"Very rude intake staff"
"I would give this place ten stars! First off, a great selection of vintage items in a well-lit and accessible environment"
"A thrifting Haven, thank you to all the staff who make it possible to buy quality items for such reasonable prices"
"MAKE SURE YOU CHECK TO ENSURE ALL PIECES ARE IN PRODUCTS BEFORE PURCHASING! I bought my toddler a toy that was sealed into a bag and got home to find missing pieces which made the toy useless"
"On two separate occasions in the past 3 weeks, i was overcharged by the new blonde lady"
Very rude intake staff. My husband and I stopped to donate several good items (like-new clothes, cutlery, glass vases, never used wedding album etc) and were confronted by a male employee with a ponytail who yells 'wait, what are you trying to dump here?' he then made us unpack all the items in the alley and then refused to help us carry them inside. He then told us that he was doing us the favor by taking it! Unbelievable! Completely ungrateful, arrogant and rude. Never again would I donate or shop there.
I would give this place ten stars! First off, a great selection of vintage items in a well-lit and accessible environment. The staff was terrific, and I found some nearly new Logitech headphones for $8. Not to mention that this store supports sustainability, ESG, SDG, and climate action by reusing valuable items so they don't end up in our landfills. Finally, the proceeds of this store support inclusion and belonging for people in the Hamilton area! This is a win-win! Check it out!
A thrifting Haven, thank you to all the staff who make it possible to buy quality items for such reasonable prices. I compared them to Once Upon a Child, Value Village, Bibles for Missions and this is by far the best for children's items. I've found some shoes that were nearly new for $5 and some unique items. I love that the items don't end up at a landfill and they train adults with special needs by working at the shop. So much to love and worth checking out!
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK TO ENSURE ALL PIECES ARE IN PRODUCTS BEFORE PURCHASING! I bought my toddler a toy that was sealed into a bag and got home to find missing pieces which made the toy useless. They refused to do anything about it when i brought it back less than an hour after buying. I understand why they cannot give returns but in a situation like this even another toy would have been nice in exchange :(
On two separate occasions in the past 3 weeks, i was overcharged by the new blonde lady. She thinks everythings worth is 2.5 times more then its actually priced. I was charged at the counter $15 for two items that i later found a $5 price tag on. They have a no return policy so theres no recourse. I don't mind supporting their cause but not when Im being taking advantage of.
Not impressed with prices lately, it's stuff that otherwise would be thrown out! Paying $5+ for something that is usually $10 at IKEA is ridiculous. Prices used to be good, I don't know if it's new owners or what but it's unfortunately turning into an overpriced value village
Tried to donate items and the staff tried to pick and choose what items they would accept. They refused the “answering machine” which was actually a working clock radio. We ended up just donating everything to a different thrift store.
Great friendly staff. One of the many places I have donated to over the years and have also found something needed. When my pops was alive he always told me " What goes around comes around." It truly does. …
Sometimes good sometimes not so good. Just because something has a brand name doesn’t mean you need to Jack up the price especially if the item has damage and is in rough shape.
This place has a good variety of items and the prices are quite good. It doesn't seem to be the best place for clothing, but excellent for music, VHS, books and odds and ends.
Nice quiet store with a variety of items and well priced. The appliances and lighting section isn't organized perfectly but there is a huge selection of lamps to choose from.
Great place to get cool unique stuff. I found a diamond in the rough, echo and under armour shirts and more. The new staff is very friendly and helped me find what I needed.
Needed some wheels for old lawnmower. Gotta tell you I was impressed by the inventory. Can't believe the amount of junk people get rid of.
Super affordable prices. Not to mention your money going to a good cause. Small store but tons of great finds. Highly reccomend!
Great selection of items lots of new stuff too!! Friendly staff, good prices. Never paying retail again!!!
Retail store is closed indefinitely. They seem to still be accepting donations. Posted August 19
Dirty, no music, dim lit, very awkward shopping experience however some good finds.
I like this place, nice variety and nice people. Worth a stop if in the area.
Neatly organized. Some good deals some items prices should be rechecked
Great selection of clothing and collectables at a reasonable price!

Large inventory. All proceeds donated back to the community.
