I have to update my views on this location. This is within walking distance of my house. However, since moving here, the quality of service has gone down. Yes its always been a longer wait even before the pandemic but Manesh has always been the best counter service person. Whenever I went in, he would always make my order correct and even throw in a extra jelly donut or two when I was ordering donuts. However, since the pandemic, they hired several new people and there's no more of my favorite person. Yes I am comfortable with waiting but if you are going to get my order wrong, I might as well spend more on my groceries and make it at home. I ordered today from the app putting everything correctly what I wanted and what I wanted for my future MIL. Two Medium Matcha Lattes, one with whole milk, another with almond milk. Then a SAUSAGE egg with no cheese on a ENGLISH MUFFIN. Somehow the person with glasses and an attitude felt that I would be fine with a croissant and egg. Newsflash people like me have REAL FOOD ALLERGIES. We want to get a quick breakfast and drinks if we don't feel like making them at home. That's why we are specific in the app or when we order in person. I am so angry with the quality of customer service here. I want Manesh back! Heck I would even work at this location. I would be on time, I would get the orders right, and if I make a mistake I wouldn't cop an attitude and expect the customer to just accept the mistake. I can't have croissants; they have butter and my severe lactose intolerance would be activated and have me out for two weeks. Not going back here. I'll just go to another brand or another location where they do get orders correct. I got to inconvenience myself because of incompetence.

The reason I am writing this review is that I was fired today for reasons they refused to disclose. I worked with this company for the past 1.5 years, and today the manager Bibi Abraham tells me that I have been "disrespectful". Even her supervisor talks in the same tone. There have been multiple complaints about flies on donuts, and a lot of other issues. All they do is sweep things under the rug when it comes to inspections from the health department. So, if you are seeing this, I would urge you to stop doing business with this specific location until I get to the bottom of it. I have talked to my lawyers, and the show will begin this Monday. Exploiting employees never brings about happy consequences. [I was never given a prior notice of termination]

I wouldnt even give it one star!! Today December 2nd, 2015 at approximately 10:35 I visited this location and asked for a small coffe light and sweet the guy at the window asked me wheres the coffe while looking lost. I then said nevermind and asked for a corn muffin he brought me a slice of toast I was getting fustrated but wanted my food. So I think asked for an arnold palmer coolatta he then asks me how to make it. I then ask for a boston creme donut and I recieved to what I thought was a donut and ended up being a bagel. He does not know his job detail at all. Highly aggravated and dont believe someone this illiterate should be working a night shift alone at a customer service position. Will be calling to speak with a manager!!!

I walked in to place a simple order. I was becoming upset because even though there was only one person in front of me I stood for 3-4 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. THERE IS A REASON FOR EVERYTHING!! The persons who was getting the food was not wearing a mask!! She was taking to the cashier so her germs were in the air and SHE WAS NOT WEARING HER MASK. The cashier who is behind a plastic partition was wearing her mask. So the cashier wants to be protected from the public but the handler is talking and spreading germs over the food. No thank you! This was my last visit to this store!

Dunkin’ Donuts is expected to be a fast place where you can grab your coffee and go. However this one is so slow. I don’t know if it’s their lack of knowledge on what they’re doing or if it’s the short staff. I’ve been here multiple times and this seems to always be the problem at this location. Even when there’s 2 people, there’s no one at the register to take ur order since they’re both making drinks and food , causing the line to get long. There was only 3 people in front of me and it took 15 minutes just to get my order taken.

Worst Dunkin I've ever visited. Hours say it opens at 5 but whenever u go they always say " everything not ready" the drinks are not consistent. I lost 2 coupons because the cashier couldn't use them properly and just tells me it didn't go through. And I even think they be selling other foods not in the menu. Not to mention the online order isnt ever available.

Cup of hot diluted water, never again I'll come back to this location again.., I'm starting to see the difference with dunkin dougnuts coffee and atmosphere and the workers in certain kind of neighborhoods.. coffee shouldn't be light colored and watery.. I'm not a fool. Didn't even have a smell.. smh. Workers get up set because you caught them saving money by reusing the same grindsCrap.... one word.. long lines... one word ...waited to dam long...one word.. poor customer service...

The road in the Drive-Thru are full of potholes, half repaired the Rockaway boulevard, in South Jamaica Queens location is terrible !

I ordered 4 bottles of drinks (2apple, 1orange & 1water) in the refrigerator and when i went to get my drinks all the bottles were hot. So i went back on the line to get money back and they were so rude and mad that i wanted my money back for hot drinks. All the workers in this dunkin donuts need to take customer service classes. I wont be coming back to this store any time soon & there is no Air Conditioning thats probably why they all mad.

The service is great staff prepare food in timely manner. The cashier a young girl who look like a teenager try to cheat me of 3 cents. My change was 48 cents and she knew it but choose to give me only 45 cents. I make sure to ask for my correct change. Let me decide to leave the 3 cents with you not you deciding to just take it..

Visited this Dunkin' Donuts last night approximately 10pm. Window was open, one worker inside mopping. When asked for a muffin with jelly he said he couldn't do it because the muffin would fall apart. He suggested we take the jelly and a spoon to put it on ourself. While riding in a white on white 2017 Mercedes-Benz spreading jelly on a muffin is not an option. Very disappointed.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is very rude not all the workers but one of them.For example a cashier named sarif p is very rude she rolled her eyes when me and my mom asked for something else I will never step foot on that place again it hurts to know they would do that and it’s racist too because she was treating a man above us with respect and was treating us with Disrespect.

The last time I went here, they used plain tap water ,instead of filtered water in my ice tea. I could tell that the water was not filtered. Recently, I had a coupon for half off a dozen of donuts, which I presented to the cashier...she would not honor it and couldn't give me a good reason for not doing so. The cashier was rude. The worst Dunkin in NYC, by far.

Very poor. The sign says closed at 10:00pm and it was closed at 9:00pm with a drive through window open. So instead of getting the opportunity to sit inside I had to stand up outside at the drive-thru window and purchase two coffees. Is it because it's in a black neighborhood also the gentleman who runs the place was in the back as if he was sleep.......

I really don't care what you guys have to complain about this Dunkin' donut, in Halloween they're giving out kids free donuts, you think about it You may say kids What that has to do with the price, hello they're giving a free donuts to every kids.. who is take the The lost corporate.. This Dunkin’ Donuts lacks professionalism and basic sanitary standards. Instead of apologizing for not including the full items to my order, the employee simply said “I didn’t hear that”. Believe this part of the review if you will but my son’s ice cream had a hair garnished on top. I should’ve taken a picture, but instead I just threw it away.

The worker was slow I waited over 5mins to place my order. There was 1 person waiting on their order. The store was dirty, all the tables weren't clean I had to ask him to clean the tables and sweep the floor in which he did a rush job in yet still an empty store.

Busy dunkin on a very busy thoroughfare, no drive thru or outdoor seating available and the parking situation is definitely challenging; you're better off trying to find a spot on the side street. The inside space is spacious and good for groups or for dinning alone. Male and female restrooms available as well as high seats.

Something isn’t right about the coffee here… I order a medium vanilla iced coffee every single day at a different location. This is my second time going here and I order the exact same thing yet it tastes COMPLETELY off. Like water & other ingredients were added. Idk it’s just not right.

Large coffee and Bacon Egg Cheese Crossont $8.58. Price goes up everytime I stop here. Hands you change with Bill's. Change winds up on the ground. Trash all over the grounds. The coffee lid smell funky. Maybe the person didn't wash their hands. I'm done with this location!

They are nice While they are verrrry nice ...those homeless vagabonds sitting outside "guarding" the entrance into the parking lot is unsightly and disconcerting...ugh I hate it. Don't ppl have other thing to fo with their time??? Just worthless wasting life away

Great service, this guy always greets our kids so nicely and when I say our kids I mean my friends and their three year olds , ever so often we give the kids a treat and Dunkin donuts is just a few steps away from the school so we sort of can't avoid it …

Coconut latte, the truth! Bring back coconut in all locations. I was in Queens but they didn't offer the same coffee option in BK. THEREFORE, I went to the local bodega and got a $1 coffee & added rumchatta. Had rather of had yours. But.....you get it. Thanks

They “ran out” of cold brew even though we got here at 8AM. The bathrooms were not clean and had no toilet paper. Something like half of their doughnut flavors were all out.

Dunkin donuts products are always tasty and I was in and out so fast. I ordered a macchiato and an egg and cheese sandwich both were very tasty. Great atmosphere even when crowed. No complaints about the speedy service. Great job, I always return.

The worst DD I ever been I stopped there at May A/C broken I stopped in June A/C broken It’s 90 outside and more than a hundred degrees inside Cafe and 2 for 5 bagels good taste, reasonable price, but I didn’t enjoyed sweating in line

This place is the worst in the morning. The three workers there don't know what they are doing and keep screwing up my orders. Been there twice in the morning and they screw up my orders both time. Wouldn't be going back there.

Since it is slow due to the pandemic, there will mostly likely have few employees on staff depending on the day of the week. However, the employees take care to make sure that the orders are done well. They have been very nice

24 Hours, but due to the neighborhood (and despite heavy Police presence in the shop, naturally), customers need to go to a window outside to order during late hours. Average Dunkin Donuts, occasionally out of stop at night.

This place is okay. I just wish all Dunkin Donuts spots would place a plastic barrier in front of the donuts to keep then fresh longer

Not good, the crew was not able to understand the orders clearly. I ordered hot chocolate, first they made a ice coffee, then a hot chocolate with mint and finally 3rd time the right order.

Decent service but they seemed a bit understaffed. They handled the crowd well for having 2 people on a Monday morning. Restaurant is clean, not pristine, and all customers seemed cool.

Second time I go there and ask for mattcha latte but it was not good in taste just added milk in matcha powder it didn’t taste like latte. Just wasted my money.

How can you open your doors at 5:30am then say you can’t have anything that has to be warmed . So why are you open Open at 6 am . I walked out disgusted .

My order is ALWAYS wrong, it never fails something is always missing or wrong. Id say just go to a different location honestly.

I just have to get my hot or iced coffee. If you stay they font rush you to leave. You can take your time to enjoy your food.
