We come a few time a week to the hospital for regular therapy sessions for my son thus we regularly visit the cafe once every week or two for the past 2 years. Customer service is always very poor. The cashier lady is always grumpy. I have been ignored on numerous occasions. They don’t pay attention to whom came first and serve others who came after me which is very unfair and makes my child cry because he wants the cookies. I keep saying this is the last time I pass by them but we do come back as he loves cookies but I can’t accept this service anymore. Very disappointed.

I went to this resto, i ordered ice latte and croissant, while waiting for my appointment i stayed for a couple of hours. Kathy she was the one who assisted me and she did a very good customer service she offered me the different dishes that resto can offer. She was kind and dedicated to her duty.

Used to be one of the best coffee shop for breakfast - but now no more packages for the omelette breakfast, everything is expensive now. Omelette package used to be around 59 aed with toast and jam and random fresh juice and fruit salad, but now only omelette without anything 47 aed in my own opinion they are lowering the cost and by that they will lose the costumers.

I want to thank Shubham for his excellent customer service. Such a warm and welcoming person. He has a great service mind, and who can forget that smile. Keep up the excellent service Shubham!

مكتوب لديهم خصم فزعه و عندما قمت بطلب قالت لازم اقل شي الحساب ١٠٠ درهم بصراحه اول مره حد يقول لي هالشي و غريبة صح الاسعار مبالغ فيها بس ما يوصل حساب الشخص ١٠٠ درهم ريوق. لا انصح به و خدمه العاملين سيئه يحتاجون دورة تثقيفيه. حتى طعم الكوفي اقل من الاخرين.

Top rated probably because it’s the only one in the hospital. Mediocre food and even worse drinks. Bad service. They even try to charge me 20% more for an awful capuccino that I had to throw away in the end
