My initial review was done by Jasmine my sales rep and not me. This company scammed me out of almost $1,600 and refused to pay me my down payment back. They sold me a car that went out on the first day and cut off all communication with me left me stranded and kept giving me the runaround on who to call to get my down payment refunded. When I initially went to purchase a car from them the first car I got in did not crank so I went to another car due to them telling me that that car had just been brought on the lot and hadn't been checked out yet. I went to get another car which I was only able to test drive for a short time due to them getting ready to close soon after I test drove. My car shut down the same day the check engine light came on I reached out to my sales representative Jasmine with no response after I let her know that I was stranded the next day the car was able to come back on I drove to the store still trying to reach out to Jasmine and I was stranded again at the store. It was a holiday weekend so I assumed that is why they did not answer I asked the store manager if my car could stay parked there due to it not running and continue to reach out to my sales rep and anyone that I could. The next business day I reached out to drive casa again they had someone come tow the car they kept my car for over a week with no response to me as to what was going on with the car but had the audacity to give me a welcome to drive casa call I addressed my complaint with the representative that was supposed to be welcoming me who then informed me that they could do nothing but send an email. I called the mechanics only for them to tell me they don't have an estimated time that the car will be fixed nor could they tell me what was wrong then going into the second week they had the audacity to call me to make a payment on a car that I don't even have don't know what's wrong with went out on the first day. I requested a refund and they told me that they don't do refunds I said I haven't had this car no one's calling me to tell me what's wrong with it if it can be fixed etc. The whole experience was horrible I had to come up there to actually even get any kind of information only for my sales representative to tell me we don't handle the cars after we sell them and we don't have a manager. I could go on about how much of a scam this company is but I would write a novel on this Google review just know that half these reviews were probably done on the customer's phone when they first purchased by the sales representative. I would never send anyone to this company or any of its sister companies. I still was not able to get my down payment back I no longer have the car but I was able to get another car from another legit company this dealership is worse than a tot your note company that sells auction cars.

Updated review: DO NOT purchase a vehicle at Drive Casa. Tony was cool and nice, got us into a car pretty quickly. First week we had it and the struts were bad. First 30 days it’s on them, but they don’t get you into their shop until 2 weeks for your appointment. We left the shop and our car was still rattling, Mike at the Garland location told my fiance that they fixed the issue and it “must be the tools rattling in your car” after waiting from opening till closing for them to fix it and never did. We made another appointment the next day. But guess what? Another 2 weeks to wait for our appointment. And what do you know? It’s been past 30 days and they tell us it was the STRUTS like we told them and not any loose bolts but now we gotta pay the $100 deductible. But if only the replaced the struts the first time we didnt have to go thru that and pay them. But of course they’re not gonna do that and that’s where they get you. We had this car for 11 months and it had major transmission issues. It drove a few feet, jolted with a ticking noise and then lost power even though the gas pedal was pressed. Could not reverse when gears were shifted. Trying to get into contact with someone was hell. They always gave us the run around. When you asked them questions they go “uuhhhhhh….” And transfer you somewhere else where they also don’t know any answers and transfer you else where. Also they do not provide any towing services because they don’t have them. But oh I bet if you miss a payment they’ll quickly come and get your vehicle. I had to get my own tow and take it to them. I surrendered my vehicle. Yeah I took a hit on my credit with giving back the car but honestly being with this dealership and with a car with so many issues off the bat is 100% not worth it. If you want a budget friendly down payment car with 3 year warranty and a chance to exchange after 8-9 months I suggest y’all go to Auto Cave. Ask for Victoria tell her I sent you!

I know people who get a lot of cars from this company. It seems as though they sell certain people cars that's hasn't been through a multi point inspection there for within 3 Months of you having a car you having issues that you supposed to have in the 5th year of having a car. You call the service department in Garland and the Mexican with the hair on her face knows how to make good excuses why everything you said wrong with your car they don't cover. She even went on to say why did I buy the car. This is going to stop. Y'all are not going to sell me a car that y'all was supposed to do a multi point inspection on then tell me I'm responsible for fixing stuff that's not in the warranty. Then I call to make an appointment and it's months away or drive the car out of town just to get serviced. Fyi all my black friends have issues with drive casa none of my Mexican friends and these issues. It's not right to play with people's money an this place does that with a smile. You loose in court when you breach your own contract.

This place is a scam. I know all the reviews are a lie because they write it for you, they don’t even let you do it. The things the manager Maria promised she never went through with and every time I called she said oh I’ll call you back and never did! Im stuck paying for key replacements when she told me to call the service center the next day but they wouldn’t resolve it either. I’m filing a claim as I shouldn’t be paying out of pocket for something that was supposed to be done the day after I took the car. After that the car has been having issues since I got it. Put $2000 down just to have it in the service shop several times a few days later.

I have a wonderful experience and very good customer service at Drive Casa. If u need a car they will help get a car not like the rest of the car lot around them. You guys are the best and amazing place to get my car I will be back to get a truck cause I love how they treat the customer and are very polite they will get 5 stars from me but if I could u guys are 10/10 u guys really made my wife happy You now what they say happy wife happy life thanks Drive Casa Buckner
