I went to get a car wash in the automatic car wash and sat in there for a while . Nothing happened but the sign kept saying to move forward so I did once I was already sticking out it tells me to stop and then to revers so I do as the signs told me and the machine starts to move and hits the side of my passenger door. It scratched my truck and there was no way for me to back up if I did it would of knocked off my mirror. I had to just leave w soap all over the passenger side of my truck with this scratch . I don’t think the $7 I put in was worth this deep scratch on my truck . Now where can I put in a complain. I don’t thinks this is fair I’m sure the sensors in that machine are not functioning correctly . Never again.

I went to vacuum my interior. Vacuum worked great. I next moved on to tire cleaning with the pressure wand and it was a joke. Absolutely no pressure irregardless of having the trigger depressed. So I tried the next station over same exact problem no pressure. I went and finished my exterior cleaning. After my tires dried up, the degreasing solvent left my tires splotchy and not looking unpleasant. The pressure wasn't strong enough to clean my rims of dirt.

Clean facility, awesome water pressure, soap works amazing and easy to use. I highly recommend this spot because most places only allow cash, but Ducky's car wash has a debit card swiper inside each washing portal, to be honest for better results in car washing I would recommend going to Ducky's car wash the environment makes it feel like you're in your own backyard washing your own car with no rushing or time limit.

I have taken my vehicle several times because they have free vacuuming, unlike other places where they want to charge you even for the air you breathe, it is also close to my house with the lack of time that I have, it is very convenient for me, that is why I recommend it, it is very good

I wash my car atleast 1X to 2X per week, during working hours, like at lunch. No trouble makers or loud music. Just pleasant to do your business and move on. Not in the best of neighborhoods, but if you do not seek trouble, it will NOT come to you! No drama here at this Car Wash!

It was OK but the vacuum cleaners need to be updated and they have an option where you can have a spray vacuum to your car so it could smell real good but the only thing they came out was just air it didn't smell like anything nothing just seminal updates upgrades

Awesome spot! Very clean, tons of space even on a nice sunny day when everyone is out to wash their car. $2.00 to start a car wash! I needed $4. Vacuums available but didn’t use. Will definitely come back here. This will be my car wash spot moving forward.

This self carwash is perfect for me because I have a lifted truck with off road tires and it's to big for automatic carwash and some hand carwash places doesn't clean my vehicle any better.

Definitely recommend this car wash. The right amount of pressure, soap and wax. I also love the button to increase the time when you use a card, every self car wash should implement that.

Convenient to were I live. I use to use the automatic car wash but notice it didn't wash my car as good so I do the self wash which is pretty cheap and convenient.

There is no wax or rain protection at the self service. Automatic machine spotless won't scratch your car but won't leave it like a handwash.
