A small farmacy and parcel drop-on/off point. Probably too much work handing out parcels as these drop-off points are loaded with parcels and ussually not enough workers to run the shop at the same time. So when you visit this shop to deliver a parcel keep in mind it might take a while and there could be a line-up with people waiting on some hours of the day. Further more my parcel was shipped overthere but it was not my regular drop-off point, so by mistake it ended there. My review is 4 stars because it took long before being served. Some shops should get another worker just to handout the parcels only, it will be much quicker and less stress. Just stay cool while waiting on your order. The woman was friendly as long a you don't ask too much, they are way too busy.

Worst service ever. The store refused my package from DHL so my order of a value of €100 got lost. In addition, the product is not available anymore so I cannot re-order again. But the most annoying thing is that the store owners are telling lies to its customers and denied any refusal of packages. They are not willing to function properly a DHL drop-off point and they look so unhappy about it based on their rude behaviour. So why not terminate this service? Only reason that I can think of is that no person would ever visit their store and buy their overpriced and over-expired products. At least, I will not anymore.

Can unfortunately confirm the negative reviews here. Just went to the store and asked if they have a package for me ( which - as stated by DHL - was delivered there) They said it’s not there- which CAN of course happen if there was a mistake by DHL- but nevertheless the way the communicated this to me was absolutely unreasonable and rude ( It was a male employee in my case, not a female) Since this issue seems to happen often on their side they should maybe contact DHL regarding this problem - or change the way they communicate - since everyone who is picking up packages could also be a (lost) customer

Als je hier binnenloopt, krijg je het gevoel dat je het personeel lastigvalt. (Een aantal van) de vrouwen die hier werken zijn niet geschikt om een winkel te runnen. Ze zeggen geen gedag, kijken je niet aan, zijn kortaf of onbeschoft en totaal niet behulpzaam. Misschien was het omdat ik alleen maar DHL pakjes kan brengen maar dan moeten ze die service maar afschaffen. Want het wordt ze kennelijk te veel. Toen ik laatste weer onaardig behandeld werd en zei dat dit nu al de derde keer was dat ik zo behandeld werd, zeiden ze dat het dan wel aan mij zou liggen. Dat is het niveau in die winkel. Treurig.

Wat een ontzettend aardig personeel. Ik ga iedere keer weer met een goed gevoel en een glimlach op mijn gezicht hier weg! Ze doen het hartstikke goed en zijn heel erg hard aan het werk om voor alle mensen de pakketjes op te vangen uit te buurt, die niet thuis zijn. Zo fijn dat dit kan! De mensen die hierover iets negatiefs te melden hebben moeten zich zelf eens in hun positie verplaatsen, ze kunnen hun slechte reviews beter naar de post service versturen waar het hoort te staan.. een echte aanrader als het gaat om goed advies en uitstekende costumer service! :)

If I could give half a star I would. It’s a ups pick up point so I decided to get my package delivered here. Apparently 12kg is too heavy?! Incredible, don’t advertise as a pick up location if you don’t pick up packages! This has happened two times since they tried to deliver it again! I have been waiting for more than one month! Then you go there and ask why this happened and they tell you they didn’t receive anything. I had the pleasure to talk to the women another few times in earlier experiences, always so rude. Would not recommend it to my worse enemy.

Unexceptionably terrible customer service. No respect for clients. Even it is hard to say “good morning”, and you can definitely forget to hear, “How can I help you”. All sellers are doing you a favor by selling you something or giving you a service with packages. Always open more than 20 min late! Using this spot for packages point as it is the only one closest to my place, but I always face how rude the staff is to everyone and feeling Spanish shame.

ZO blij met de lieve dames hier die zo hard werken om ons allemaal onze pakketten te geven en in te nemen! Er zouden meer pakketpunten in de straat moeten zitten, want het is zoveel werk voor ze. En mensen die klagen dat ze even moeten wachten; niet zeuren. Wees blij dat ze de moeite nemen! Verder een fijne drogist waar ze alles hebben wat je nodig hebt!

The woman working here has an absolutely ridiculous way of speaking to people. She continuously rolled her eyes, sighed and spoke with a huge attitude. I don’t remember the last time someone’s spoken to me the way she did. I understand people have bad days but from reading other reviews she is clearly always like this. Honestly unacceptable

Een van mijn favoriete winkels in de stad! Waar anders word je nog enthousiast met je naam begroet wanneer je binnenkomt!? Een ouderwetse drogisterij met deskundig en vooral heel vriendelijk personeel. Ik vind er altijd alles wat ik nodig heb en dat zij pakketpost doen is echt ontzettend handig! Dat deze winkel nog maar lang mag bestaan!

most horrible experience ever to pick up a package. seems like the lady at the front desk doesnt want to live or work in that place. appalling language and behavior specially to expats making the dutch looks worse than they already are… Would never recommend it to anyone. please close the store or exile that woman to another country.

Shop is run by hard working people who have always been professional and friendly to me. Most of the comments here seem so unreasonable and just for the sake of complaining. I feel like that as a small and local shop they’ve been handling the parcel craziness better than any of these inpatient haters would do.

Geweldig lieve mensen en een parel voor de buurt. Altijd bereid om je te hepen met goed advies of als het niet lukt met de pakketjes. Maar je oren klapperen soms van de gesjeesde vanmoofyuppen die ze te verduren hebben, die ongeduldig een sneer uitdelen als ze niet vliegensvlug hun pakket kunnen droppen.

Woman was very rude about getting my package and shouting at me for not knowing the delivery date, loudly yelling that she has too many packages and 100s of deliveries. Maybe don’t make deliveries your business if you don’t have organisation to support this. Very rude

1. Employee continue talking when you stand infront of them. 2. Lying when the Dpd going to pick up the parcel. She told me that my package will be picked up in the morning, when it was picked up at 4pm. Which does matter when being picked up due to certain reason.

Topservice! Mijn pakketje was niet aanwezig terwijl Dpd zei dat het er moest zijn. ze hebben voor mij gebeld naar dpd en ontzettend veel moeite gedaan om mijn pakketje nog voor mijn vakantie binnen te hebben! Zo kon ik toch nog met een fijn gevoel op vakantie!

Terrible service. Simply went in to collect a package which was delivered on the 18/12 arrived after confirmed delivery SMS and email only to be told (in a dismissive manner)that it wasn’t there and that some deliveries are sent to the UPS … Meer

Wat een vriendelijke mensen werken daar! Ze doen echt hard hun best om zsm voor iedereen de pakketten te zoeken. De winkel staat altijd helemaal vol, maar het personeel rent de benen uit hun lijf om iedereen zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

The lady here truly goes above and beyond to be as hostile as possible. Edit: Managed to avoid this place for several months, made the mistake of returning. Still the nastiest b— you’ll ever have the displeasure of meeting.

Lady working there UNBELIEVABLE rude. Completely ignores you when you ask a few normal questions while being the ONLY customer present and one meter away from her. And right, not open at 10:00 but 10:20. So unfortunate.

Aardige, behulpzame medewerkers. Doe ze en jezelf een lol en kom pas de volgende dag je pakketje ophalen, zo voorkom je eventuele teleurstelling als je pakketje nog niet klaar is om opgehaald te worden :)

Ik had problemen met mijn Kiala-pakket, maar de eigenaar had gelijk contact met ze opgenomen en toen lag het pakketje de volgende dag al klaar om opgehaald te worden bij Body & Beauty. Echt topservice!

De vrouw achter de toonbank is verschrikkelijk onaardig. Komt geen net of aardig woord uit en ze staat meerdere keren te zuchten in je gezicht. Enorm sfeerbepalend. Jammer, kom hier niet terug

Belachelijke service. Onvriendelijk en als je een pakketje ophaalt krijgen “de klanten” voorrang. Daarnaast vaak bomvol en kost het meer dan 15 min om een pakketje op te halen.

Drogist is u al 2 dagen gesloten (maandag en dinsdag), terwijl mijn DHL-pakketje in de winkel geleverd is. Raar. Rolluik is dicht en er hangt geen berichtje over de reden.

The lady is amazing! She helped me to keep my parcel for a few more days, so I can still pick it up after my delayed flight. 10/10 recommend to send your package here.

In de winkel staat een prijs van €3,95 en bij de kassa mag je €5,95 afrekenen. Laatste keer, dat ik hier ben geweest. Dan maar online kopen.

Wie pakketje hier laat afhalen kan maar een middagje vrij nemen. Duurt echt lang. En je wordt met meerdere klanten te gelijk geholpen.
