitals. They take time and they actually remember your animals when they come back for any appointments. They're very personable and they're affordable

Amazing! Everything about this place, especially the doctor, is just amazing! I am so grateful we have a place like this here in Phoenix in such a great location, too! I wish we could find a human doctor equivalent to Doctor Heather Oyan. She is a gem!

What an amazing veterinarian clinic. The wait is a bit long as it is a smaller operation, but the level of personal care and compassion you receive is so above and beyond any establishment I have ever seen. I cant recommend this clinic enough.

Dr. Oyan is the cat lady to which we need to help our cats and kittens. Unfortunately she did misdiagnose my cat DeeDee. She got very sick and had to be put down because of bad medication. Please get a second opinion from another cat doctor

Small office and there usually is a wait (even if you have an appointment), but the vet (Dr. Oyen) is very thorough and will take as much time as you need. Very happy with our cats' care.
